    Avoid the receptionist Maria Martinez at all times. We came last Friday to change my niece and nephew's clinic to this location. My mom left the paperwork to her coworker to give to Maria Martinez since she left for the day. We came back today and the paperwork is nowhere to be found. Rather than help us find the paperwork, Maria Martinez decides to stay on the phone and ignore my mom completely. My brother overheard her talk negatively about her to her coworkers. About an hour+ later, my mom got really upset and asked the receptionist for Maria Martinez to please get off her phone and help her check in so the kids can get a physical done and asked for Maria Martinez's supervisor to discuss her unprofessional behavior. All of a sudden the paperwork magically appears, all with no apologies and plenty of attitude. Everyone in this clinic is nice, including the doctors, the nurses, and the front desk. However the unprofessionalism of Maria Martinez made this visit unnecessarily stressful. We are awaiting a supervisor's call because apparently, according to the nurses, Maria Martinez is regularly arguing with patients and that's completely unacceptable.

    I am 29 weeks pregnant and 2 days. I stopped coming to this clinic because the assisted transportation provided by San Juda’s made me late to my scheduled appointment at the clinic. The nurses and doctor made me wait 3 and a half hours even though I had a scheduled appointment for the day. I brought it up to EVERYONE’S attention (nurses and doctor) yet EVERYONE said they couldn’t do anything but allow EVERYONE who was ahead of me to be seen. My appointment was scheduled for 10AM and I was seen until 12:30PM. Also, anyone hardly speaks English so if you aren’t bilingual or speak fluent Spanish you will be finding this clinic very difficult to get by. When I finally got to see the doctor she needed me to update her on my file. She didn’t remember my ultrasound date, updated doctor visits I’ve provided, and my updated due date. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and ridiculous! ANY doctor should know about their own client's file and paperwork. Since then I’ve never returned and have been in between OBGYN’s due to their poor customer service. Sad ANYONE has to feel this way about a doctor's office/clinic especially while pregnant! I DON’T RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ALL DAY AND BOTHER BEING JUDGED. After not being able to pick up my breast pump covered by my insurance due to poor communication skills AGAIN by a nurse located here at this location ANOTHER nurse updated me that the on-site nurses spoke about my situation about no longer wanting services anymore due to wait time. What type of clinic, nurses, and doctors GOSSIP about their clients? Seriously, don’t come here. You’d be doing yourself, family, and most importantly your baby a favor! They only care about your money and insurance. Terrible experience!

    don’t give them attitude back or they might drop you as a patient, if you really think it’s worth going there just bite your tounge even if they’re treating you sarcastically and making faces and almost degrading you. Just know there are better services out there. Not worth the time. I’ve been coming here since I had my child because it’s where they sent me and I wish I changed sooner. They are there for a reason and they should be able to relay information politely with the patient if that’s what they want in return. bless them.

    Horrible do not go here if you are pregnant, slow service, the staff had attitude problems. They say service is free but that's a lie, good thing I have medical. The transportation is super slow, if you are not Hispanic this clinic act like they don't want to see you. My experience here was horrible the restroom was nasty and the waiting room was dirty this clinic need to be shut down.

    They scheduled me at 8am sharp, when I get there they told me the doctor doesn’t get here until 9:30. The clinic is dirty, the staff is unprofessional and they give you attitude. I left without seeing the doctor. The clinic felt more like a retail store than an actual medical clinic.

    took my son when he was 1 yr old in 2013 and ‘til this day I remember how horrible and rude they were. i brought up to the doctor that my son was presenting symptoms of anxiety and the doctor scoffed and started laughing. He made me feel stupid for even thinking about it..9 years later and my son has been going to therapy from a young age for depression and anxiety. I asked his therapist if it was possible for anxiety to come up at very young age and she said it’s rare, but it does happen especially when a child has experienced trauma, which the doctor at this clinic knew about! and he still dared to laugh and say young children don’t experience anxiety….asswhole!! On top of that the rest of the staff was always very rude and the front desk were always on their phones. From the looks of it nothing has changed!

    I've been coming here for years now(Because with my insurance its a process to change clinics) Every time i come it gets worst. I tried to get my appointments at 8am (the time they open). I end up getting help like about 30-40 minutes later. I've notice the staff is always late. I think they need to fix this and learn how to multitask. Staff are not well qualified to do this. They are always talking when they open in the morning when they should be worrying about getting things done.

    Staff told me they do immigration physical exam here and made an appointment with me over the phone. When I got to the hospital at the time of the appointment - they told me the doctor was out and could not do the exams for me. It was weeks of time wasted and if you’ve been through the immigration process you’d know how that could affect your plans and add on stress to your life.

    Horrible service👎🏼. I arrived at 9am for a possible ear infection. I was there till 1:30 and i still had not been attended. Do NOT come to this clinic if you value your time and money! they were gonna take longer so i had to ask for my money back and they rudely gave it back. Never AGAIN !! 👎🏼👎🏼

    I have been a patient in this clinic since I was born but now I decided to move to a different clinic for my health reason. I have had a buildup of phlegm stuck in my nasal cavity for 5 years and Dr. Rostami which is the owner of the clinic told me I had sinusitis when he checked my nostrils. He put me to be under a 6 month treatment with taking antibiotics for months which I didn't need. He completely ignores me and throws me the medicine. Of course I didn't take it and decided to move to a different clinic. When I moved to the new clinic and consulted with a doctor there I told her of the phlegm that's trapped in the nasal cavity and she advised me to be referred to see an ENT specialist to have them remove the phlegm that's stuck in the nasal cavity. She also checked my nostrils and told me I don't have sinusitis which is true. It's a huge shock for me to experience the difference between this clinic and my new clinic that is still under construction. I don't trust Dr. Rostami as he treats his patients as a business for him to take advantage of your health insurance by giving you the wrong medications for you having to come back.

    The only greatness about this place are Dr Babak Rostami (Son), Dr. Vincent and Lizbeth (MA). I don’t like dealing with anyone else for many reasons..

    Welcome to the clinic where the doctors decide what you need based on your race. Rascist doctors !! People act busy but are just sitting around in the back and can’t handle a simple prescription.

    Doctors,nurses are great . My PROBLEM is always with the transportaion department. The lady jessica has made me miss 3 appointments, almost 4,but no i made sure i was not goimg to miss anymlre because this lady wants to do what ever she wants. It would of been ok if those are clinic rules but no she just has attitude. Then you want to complain to someone else and either she says manager is not atound, or when the manager is around they both are the same. Jessica lies everytime making patients beleive we didnt amswer phones to miss appoimments saying they were outside and left. No never true , i always wait outside noone ever shows up. Talks to tranportation drivers veeeery rude . Clinic is great they do take a while but honestly transportation is baaaad

    They called me here telling me that I had an appointment, and after sitting here for more that half an hour they call me back telling me that I don’t have an appointment today and that it’s not until 3 months later.

    They don’t even deserve a star I been calling for 3 days and no one answers. Been trying to get my son seen for his 2 months cheek up and now 3 months . Theirs no point to even get an appointment when they still make you wait hours .
