Good little Dunelm this one.. always friendly staff and helpful. Wide range of products available. Would recommend

I absolutely love this store and the fact is you can have a coffee in there lovely cafe. All staff are polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble if you can't find what your looking for, (Thankyou Connor)! All credit to there customer services.

Not all items had a price on them (end of aisles), but the store was clean and tidy. Some stock was half out the box etc, but appreciate you can't stay on top of that 24/7.

Plenty of parking and a well stocked store with plenty of items on offer. Good cafe even if a little expensive. Next door to a Costa and opposite b&q. Very good food wagon in the car park

WARNING- DO NOT ORDER AN ONLINE DELIVERY FROM DUNELM. Check reviews on other wesites forDunelm and you will find numerous people have had issues with delivery (wish i had checked before I made my order). The sofa I had out for delivery yesterday went back to Rugby with another 4 people's items according to the tracking information I was following. Apparently the driver ran out of time. If you try to phone then on the number provided it says no agent is available to take you call and hangs up. Only option is to 'live chat'.I was number 82 in the queue when I attempted it. When I got through to someone they apologised told me what i had already told them (the driver had run out of time) and told me the courier should be in touch ASAP to reschedule. I asked how long was ASAP. Its going to be and was advised another 48 hours before they conact me with a new delivery date. Dunelm website is still touting you can have delivery before Christmas. I seriously believe a lot of people are going to be disappointed.

We called at dunelm Newbury to buy new curtains for patio doors and bedroom the lady greeted us at the door way very nice lady pointed us in the right direction told us to speak with Sarah who helped us buy the right size curtains very knowledgeable and pleasant and made it very easy and a happy shopping trip.I would also like to say how pleasant the girls in cafeteria were nice menu and good prices many thanks to all the staff.

Great range of household equipment , furniture and soft fittings . Added bonus of spectacular sales at the moment . Well worth a visit !!

Typical Dunelm, the Pausa Cafe was closed on the Wednesday we visited. Found the items we were looking for so that was good.

Lovely shop, loads of things to look at with reasonable prices. Could do with opening another checkout when it gets busy

I was served by a young man called Nick. He made sure the items I took to the till were on offer that I said were. He was extremely helpful with getting a basket to take my shopping to the car.

The store has a variety of items, lots of bath towels and bathroom items if that's what you're looking for and lots of other things. It also has a little drinks fridge. Staff are helpful as well.

Love this store for home furnishings, choose this over larger stores as they often have some specials and had lots of bargains from here including a Dorma lamp for £10.

Good place to find customer toilets if your wife is testing your patience and bladder too much while she prevaricates her way around B&Q and Dunelm.

Met my parents here at 9.30 this morning - suddenly felt unwell and needed the bathroom. Got there - ladies said out of service. I go in the disabled loo and there’s no loo roll. I then decide to check the out of order ladies loo for toilet paper the door opens the toilets all look fine - not one sheet of loo roll in either loos - at this point I get desperate and go to the cafe and grab serviettes. To make it even worse the disabled loo sink was covered and I mean covered in what looked like shaving hair like you find at home when your other half has had a shave which I can only assume one of the staff had had a shave in there. It was so gross. You would think at the start of the working day first thing in the morning the toilets would have been checked and clean ready for customers that day. Just poor. I told a member of staff after that there was no loo roll and she didn’t apologise and just blankly walked off. Come on Dunelm. Basic stuff.

Used the click and collect was greeted by a happy member of staff at the tills. I collected 8 coffee cups I asked for a box to carry the individual cups . She did not have one but wrapped each one and put them in a bag. Excellent customer service.

This is a great store for bedding, lighting, household goods and miscellaneous presents. Good opening hours and the staff are superb, really helpful and friendly. Thanks all 😁

Furniture, utensils, bedroom stuffs, decorative items, diffusers ,candles, trolley everything available here. You will find varieties for anything you want to purchase. Quite a good place. Parking and accessibility access available

Really lovely selection of items and good prices. Very helpful staff with a good product knowledge. They could have sold me the more expensive version but listened to my requirements and helped me make the correct decision.

Easy to find, good parking, especially nice bedding and some good sale items to enable you to grab a bargain ! Cafe has some good early morning offers on too so try to shop before 11am... Staff very welcoming too...

Good and professional customer service. Just be very careful if you buy something which is reduced clearance, 99%they might not do a refund or exchange. If you not sure speak to the store manager PERSONALLY before purchasing the item. They are good and understanding.

I love Dunelm, there isn't anywhere else you can go to get such a range of curtains in Newbury than here. They have prices to suit all pockets and whilst you might be able to get things cheaper online such as Amazon and eBay you cant beat the experience of actually choosing in person, saves all the hassle of returns from online shopping. Saying that they do have an online store and if you aren't happy with your purchase you can either return online or take it directly to the shop. They stock a range of furniture including, sofas, rugs, tables, chairs, in fact there's something for every room in your home, you wont come out empty handed. The staff are always helpful and polite, nothing is too much for them. Love their SALES too, you can get some great bargains!

I love Dunelm. Nice bright new shopping trolleys. There wallpaper is gorgeous and only £12 a roll. Nice and clean in the shop. Very friendly helpful staff.

Cheers guys, told me they had some blinds in stock so I paid online and reserved them. Not only were the blinds not in stock, it took 3 days to get my money back! Keep it up guys…

Very helpful lady at the door. They didn't have the Xmas tree we chose so she went to the back, discovered a lorry was just unloading and had it on there. So we waited just a short while and she brought one out to us! Good old fashioned service, much appreciated😍

Dunelm such great value and something for everyone. I couldn't find glassware in the whole of Newbury for Christmas in Newbury as there was nothing, but Dunelm had exactly what I what I needed. I highly recommend Dunelm as they have what you want in most cases where all others fail

Always find a good bargain here bought a nice bedroom rug for £16. The same one in B&M is £25. Lots of choice here and helpful staff

I moved a year ago so needed all new curtains. Bedding. Lighting. Cushions etc. Went to Dunelms everything under the same roof. Fantastic assortment. Would highly recommend.
