I've been coming to this clinic ever since I was a child, now 23. Every single time I have been here they always take FOREVER. If my appointment is set at 8am, there's a good chance I won't be seen until after 1pm. If you come in before their lunch hour, they will leave to go have lunch while all their patients wait in the lobby. When you're done waiting all those hours the doctor will only see you for no more than 5 minutes and then she'll be on her merry way. I went in to see the doctor one day regarding flu-like symptoms, waited for 3 hours just to not be seen and have the registration nurse write out a prescription for something a PROFESSIONAL never diagnosed me for. My dad also goes to this clinic and when his retina detached he went in because it was an emergency and the nursing staff just sent him home. It wasn't until days after that he went to complain and the doctor finally took a look at him and she personally said that he needed to be seen days before, he was later sent for emergency surgery. The staff there is no help and they don't seem to know what they are doing more than half of the time. I only go to this clinic because of insurance reasons but if you have the chance AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. *I was currently on hold for 30 minutes in order to attempt to schedule an appointment while writing out this review. After the 30 minutes they finally decided to pick up the phone to inform me that they cannot turn on their computer and if I wanted to call back later. I thought you opened at 8am?..it is now 10am.

The quality of service is no longer the same. Unfortunately, quality has been lost and the wait is very long.

I've been going to this clinic for some time now, and just recently couldn't take it anymore! I had to change my doctor because of how unprofessional they take care of there patients! The doctors are quick to jump into conclusion without assessing the current situation with the patient. The staff is so disorganized and rude that they don't know how to operate a doctors office! The office protocols are not regulated or posted within the office for covid safety precaution. I would never recommend anyone to this clinic in the Los Angeles area. No one should go through what I went through!

Called in first to see how early I should go, they told me 20 minutes, but I went 45 minutes early. I was still seen by the assistant/nurse 20 minutes after appointment time. She was nice. Although, I was placed in another waiting room and got tired of waiting after an hour. So I went to the front to reschedule, and I found out that the doctor went to lunch. I felt disrespected considering how much time I wasted.

HORRIBLE CLINIC! For starters they take FOREVER to take you in , every time my appts are at 9am i don’t get seen till 2pm. SECONDLY both myself and someone whom i know got misdiagnosed a few times by both the Physician & the medical assistant. THIRDLY the staff there are very unprofessional & quite incompetent. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.

I used to like coming here before but now there's so many changes especially when it comes making appointments which takes a month for it but if you really need to see the doctor you need to be there super early before they open to form a line so you can be seeing and that's if your lucky if they don't sent you home because their over booked with appts. I've been going to this clinic about 17 yrs and used to be way better than what it is now.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. PLEASE REPORT TO THE BBB --- and BOARD OF DOCTORS. I've filed a complaint, hopefully they shut this place down. PLEASE REPORT.

They attend and help you as they would to anyone else. They immediately provide medication over the phone as requested. Everyone here is very professional and kind. They provide information as requested. They are always on top of work. They keep the area nice and clean for the environment and community. Every staff member has their own way of doing things but they get it done.

THIS FACILITY HAS VERY BAD SERVICE U HAVE AN APPT BUT U STILL HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN THREE TO FOUR HOURS RIDICULOUS WHILE THEY ALL TAKE THEIR TIME BY WALKING AROUND EATING DOING NOTHING WITCH I WITNESS U STILL TALK TO THEM OVER THE PHONE MAKE U COME IN SO THEY CAN TELL U THE DR IS LEAVING EARLY CANT SEE U TODAY REALLY NOW I KNOW WHY IT ONLY HAS TWO RATINGS

Was told to come early before a line forms. We were among the first 3 to arrive. After being told not to leave if we wanted to be seen, we waited for over 4 four hours, my wife and I, and we decided to leave after such service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would everytime I bring my mom here the wait is 4+ hours waste of time the doctor here does not respect her patients or their time but is quick to demand money upfront.

Horrible experience i had my appt at 12:30 and waited 2hrs to see the doctor. Receptionist advise she was at lunch, why did they give an appt if Dr will be at lunch. I took time from my job and pay a lot for my insurance. This Receptionist acts like she's giving me free service not very nice. Not nice at all and rude

The staff is kind and helpful however they sometimes take a long time to attend you even with an appointment.

Been coming here since I was a child. I'm an adult now, this clinic is great in all aspects. They treat you well and always make sure you're getting the most out of the medication for your well being. The doctor here is one of the best ones around! Don't just take it from me, ask around . Plus my tia used too work here lol she's retired now

Very bad service not even to recommend it

It is frustrating to have an appointment and to have to wait 3 hours to come in for a consultation.

Excellent service...going to medical appointments means knowing that you need to have the time and availability. Excellent human beings who take care of you and tell you the doctor. You arrive at 10 am, you can go to breakfast and we let you know when it is your turn. Personally, having a Dr. Take your record and know what she gave you in a previous appointment is already a gain. Maybe she is a little slow to pass.
