My experience of water therapy with Maite has been so deep and touching that it is hard to put into words. Not only did I experience a deep sense of calm and release, but also an incredibly deep connection to my body and soul. Maite accompanied me on a journey back to myself with her trustworthy and soft energy, for which I am incredibly grateful. She radiates pure love for what she is doing. Thank you for the relaxation, connection and love I was able to feel during the experience, as well as the time after. I will always remember this and definitely will do it again.

Hatha vinyasa and aerial yoga was a great experience. Maite is guiding you through those classes, adapting to each level. You feel so good, joyful and greatful practising with her at ocean side with the sound of waves, wind and birds.

We had the most fantastic yoga classes with Meite. Such a brilliant, patient and inspiring teacher. Did a Vinyasa and an Aerial class which we hadn’t done before. Meite explained and guided us beautifully. I only wish we were in Tarifa longer to enjoy more of her classes xx

Maite made my Tarifa experience an amazing one! I attended both - the aereal yoga and the hatha yoga every week and was very happy to be with a yogi who knows what she does. Maite not only corrects your poses but she gives thorough explanation on how the different parts of the body would be affected by each asana. Best yoga teacher, you'll be missed! ❤️

I really enjoyed the yoga classes with Maite in Tarifa. She has a wonderful way of combining yoga with the sea and wind. It was a very special atmosphere that helped me a lot to find my balance, to relax and to center myself. ‘Silence is golden.’ This proved to ring true on the amazing one day silent retreat that I took part in in late August. The yoga and meditation sessions were calming, the surroundings were beautiful, the food was tasty, and the sound bath was transcendental. A wonderful day of relaxing, resetting and healing.

I had the luck to experience one day of silence with the loving Maite at Sandrine’s house. It was an incredible day. I felt whole and really good. I highly recommend it! Montse’s voice in the sound healing was unique as well.. so glad I had the chance to live this ❤️
