On arrival, the lounge area was relatively small and extremely crowded. All tables were occupied bar some sections of the bar area with stools, and one table which didn’t have any guests sitting at it but was covered in dirty glasses, plates and other items. The only visible member of staff when we arrived was the lady at the front desk. We had to clear the plates, glasses etc left by the previous party ourselves, and after around 5 minutes of no one coming to clean the table, we had to wipe this ourselves using antibacterial wipes/spray. The levels of cleanliness continued to be subpar during our time in the “lounge”, and we noticed numerous dirty tables being left Uncleaned for long periods of time. There were also a large amount of flies. There were limited toilet facilities for the number of people in the area, when we went to the loo we had to queue to do so, and the toilets were not cleaned whilst we were there. The selection of food and drink was overall poor. There were some cold salads, bread, and crisps. These did not look appetising and were infrequently refilled despite the large number of people. I am enclosing pictures to illustrate what we saw. There were no cakes, biscuits or other sweet treats which might be expected at 3/4 in the afternoon when we were there. I saw at least one person come in, get a glass of water, then decide to leave and sit elsewhere in the airport which generally was cleaner, had more room, more comfortable seating, greater access to loos, greater access to power supplies, greater access to departure boards, and less flies and dirty items.

The worst lounge I have seen. Small, crowded, no comfortable seating available when I arrived. The tables did not get cleared or cleaned in time for new guests, the food ran out. You could hear people call out "Is there any more cutlery?", "Can I borrow a wipe to clean this table?" etc. The selection of food and drink was minimal. I had some lentil salad that was nice, to be fair, but the environment and the presentation were far below expectation when you travel business class.

Would not waste your time or money in this lounge. It's dirty, awful selection of food and drink and the atmosphere is dead. If you want an alcoholic drink, good luck! Also American Express list it as 18+ this is far from correct...

It's a crowded lounge that is very small and noisy. The food there is lack of options and the drink (beer) tasted a bit weird. Very small flight display screen was put on one side of the lounge, making you likely to miss a flight.

Why this is closed at 17.00???? When SAS lounge nextdoor is open. Transfer passangers are after 17.00 hours at the Arlanda airport!

They post hours until 20.30 but at 20.00 they start telling everyone they are closing soon, at 20.10 they inform they lock doors at 20.15. Everyone must leave. Very rude attendant. Food is just bread and cheap sliced ham. Tap Beer , tap wine and water. Will definitely not pay for it unless it was your only option in the entire airport and your travel card covered it.

As an emerald Oneworld traveller this was our only lounge option at the start of our long journey back to Singapore. Due to airline screwup, we had to wait 5 hours.. Third party lounge used by many airlines.. Starting with the good.. the lady at the front was friendly but I think she was the only person managing the whole place. The not so good.. 1. No hot food 2. External hot food not allowed. management does not allow this. 3. Poor selection of cold food and drinks.. 4. Not very large

When you can use alternative lounges, I recommend to avoid. Upside: relatively quiet, depending on where you sit decent runway view, complementary beer and wine. Downside: only cold and very limited choice of food (3 salads and some cold cuts as well as instant noodle soup), not super clean Overall: fair for getting away from the crowds, but not much else

The people that complained about this lounge must be the pickiest people on the planet. This lounge is great. Plenty of food, beer, wine

A decent lounge at Stockholm International closer to local and EU gates. We visited and stayed here as our flight got delayed. The food and service is the usual lounge quality with warm soup, cold salads, cheese/meats and pastas available with plenty of drinks including wines and beer. Restrooms were cleaned regularly and all surfaces cleaned too. It's ok for a couple of hours stay as the duty free and departures lounges doesn't have much to offer here.

Fine lounge with mini food and drinks bar. There's a still water dispenser next to the soft drinks dispensers. The bathrooms are clean. Only one receptionist, so there can be a bit of a wait if there are many people checking in. Unfortunately, there's no screen with flight info. So, you better be aware of your flight's info. There's only one small computer screen at the reception desk that has flight info and boarding status.

Subpar compared to the SAS lounge next door. Very basic breakfast, plates with leftovers left on tables, two small bathrooms and staff did not want to open the third bathroom as it was “staff only”. Upsides: quite peaceful, limited airside view, good perk if it is included in your bank offering.

Undoubtedly streets ahead of all the other lounges in being top of the worst lounge league. It was very busy when we arrived and only one dirty coffee table available to sit at, not the place you would want to eat at. Food was awful with 2 cold pasta and one salad. Limited meats, cheeses and rolls. The only sweet thing was some biscuits. No mayo sachets available to make the dry pasta edible. The coffee was awful, probably due to using the cheapest bean they can source If you are thinking of paying to enter here, you would be better off spending the money at a airport restaurant and pocketing the savings.

Don’t waste your lounge entrance allowance here. You’re better off in the gate area.

This is a really bad lounge. Staff are often rude and don't bother to restock items missing. "We're closing soon..."

This standard at this lounge is so bad. Coffee machines out of order, water taps out of order, no milk, dirty. Feels like they are about to rebuild the place, but given the other comments here, I assume that this is the level of service at this place.

Third party lounge for British Airways Club Europe customers. Swedish meatballs, plenty of drinks and pasta salad prior to our morning departure. Clean wash rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Due to the food being so horrible in the lounge we went downstairs and purchased food and brought back to the lounge.

The most useless and disgusting dirty lounge I have ever seen. Food is bad. Hygiene and cleanliness terrible.

A very basic lounge that covers what you would need. Food was adequate, the alcohol selection is pretty non-existent apart from Wine and Beer and it’s very bright and fairly unwelcoming. The saving graces was the staff were friendly and the little food we had tasted pretty good. I certainly wouldn’t pay to go into it, but if it’s part of your flight offering it would be worth stopping by.

Classifying customers so the card holders or paying clients are treated worse than the others. Ethnic staff discriminating paying clients and hunt them based on if they like your face or not. Dirty with plain visible stains in walls and food hygiene unsatisfactory borderline unsafe

If you like lounges that add to your quality of life, avoid this one at all cost. Understaffed, staff is not well trained, staff looks unhappy, there is a limited choice of catering and drinks and... Last but not least, this lounge is steadily overcrowded and often there is a long wait to get in. Summer 2022... Update autumn 2023... Same holds true. My initial review above was flagged.. I will add a fresh photo to prove what I mean. The coffee machine filter is likely not cleaned in a year... The pressure required to squeeze out coffee is so high that it barely produces coffee at all. Tip: if you need a cappuccino and you do not see much coffee come out, press subsequently the double espresso and then it will produce something drinkable.

I can only agree to what the other people wrote. First of all it's quite dirty, on the floor as well as on the tables, where in many cases you can find remaining dirty dishes. The soft drink dispenser was broken and only had water to offer. The coffee machine was also not doing too well, you had to hold the lid of the bean tray to make it work. And even then there were only a few drops of coffee in my latte. The food selection as well as the quality might deserve 1.5 stars. The meatballs were actually quite okay. But no warm food, no wine/other alcoholic drinks but beer. Best thing is the sign at the reception which says that the staff treats you respectfully and expects the same in return - which should be a given. However, if I imagine I had paid several hundred SEK if I hadn't a Priority Pass membership, I would not have felt respected but rather ripped off, especially considering that a lot of advertised things were not available. Not blaming the employees (only two to run the whole thing while I was there) but rather Menzies. You can and should do better.

👍👍 SAS has two lounges at Terminal 5. SAS Gold Lounge and SAS Business Lounge. If you stay in a way that info desk is located in front of you, SAS Gold Lounge is on your left hand side (which has a view over runway) and SAS Business is on your right hand side (which has a view over the departure hall)....

😠 The receptionist asked us to wait 10 min due to “capacity “ and later changed her mind that all Priority Pass holders are not welcomed at the moment, they will only allow business class passengers into the lounge. They could have put it up at the door and not wasted anyone’s time waiting and later r...
