I took my wife to El Real Mexican Grill Restaurant, in Lawrenceville Georgia on June 10th, to celebrate her birthday. I am beyond elated to report that we absolutely had a marvelous experience. Ms. Rosy, the manager, and her entire staff was exceptional, very courteous, pleasant and professional. The establishment was not only beautiful, inviting and stunning, the food was hot, fresh and very tasty as well. My wife was extremely happy that I chose to take her there for such a special day. El Real Mexican Grill Restaurant manager made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. The crew sang happy birthday for my wife, she and I truly appreciated it. I strongly recommend this venue to anyone who's taste bud is as distinguished as mine and to anyone who treasures great and excellent cuisine without having to break the bank. In my book, El Real Mexican Grill Restaurant deserves an A+, for it has shown excellence in all categories. A humongous thanks to Ms. Rosy and her crew for making my wife's birthday a spectacular one.

The waitress was careless. She took our order while chewing a big ball of chewing gum that she purchased by the hostess stand. She took our appetizer order, when it came no plates even after we requested some. After our dinner was delivered by a food runner, she didn’t come and check on us and we waited for 20 minutes for her to come back and refill our drinks. While she stood by the bar talking. Our food was cold when it arrived. We asked for a to-go order and she charged us for the wrong item. I had to walk to the back after waiting for 15 minutes as she never checked on us. She was in the back talking to 3 other other employees including a manager. The restaurant was not busy at all so I was confused as to why the lack of attention. If you care about your service and appreciate it don’t come here. We only go out to eat a few times a month and look forward to it. The was a terrible experience.

Had this food catered and it was excellent. Had plenty of food the chicken fajitas, cheese enchiladas & chicken enchiladas were great. The condiments salsa verde, pico de gallo the guacamole were freshly made etc. Turned out great! We stopped in for lunch while we were visiting in the area. The three way burrito was great. The atmosphere was nice. Only issue we had was that our waiter forgot we ordered a cheese dip but when brought to his attention he made sure it wasn’t on our bill.

Went in on Sunday 10/15 and sat for 10 minutes with my menu and waitress walked by a couple of times but never took my order. No chips - nothing. I don't think they liked me coming in alone. I always tip better when I go in alone and this place is off my list. Got in my car and went to Monterray Mexican a couple a miles up hwy 20 and got a great meal and great service.

Delicious food! We stopped in for lunch. We enjoyed everything we ordered. I had the Drunken Chicken and it was great. The drinks were good too. We didn’t wait long for our food and our server was wonderful. We enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return.

The service was good but the food was meh. I can't say it was not good but it could have been better. Overall this is not a bad spot. The service was great. A good spot to grab a quick bite for a reasonable price.

This place consistently has the best quality service and high quality food. The management is conscientious and kind and goes out of their way for the times we have hosted large groups here. I highly recommend.
