    1. Affordable prices and easy ways to find discounts, kids under 2 meter enter for free 2. The "intense" rides are truly great, speed, twists, loops, rush, everything. The medium ones are family friendly and there are lots of options for the little ones as well 3. Plenty of shows, all of them great, good production. They are a bit long but lots of fun. 4. The quality of the food wasn't very good, I thought there could be more options as well. 5. Very well kept, clean but it could do with some maintenance for certain buildings. 6. The shops had fun merchandise and well stocked

The go-to park! I normally go every year with my fiends and it’s already a tradition! The attractions are fun and amazing, the environments are super cozy and immersive. The Halloween theme last year was amazing and I’m really looking forward to go experience it again this year, and also the new Batman roller coaster 🎢 Also loves the Oreo yogurt ice cream!

Easily worth the visit. The park is large, but not too big, with plenty of diverse rides (some of which can't be found anywhere else in Europe) and dining options. The live performances were fun and the staff was quite nice. The various themes of each park area were amazingly well done.

(Translated by Google) The worst amusement park in which I have been in my life for the management that is carried out. Absolute chaos, many closed stalls and few shows, there is also a great lack of staff throughout the park. Two hours in line to ride in the Batman attraction and more than an hour in other attractions, that is, in a whole day we have ridden in 5 attractions. Endless queues also at the food stalls and with no place to eat what you buy more than on the ground. Impossible to maintain the safety distance in the queues of the attractions, except when the direct of the park appeared, terrible management and logistics with many aspects to improve in addition to the aforementioned. It's to get your money back. A shame because the workers are lovely and do what they can.

Been here in opening day on 25/02/22, many restaurants and shops were closed and in general the energy and atmosphere of the park wasn't very exciting. The roller-coaster are great but after 2 hours we were bored. We didn't stay for the shows as it was for limited amount of people due to covid and saw people that didn't get in after waiting in line for long time. I think they need to take care of the existing activities as it all pale and need paint and refurbishment. I think it's nice for kids but for adults half a day will be enough.

We came on a weekday in September, and it was completely dead. So dead, that we had to sit on the roller coaster and wait for other people to join us in order to start. Apparently there is a minimum weight that we have to have on the coaster before it heads out. Not their fault obviously. Although the roller coasters looked like they had seen better days (paint faded, lots of dirt and bird poop) everything was actually in very good shape. The roller coasters were very smooth and working perfectly. There really only 4 coasters for adults, and if you don't like wooden ones, that leaves you only with three. Superman, Batman & the stunt coaster. All three were great. But we realistically paid $89euro for 2 adults, for 3 roller coasters and left 2hrs later.

I was there a couple of months ago, the truth is that I did not find any problem to park It is a pretty fun amusement park, the roller coasters are great. Personally it seems a bit expensive and more to not miss food, or drink like in other parks and there was no wifi

SAludos.

(Translated by Google) Terrible day. Saturday October 24, sold out: crowded, security measures against covid impossible to apply, waiting times at attractions of more than an hour, infinite queues to eat, half of the places to eat closed and without informing, many attractions closed and without informing, wasps in bulk everywhere (in October !!), very poor Halloween decoration. Terrible cleaning, all disgusting bathrooms and all paperless. A total fiasco, money thrown away. I do not recommend it at all and less in a situation of covid. I am not giving it zero stars because it cannot and I want to leave the review.

A lovely day out but what a shame that the water rides were shut (I know it is winter but as a visitor from the UK it really wasn't that cold!) a number of other rides were also closed. If you turn up without prepaying then it will be an expensive day out the only family tickets available are for people living in Madrid. The queue for the food even for an English person (you know how much the English like to queue! ) was extremely long, not just to pay but also to wait for the food, by the time it arrived it was cold and a very small burger. However we did all have a lovely day out

  • 5/5 Diane T. 4 years ago on Google
A fun day! There are plenty of rides for young and grown. And we went on a day when it was 39c. They have water spigots everywhere that you don’t have to worry. There is plenty to do, but get there early and plan your route and you can avoid lines at your favorite rides. They have a nice combination between the old fashioned fair and the amusement park. If you bring your own food, you will have to leave in your car, but they have roofs to keep the cars cool.

Impresentable.

  • 3/5 magda a. 3 years ago on Google
Atracciones muy buenas. Muchos locales y shows cerrados.

  • 3/5 Ramiro D. 3 years ago on Google

No tienen solución.

  • 2/5 ivan k. 3 years ago on Google

I wish it was really worthy, but thanks to the covid regulations (which I think they are doing an amazing job, don't get me wrong), it's very hard to resist the heat going around the park most of the day without free water and the face mask on all the time.

For me and my 10yo we loved it. Need to be 140cm to get on all the rides. Most are 132cm, average queue for the main rides around 45min. Batman and Superman are worth it. We didn't stay for the final Aquaman stunt show, we were too tired after a full day of fun.

Due to Coronavírus, the access to the attractions are limited, causing some inconvenience to the public (it's understandable). The staff controlling the access (entrance) and the staff responsible to sell the pictures (located on the way to exit) are not friendly.

This is a great park with lots of super fun roller coasters and water rides, nevertheless they aren’t punctual at all. The park opens really late (11.00) but once you’re in there you’ll notice that some rides are still closed just as the majority of restaurants and places to grab a bite. So, that’s pretty much a bummer because it supuse not to be allowed to get food from outside. Despite all of that, we had a great time, the rides weren’t really busy so no big queues.

We absolutely loved Parque Warner! My expectations were low from reviews but we preferred it to Universal Studios and for a fraction of the price. We went from 6pm til 11 in August and never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride (glad we didn't buy the roadrunner pass) I had read numerous reviews of the place being dirty and staff being rude but that was not my experience at all!

Lovely theme park to bring the kids. Bit overpriced if you pay on location. Would recommend booking online and looking for discount vouchers. Book way in advance if possible for better discounts. Gets quite hot, carry your sunscreen and hats. The queues are quite long for entry. And even longer at the rides.

Very entertaining. The waiting time is a little bit much(50-70min at some of the attractions) so I would recommend getting the Fast Pass if you can. Don't miss the water attractions and the Police Academy Show (!totally worth it). I would've loved if there was more entertainment on the actual streets ( cartoon or movie characters walking around, interacting with people).

Great park, has a little bit of everything, fun for the whole family. It could do with more moderate rides that are not too childish though, my wife doesn't really enjoy roller coasters and ended up waiting around for me while I went on the intense rides. Using the app to make my around the park was fun and having an estimate of line time was really useful to make the most of the time we had.

  • 5/5 Nacho M. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to go with kids. Shows are great and there are lots of entertainment options: roller coasters, water games, merry-go-rounds, and so on. CoViD meant reduced capacities for the shows and attractions but there were no long queues or waiting times. Great experience.

  • 2/5 Alex K. 2 years ago on Google
Very old looking theme park, outdated and not renovated rides, general atmosphere of 90s. Not waste your time and go to Dubai or US parks, they are on a different level

  • 5/5 Sarah D. 2 years ago on Google
It was really fun. Loved Superman, Batman, and all rollercoasters. The water attractions get you really wet, they have big lines and if you don’t feel like getting too wet it might not deserve it. Maybe do it in a sunny day so you get dried. I didn’t use it, but there is a Get dry machine option paying i think 5€. The food is expensive and bad. You can’t come in with a backpack with food, but if you have a little purse they don’t check it. And take your bottle water at least, there are places to fill it up.

  • 4/5 Anakin S. 2 years ago on Google
The main parts of the park are amazing. The superman and the batman rides are fast, action packed and pretty well put together! The food is also not bad and you have themed stores and restaurant places that make a good fit. The only downside is that it's kinda small relative to the big rides that you get. I feel like there could be more "less major" activities to do when you're there. But overall its a pretty good experience and would definitely recommend especially if you're visiting Madrid since its only about 30-40 minutes away from most parts of the city.

the worsed amusement/theme park I've been to... Expensive, dirty, unfriendly, most of the attractions where closed. Only 3 restaurants was open. 1 to 2 hours waiting time to get a hotdog for 10 euro. Most of attractions are aged over 25 years (and they look like) . 350 euros for 2 adults a child of 3 years for a day in this overfilled place. The entire park is definitely not recommended for families with small kids unless you want to spend a fortune of money to get almost zero service.

As someone who would consider visiting theme parks a hobby this park left something to be desired Pros: -easy to navigate and everything in close distance -friendly staff -some examples of good theming, especially loony tunes land for the kids -the stunt show Cons: -rollercoasters look tired and need licks of paint -rollercoasters all felt quite similar, and all very 'rickety' and uncomfortable - no 'smooth' coasters here -hard to get to on public transport Wouldn't go again unless they got some AMAZING new rides

The attractions are nice but everything is built to collect more money - pricy parking (where realestate is cheap), no food can be taken inside (bags are inspected and food and sweet drinks are prohibited). And the worse part are the long lines for the main attractions - 1 hour wait time per attraction.

Lovely park, generally very clean but toilets filthy by the end of the day, by stunt fall. Staff lovely and friendly. Tried the buffet lunch, very mixed review some food lovely some cold and yucky. Watched aquaman show, amazing, really good effects. Had the aquaman cocktail party, food very interesting and tasty. Unlimited drinks, I had diet coke hubby had beer and wine- he loved it 😀

It's one of the best places I've visited in Madrid. You cannot miss this place, amazing amazing amazing!!! ❤ ❤ ❤ Loved it. Prepare for a fun day of activities solo and with family. For kids that are 132cm will be a blast and off course for all the grown-ups that have the power to try each roller coaster. You will have a day to remember.

Nice park but it is a bit annoying that they don't allow to bring your own food.the parade is very short and basic. It lacks more shows on the streets. The musical was great.

It was a amusement day in there, where you can forget problems and share with your family. The worst part: queues. So long and boring. Prizes a little bit high but the usual in places like this. Food offer may be more variated, overall people with food intolerances. Stuff correct and helpful.

We went to Parque Warner Madrid in August 2021. We bought a package of hotel for 4D3N and 2 days in Parque Warner + 1 day in Parque Warner Beach. We were much excited for our visit there, not until we arrived there. 1. Parking ticket + Parking We went there by a car, and arrived around 11:30 The queue of the cars were already ridiculous. Out package are exclude the parking fee, so we paid the parking per day. The payment system for parking was very slow. It could take up to 2 mins per car. They need to change this system to be faster. They have 2 kinds of parking: €11 for a parking without cubierto, or €13 with cubierto. If you are lucky, you can find a space with a shadow for without a cubierto. In the parking area, we found many dustbins which was good since some people had lunch and dinner near their cars. The entrance for tourists with a bus or a taxi or public transportation is different. You just need to follow the sign. 2. Entrance ticket + Food policy You need to scan your bar code of ticket before entering to the park. A security will check your bag first. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to take food inside the park, but you can carry water as many as you can. We saw many visitors try their best to carry food inside, and their food ended on the trash. They need to have better policy with these food. Instead of throwing the food or snacks, they can keep and the visitors can take back when they left, or gave to people in needs nearby. Some snacks were not open yet, and they were on trash. It made me so sad. There are still many people outside with hungry. 3. During COVID-19 era, the visitors needed to wear their masks. There are many disinfectant available to clean the hands. 4. They have many toilets and some were in clean condition. 5. They have some free shows to watch. We watched local academy police 3 times which was amazing show, gotham city hall, and aquamen in the midnight. The queue to enter for the police academy show was so long. They have limited capacity per show. Make sure you are in the queue sooner. Gotham City Hall show is outdoor. You can sit for free. There was a problem when we saw the show. A couple with 3 kinds stayed in front standing and did not want to sit. So many people behind complained, the authority tried to persuade them to sit, but they did not care. The authority needed to do something with this kind of behavior. It was so bad situation. Aquamen show was in the midnight. You need to sit on the floor near water area to get a good spot. You must have food to wait the show to be begun. The show was extremely amazing. We did amazed with their performance. 6. The park has many things of fun to do. It is child-friendly park. The workers will tell you immediately if your kid is allowed or not to enter. The queue time was ridiculous. It could take up tp 1 hours for some attractions. You need to choose carefully before entering to the queue. We almost explored all the attractions. You can buy vip pass if you do not want to wait 1 - 2 hours, but for us it did not worth. We just need to choose wisely to take the attractions. When there was less people there, we entered to the queue. 7. Food Since they did not allow people to carry food inside, there are some restaurants sell food inside. The price was not good, too expensive for us. So, we decided to go outside to eat in our car. Then, we re-entered to the park. Overall, the experience was amazing and good. The queue was the only thing that made us uncomfortable.

Amazing day out. Even though the park was busy, the wait for the rides was really short. Even the big rides we managed to get off and get straight back on again! Brilliant.

  • 4/5 Pedro S. 10 months ago on Google
Great day! Good to know: you can leave your car in the parking lot and have some lunch in car and at any time you can exit, go lunch, and then return inside to your amusement. Don't forget to talk to the staff and ask for a stamp in your hand in order to come back in! Food is expensive. A chocolate/Nutela gofre is about 4,5€. A coke zero 33cl in a vending machine is about €3,70. Attention to the closing time: more or less at 1930 a parade begins with the cartoons and at that time all the amusements start closing. So if you think you can enjoy the last thirty minutes in a repeat mode for example, forget it. Parking lot is cheaper when bought online through the app for example.

Great park.. rides are really great if you like adrenaline. Overall park was good also... But lines were disorganized...if you ever been to disney you will see the difference. Cheaper if you buy entrance in advance.

Took a school trip here of 30 students mixed year groups and was a good overall experience. Lots of types of rides, themes and shopping / food choices. The large park means it's possible to spend hours there and so many toilet facilities means no queues. Everything was clean and looked well maintained. One star off the 5 due to the wait. They had 1 ticket box out of 5 open for the group entrances section, which meant we wasted half an hour just waiting to get the tickets, even though we had pre-booked. Need to speed this up or find a better system where groups can pre-print tickets.

We visited the Parcs during Easter2023. This was our 2nd visit. Great Park with plenty of choice of rides. This time round we opted to pay for the fast track tickets ( the option that lets you to skip queue once per each ride - but remember to activate your qr code on the day as otherwise it won't work) due to the first experience in October 2022 when we never managed to get to enjoy many rides ( it was a lot busier but service is not fast either and queues are long). So the extra money was well spent as we enjoyed the Parc a lot more and managed to do many rides. We had a good time. Plenty food options available ( but again queues) and silly shops all over the place with candies and merchandise inc even Starbucks! The Parc opens at 12 and runs to around 9 oclock at night. Nice Parade - we happen to stumble across that and were very close to enjoy the characters. I recommend to visit the Parc. You need to pay extra for parking but plenty places to park.

Very good park with amazing roller coasters. All of them are great, especially the Superman and Arkham ones, to me. I'm not from Spain and I speak a little bit of Spanish and most of the staff do not speak English, including the instructions on some attractions, but nothing that would ruin the experience

  • 4/5 Sunny R. 1 year ago on Google
We visited the park on the second day of Easter and it was not that crowded. We had VIP tickets purchased online and had to go to their office right after the park entrance to get the bracelets. There was a bit of a que, we waited more than 15 minutes. There we found out that the skip the line option attached to our tickets allowed us to benefit of this only one time per each attraction and this was a bit dissappointing considering the price we paid for the tickets. We bought there a photo pass that costs 25 Euros and definitely worth but be aware that it is actually applicable only for one family member and that person needs to appear in each and every photo, otherwise it cannot be used (e.g. we wanted our child to take a picture alone with Tweety but in the end we had to pay for it because the person from our family having the bracelet did not appear in it. ) So, a bit of a dumb rule, since a photo pass should be applicable for all family members. In terms of attraction they are cool, but some of them not really suitable for kids (e.g. House of Terror, big carousel). In terms of transportation from Madrid, there are some connections but not really that often. We took an Uber and got there in 30 minutes from the center of Madrid. All in all, the park is nice, has enough restaurants (some if them offerring also gluten free options) and worth a visit. For us one day was enougb to cover most of the attractions, but definitely skip the line option helped achieving that.

Went in August and many stores were closed. It has some nice rides and lots of places for the small ones. No lines on most rides because of the weekday.

  • 3/5 Priscilo Guli S. 8 months ago on Google
Some rides have up to 90 min wait time! If you can grab the fast pass! It skips most of the waiting for basically everything. Plenty of places to grab food, not a lot of shade though... Do grab the dink cup, it gives 1 drink every hour which is a big deal considering most rides have a 20-30 min wait (if you don't have the fast pass). If you need water there are drinking fountains pretty much all over the place and the water is moderately cold. All in all, it is a really fun place to visit in the afternoon.

  • 4/5 Fahad K. 7 months ago on Google
Ride wait times were high, but it's expected at an amusement park, what I didn't enjoy was the lack of shade while waiting or the broken AC inside the buildings as you waited, on a 40C day it's not easy to stand around. The bathrooms could also use some maintenance. The vegan options were lacking.

  • 2/5 Jaded 4 months ago on Google
Very underwhelming and disappointing. I expected the park to have creative ideas to match the theme. Not worth the money at all.
