Freshly baked Farmhouse Pizza by Domino's Patel Nagar. Amazing in taste but they took a lot of time to prepare.

Location is Good, but going to the outlet is really difficult as they have parked their vehicle in such a haphazard way that one cannot go to the outlet easily. Maintenance is also very poor, and sometimes AC is not functioning and it is really dissappointing. Even they don't know how to treat their customer. Dominos may be good at delivery but their in-store experience is very bad for me atleast. I don't know but their management is also not doing anything after numerous complaints regarding the same. And you know the sad part they will ask you to remove bad reviews and will provide you a complimentary Pizza 😂. But it is not at all acceptable from a brand like yours. 😑

No value for money...completely unsatisfied with service... Dough is quite bad and cheese are smelling bad...

Domino's pizza's are always known for there taste but what beyond that is restuarent maintenance. This restuarent is in bad condition lights aren't working well seat are torn. I personally don't feel like that domino's management team look or report faults in the restaurant. Disappointed!! As these are not the kind of vibes we expect from such big brands.. They don't even use gloves for making pizzas where is the hygine?

Never order pratha pizza it's just like a papaad, not fluffy and stuffing as well. We find also hair in it.its taste also very bad..Day by day quality of domino's decreasing.

Worst Domino's Pizza outlets, staff will push you for a nonexistent offer for syphoning larger bills and also pizzas are not properly dressed . You can order online with dining option to bypass cheap management though overall it's wise to choose another outlet.

As always, Domino's Pizzas are great for any mood and fulfill the wish of eating something new and tasty... Had a great time here... The Order Receiver Man was also helpful... But it took a bit long to have my order... Otherwise a good option to hang out with friends and family... MY OPINION - 9/10

First of all they should learn basic manners relate to Hospitality, second They don’t accept card Payments and i don’t know the reasons, Third they should work on product quality check first, My main concern is Food and Payment mode why they are nit accepting Cards, how can someone manage if dont’t have online Payment or Cash available at the Very Same time.

Avoid this outlet at all costs. The staff is rude as if they are serving us for free. They use substandard quality of items in the food they serve and the refuse to even accept their mistake. Had ordered pizza and it caused food poisoning. Upon complaining the outlet says “Joh karna h kar lo”. This is their behaviour. Avoid at all costs

I ordered stuffed garlic bread from them and it was barely stuffed. I raised a concern on the application as well, but the restaurant closes the query before it's resolved on the pretext that the customer is not available for calls. This is not the first time that i have received poor quality food item from them. Earlier also i order pizzas from them and paid extra for extra cheese but it seems they think its the opposite and reduced the quantity of cheese and the pizza was a dry dough. This branch doesn't keep up the quality of Domino's.

Rude and apathetic staff. Team member named Vasu refused to take my order unless I provide my phone number. Since I don't have a phone number, I told him that's not possible. He then refused to serve me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he refused that too. Probably the worse domino's pizza location you can go to. Never going to Domino's pizza again, I would rather go to Pizza Hut and get respectful service.

Too much delay in order and no cleanliness. Completely wasted money no taste in pizza.

The staff is really polite , and actually listen to customer problem , placed a wrong order they cancelled it within a min on call , in terms of delivery there delivery is really quick in terms of other domino’s. Quick service is provided by the team and talking about the food no one can beat there garlic bread with cheesy dip

I placed a order today I continuously repeated my address thrice to that lady that I live in New delhi & even after that I am receiving the call that my order is in cheenai pathetic services & make the call transfer to get the review & make cious for the other person, won't recommend anyone dominos in near future totally waste

Found a bug on my pizza, which seemed to have been baked in the oven. But the staff didn't seem to care. Such an ignorant behavior is least expected from such a food chain. Pizza hut quality is way too better, just don't bother eating at dominoz.

Dirty bathroom and messy place and takes time to get your meal but delicious food and good service

This is for sure one of the worst outlets of Dominos. Staff is very careless and oversmart. They keep on switching off their online order system very frequently. Out problem is that even if we have to place an order from another outlet we cannot do because of their system restrictions. I would recommend Dominos to do something about it. I order from other close by outlets who do not deliver at my location and pick the delivery myself.

Worst outlet of Delhi, they never fulfilled 30 minutes guaranteed delivery and worst customer handling management also. I don't know why they have provided the phone number when they can't answer to it. Taste wise also sometime they prepare just for name sake..once I recieved the pizza which was very dry. I ordered red velvet and they delivered choco lava and they don't refund money also.it will take forever to contact them. waste of money. Don't prefer this outlet #worstoutlet #worstexperience

The worst Domino's i have ever been to. The staff has no skills whatsoever. They take the longest time to take an order and an even longer to return/count change if you have the bad luck of paying in cash. They have no coordination among themselves. The girl that took my order was literally so furious, she was saying to somebody infront of me "dimag kharab kar raha hai". The seats are so dirty, they don't even get them cleaned even after 10 people have eaten on the same table. Terrible service. Never going back again

Visited to have paneer tikka stuffed garlic bread, cheese potato shots and paneer onion pizza , paneer tikka garlic bread was awesome, and paneer onion was also fine ,but cheese potato shots was overpriced and not upto the expectations

The moment you step out the outlet, its horrible ! The parking area is so dirty & smelly ! And suddenly you find beggers attacking at your packed food! worst experience ever :(
