    The customer care service was just for name nobody there for solve ur problm no phn was working govt must take stern action against those employee who just make down impression of apdcl.

    They doesn't deserve one star also. The way they are cutting down the line in a city like guwahati is a matter of shame. Now it is 3:30 AM nd there is no current for around 1hrs. I have to go for work in the morning. Chutiya power company

    Very worst experience because they are not able to solve the problem more than 8 hrs as of yet ... no electricity in house with 46°feels like outside ... poisa diyaat toh theeke dibo laage service diyunte he nathake kunu ... problem ki hoise khetue dhoribo nuare bule manhu june ahise ... not shocked anymore what else could be expected from these people..

    Dear APDCL, Why Assam electricity bill is too high. I use 2 fan, 1 smart tv and 5 led bulb, I don't have inverters , fridge, AC, geyser, electronic appliances in my assam home. But although I get a bill of 1300-1400/- per month. Currently I'm staying here in Pune :Maharashtra I use every major appliances and i get a bill of 700-800/- per month. Please check the smart meter box since then the installation my electricity bill is getting higher. Citizen of Assam. Thanks and regards

    Worst behaviour from one of your employee who was working in a night shift on 28-07-23 he was extremely rude to me and I want you to take a legal action towards him. If the customer is talking patiently and calmly with that person they dont have any right to misbehave at all.

    APDCL has come a long way. Their customer care has also modernizated with robo-responses. The executive are trained in customer service. I still remember the days when on calling the APDCL officers will just say "its too late/ dark, we'll come tomorrow morning" and torture you to spend entire night with electricity. It's ofc not perfect now and will never be but it has improved.

    APDC is not updated may be issue in higher management. So much load shedding in our area and no action taken by APDCL only money is taken from customer timely. So many times i raised complains regarding load shedding only feedback comes as "did you receive electricity". Can't even go for solar as not profitable due to weather conditions here. Request Assam Gov. to allow Private Electric Supply Firms as an alternative for domestic consumers. Give us at least a choice. Competition might improve something.

    Worst service ever.. the customer care executives do nor understand a thing. If u lodge a complaint of the area they say it is the problem of the consumer ID.. please change and upgrade these people. They Neither understand Assamese, nor English or hindi

    Horrible service all together. Website is down for the last 2 days. No body is bothered. Can’t make online payment. Frequent disruption in power supply. APDCL seems to be least bothered as they are aware that there is no other alternative for the customers.

    Poor Service by APDCL you all are generated a average bill Rs.650/- which was too high for me. I am using only 1. 8 Nos of 9W led bulb 2. 1 led TV 24 inch and a setup box For all this usage its maximum bill 200/-

    I agree with the rest of the reviews here. Very bad customer service, the last time I called them, they started talking rubbish in another language(other than Assamese, English or Hindi), I don't know how they employ such people!? Unlike private jobs, they have too much of job security which makes them lenient and have no accountability, that's the harsh reality!
