Starting with upon arrival we started the shower took a phone call wasn't paying attention telephone for maybe 10 minutes or so and found the entire shower head overflowed and half of the bedroom floor and my clothes are on the floor soaked prematurely soaked then they moved us to a different , however refused a request for an upgrade to a room that had a bathtub. When I got to the other room I took some towels and I went over the floor. You'll see pictures of the towels after I did that. I also take pictures of tabletop and countertop and the mirrors. and oh when I was getting out of the shower standing water I went to turn on the light and was shocked several times there was no cord connecting the phone to the wall so it didn't work naturally. Oh, also the shower head fell off on my head while I was taking a shower see pictures.

My husband pointed this place out based on their website photos showing a tub right in the room. If I could give 0 stars I would! At the nightly rate we were charged you'd of thought it was an ALL inclusive 5 star place. But thinking that a nice jetted tub was awaiting me helped ease the thought- until we walked though the door! I couldn't bring myself to even set my purse down, let alone sit. Not only did it NOT have a jetted tub but it didn't have a tub at ALL! After returning to the office I'm told there's ONLY ONE room like that and it's only available if the reservations are for more then one night. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I called to book a room and was initially hung up on multiple times. I called back again, because (a) I needed a room in that specific area, and (b) I have heard they were a nice motel. When I finally got someone to stay on the line with me, she advised me that they DO NOT RESERVE ROOMS.... I thought I must have been misunderstanding her. I asked for confirmation, she did. How does a hotel not reserve rooms??? She said it is all first come first serve. So there is no way to KNOW if I am going to have a room when I come to town? Kind of crazy if you ask me, but it's their business I guess... anyway, that was her abrupt and careless answer, then she quickly hung up on me (again). Needless to say, I guess I will not be using their business anytime... talk about the opposite of customer care!

The rates were good in 2016. Not so good in 2017 raised room rate now as much as Motel 6 and Days Inn. Not to mention the lady at the desk wont rent to a room to a single mother and her two young sons at the same time she says to many people in one room. Mother and 2 boys ages 8 & 9 OUTRAGEOUS NONSENSE. Are they so in need of renting more rooms that they would require a single mother to rent 2 rooms and leave her children by themselves.

I really like the staff and customer service. I really like the jacuzzi. I really believe that the Gables Motel has some major potential. They should invest in ripping out the carpet in theit wet rooms. If the interior cosmetic designed matched their customer srrvice they'd get 10 stars from me.

Wanted to get a hot tub room, but they were booked up. Bummer. Next time. The room we got was small, but clean, and the bed was comfortable, so no complaints.

They charged me 110 for a rundown hotel room that skinks. Stay away from this hotel.

It isn't terrible for what it is, not great either. That being said, maintenance is done poorly at best, and the maids obviously don't know what clean is. Plus only one device per room can be connected to the wifi.

Its really quiet ac worked real good .pretty clean its not the hilton but its ok and the price is good

It is fun go with your Girlfriend as a guy for a cheap hottub room I wouldn’t recommend staying the night last time I saw multiple cockroaches
