If
I
could
give
them
a
ZERO
I
would.
I
called
to
book
a
room
and
was
initially
hung
up
on
multiple
times.
I
called
back
again,
because
(a)
I
needed
a
room
in
that
specific
area,
and
(b)
I
have
heard
they
were
a
nice
motel.
When
I
finally
got
someone
to
stay
on
the
line
with
me,
she
advised
me
that
they
DO
NOT
RESERVE
ROOMS....
I
thought
I
must
have
been
misunderstanding
her.
I
asked
for
confirmation,
she
did.
How
does
a
hotel
not
reserve
rooms???
She
said
it
is
all
first
come
first
serve.
So
there
is
no
way
to
KNOW
if
I
am
going
to
have
a
room
when
I
come
to
town?
Kind
of
crazy
if
you
ask
me,
but
it's
their
business
I
guess...
anyway,
that
was
her
abrupt
and
careless
answer,
then
she
quickly
hung
up
on
me
(again).
Needless
to
say,
I
guess
I
will
not
be
using
their
business
anytime...
talk
about
the
opposite
of
customer
care!
