What in the world is going on here? Staff unaware of sale prices, where stuff is and never in store to help. Will show frustration to a customer if customer is slow. Will dart away if they see customer looking for help. Found staff in back room . . ALL of them instead of working. Prices going up . . sales are not really sales any more. Even if you read a coupon to staff that is on sale . . customer is wrong. I left and didn't put back items. Done with them and went to Hobby Lobby. Cheaper anyways.

You have the best crafts for children. I am glad that you are selling all the Christmas gear on clearance. What great deals. And a great team. Thank you for helping me find crafts and paints for my daughter.

The workers were nice and helpful; just the right amount for the number of customers. The cashier also helped me with pulling up my coupons. Nice selection of material and good prices with the discounts. They also have a good selection of sewing notions, yarn and craft supplies, although I didn't need them this trip.

Store has everything one needs and wants to do it their craft. I could spend a week in there and still not see everything. I love love love this store!

Lots of variety of materials, decor, and bits and baubles. Calm atmosphere with an easy to navigate layout. Generally clean store with friendly and helpful staff and decent prices, they always have some sort of sale going on, or coupons.

Love shopping here! Get the app, sign up for texts, and never (well, almost never!) pay full price again. Very nice people run this place!

workers were bad mouthing us customers as we are shopping as if we could not hear them. sure the weather is cold and windy however roads are NOT bad and apparently workers simply wanted to shut the store down so they could leave early and were pissed we were shopping. That's fine ..if it were necessary...it wasn't. Plus they probably should not talk so loud like that when people are shopping. The store lacks some things you'd expect to be in a sewing store but maybe that is jst our store .

the guy they had working in the fabric area was very helpful and was extremely nice, we got some black fur and he was very nice and struck up a conversation with us, he also helped us when we asked about what coupons would work. The wait time was a little long because the previous customer was trying to get really specific measurements, watching him work with them was also extremely friendly. next time I need fabric I definitely know where to go!

Stopped in on Saturday March 10th. The store looked like a tornado had gone through it. Filthy floors with visible dust piles up against the base boards, random bits of trash all over, dirty drip trails all up and down the main aisle. I left and opted to buy what I needed online instead.
