    They don't have manners to speak, Generally these guys ask you to compromise on your bookings and take smaller room what you booked or take 1 room if you booked 2, They mark your check-ins before you reach so you even can't ask for refund from 3rd party app. They even say leave from here if you oppose them and even get into physical fight

    Hotel charged me commission of 900 because we forgot to provide RTPCR report but we are fully vaccinated and we had rapid covid test report as well. They said either cancel your booking or we will take 900 as a token because you don't have RTPCR. If I cancel the booking, I won't get a refund, the hotel knows this thing so they took advantage of this and charged 900 Do not book this hotel, not recommended. This is our personal experience.

    It's very bad i have never expected such a hotel because policy are not mentioned in it and when you will go they ask some other iq proof and are trying to cancel hotel booking please don't go

    My recent experience with OYO Hotel Kr has been the worst hotel experience ever. 1) They don't know how to welcome guests, they didn't even offer us a glass of water, not even to the kids. 2) Our room wasn't ready, there wasn't towels in the bathroom neither there was any soap for washing face. 3) when asked for complementary breakfast as committed while booking, hotel staff responded rudely and started misbehaving. - Staff uncooperative - False advertising I would recommend not to stay in this hotel. As cheap hotel will give you only cheap service & ALL THIS HASSLE ACTUALLY SPOIL YOUR VACATION.

    JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL I was denied check-in because apparently the owner has problems going on with Oyo. And if you do a prepaid booking, he will definitely deny the booking. He asked us to get Oyo's AGM on the phone because of his own issues. Very bad experience. And don't go by the ratings from the Oyo App because people who are denied check-in can't rate on Oyo's App.

    😑😑😑Hotle Krishna royal😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑Worst experience with this hotel They don't have manners that how to talk with clients and services are very poor Very Dirty rooms don't know which type of the smell in this hotel. I request you to all please don't stay here if they offer you the rooms in 100/- inr please don't stay here I already 999/- inr for 1 room but there is no facilities like wifi, television, hot water room geyser they are not giving you the single facilities.😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

    It is one of worst hotel which I ever see in my 31 yr. Apart from rooms are so small, dirty and congested and dirty bathroom. Their staff behavior is like I m reaching hell. I hate my amritsar trip just because of that hotel. Firstly they call mam we charge at 1 day(24 hrs) and when I settle with my family there at the time of checkout they charge double by telling no mam that was by mistake we charge by 12 hrs. And i m getting late for my flight still they argue. My friendly advice to all tourist please don't go there if u wana pleasant journey. Otherwise you can go and check there hospitality. They charge for 1glass of water also. At flight they give free 1 glass water but they are like hell they charge for everything......

    The guy on the counter and the cleaner has no sense or manners to speak with customers. They were too rude. If you visit Amritsar then there are chances that auto rickshaw will take you to this hotel. I would suggest to read reviews before booking. You have to ask many times for cleaning or for anything you wanted there. If you book here then consider your money waste. DO NOT BOOK HERE AT ANY COST.

    Worst and terrific experience with the service and the Rudely behaviour of Manager & staff in the hotel. They threatened us in appropriate manner for demanding the extra money and abused us when we oppose it. They ruined our trip and felt risky in such type of horrific & bad experience that we came across for the 1st time in life.

    This is a very bad hotel. Very poor service. Their rooms are very worst in condition. They gives AC and TV for show but actually it is not working properly. Their staffs have no Idea for talking to a respected customer. I requested to all , you don't stay in this hotel ever never forever.

    This hotel can change your whole trip memories in a bad nightmare..... No service,waste of money..... you have to ask several times just for basic facilities like towel and water and thereafter they will not provide you a single things ...... ..THey are just there to loot(rob)the tourist and to make money however possible( like asking for double amount if you are 10min late although they are not going to do a reminder call ) ...... You can go for gurudwara they have baggage counter and all... Or there are various others hotels near gurudwara go for them.

    DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.. because 1- They will charge you extra money for AC. 2- No proper room services. 3- Gas Geyser Not working. 4- Toilet in bed condition. 5- No Talking Manners. 6- No Chilled Water. 7- They will not provide you complimentary Towel, Water Bottles & Soap etc. 8- They will threaten you, if you ask for Something. 9- If you call to reception on intercom from your room, they will disable intercom as well and No one come up for services

    Very pathetic experience of mine because of their staff. They don't value their costumer and room's were to small and unhygienic bathrooms and the owner of the he has some different level of attitude. So if you are looking for budget friendly hotel and if in the recommendation this hotel is available to don't go πŸ˜•

    If I could have option of giving negative rating. I would have given -10. The owner (picture attached) is the worst person I ever met who just have bapauti paisa and does not know neither business nor hospitality management and running a hotel business.

    Hlo my name is japdeep i book Krishna royal hotel at 699 rs on 16 april too 17april stay when i goo to property they said me to give 1000 rs . I called oyo from there i didn't get any response . Then i give 1000 rs and stay now i want my 300 rs back pls help me out with this
