What a wonderful place for facial and massage . Very clean and beautiful . I went here in Feb during Valentine’s Day week and Lin did my facial . It was so so relaxing. She is great and really have magic in her hands . Can’t wait for my next facial. I highly recommend this place for your spa , facial massage etc!

I had the most amazing massage from Abbey! She's such a talented therapist who really listens to your concerns, and makes a personalized massage just for you. She is personable, kind and so knowledgeable about the human body. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. After my session, I felt so relieved and relaxed. Plus, the atmosphere is beautiful and tranquil. Anyone receiving a massage from her is a lucky client! I can't wait for my next one. Thanks Abbey! Can't wait to come back soon!

I am a long time client at Balance Spa because every service I've ever had has been amazing. My latest visit was for a Platinum Hydrafacial which was absolutely outstanding. The cleansing, exfoliation and lymphatic drainage were so relaxing and therapeutic for me. My skin was noticeably brighter and softer after the service. My skin felt so great after this facial. I only wish I can afford to come every month for this service!

Fiona is excellent, very attentive to individual needs and I have had great massages with her both before pregnancy and while pregnant. Good ambiance in the spa, front desk staff are always lovely. Great place to unwind and get some self care!

Love Balance Spa. From the moment you walk in - you forget that you’re on Main Street in Tewksbury! You are whisked away to a beautifully decorated and amazingly fragrant back lobby that exudes peaceful serenity. My massage with Colleen was beyond excellent. She was very friendly and professional. My husband and I had a wonderful experience for our couples massage, very relaxing and comfortable environment. Also very clean. I had also a wonderful experience for my manicure and pedicure with Maria. Calming and one on one session. Was provided water and snacks. The room was also a clean space. Highly recommend

Audrey was amazing! I went in with issues in my upper shoulder and a really bad migraine. She spent a lot of time working on my head which was just incredible and I left feeling so much better! I highly recommend her for anyone that has migraines.

Carla D provided me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. She perfectly shaped and polished my nails and gave a long relaxing foot massage. She was so personable and pleasant to chat with as were ALL the technicians in the room. It was such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!!

Audrey was absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns and took time to focus on my problem areas. She even took time after the massage to give me some tips on herbal supplements that can help. Fabulous massage. Therapist was pleasant, professional and was concerned about my comfort. Atmosphere is also quite lovely. I was a bit disappointed that the spa no longer has their steam room and sauna available for use.

Averaging my wife's 5/5 experience and my 1/5. There was nothing particularly off putting about the building or staff, but the day after a massage I'm barely able to move and my back is tighter than ever. The massage therapist I had was very attentive and did her best to make sure I was comfortable, but I really just had to grit my teeth and wait for it to be over. My wife has expressed she will happily go back but I won't be joining her.

I had a pregnancy massage at Balance with Danielle, and it was PHENOMENAL! I felt so relaxed, and comfortable and was even able to get some good sleep afterwards - which is tough to achieve in the third trimester of pregnancy! I would highly recommend this service at Balance Spa to any pregnant women that are looking for relief.

I love coming to Balance Spa. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Ive had a few massages here in the past which were all wonderful. This was my first time getting a spa pedicure. Michaela was personable and conversed with me which was exactly what I needed. Even the other technician and her client were friendly and we all chatted together for a bit. I was indecisive with my paint color but Michaela was patient and helpful. I ended up with a perfect color, a well done pedicure and a wonder experience.

My daughter and I had the most dreamy experience at Balance Spa and we haven't been able to stop gushing about it! I had a facial with Angela & my daughter had Kelly. Angela was so warm and energetic, offering gentle massage to go along with a much needed facial cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and skin softening mask. Kelly was amazing in giving my daughter's sensitive skin the attention it needed, while keeping my girl relaxed. Both offered valuable skin care tips to take home with us. I also had a massage with Colleen who left me feeling incredible! The range of motion through my neck and hips after the massage felt a little bit like magic. My daughter had reflexology with Fiona, who my daughter claims is the "sweetest woman ever" with the most soothing touch. Sue was awesome, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We indulged in tea and an assortment of treats at the adorable snack bar. We even got to meet Nan, the owner. She was so attentive and kind, it was no wonder she has such an amazing staff! You can really tell they all love their job! We will certainly be returning as this was the best spa experience I've ever had!

Always a wonderful experience! This was my first manicure here, and I completely love the color and how it came out. I've had several massages over the years, and each time it's amazing! Already can't wait to come back!

I have been going to Balance Spa for about 6 years now. I always have a great experience. I usually see Linh when I go and she always makes me feel comfortable and provides a great facial. I have always had pleasant interactions with everyone who works there.
