Dont buy there if item have problems they dont care , have sent several videos and message to them but they will try make cosumer tired of their message stuff.

If you manage to have bad luck with this company, it's a nightmare. Product arrived broken, replacement part took 2 months to get here (wasn't shipped until 7 weeks in btw). Shortly after that, the product stopped turning on. Considering these issues, a refund is only reasonable, but now tries to stall it until the customer stops bothering them. While I appreciate their offer to repair considering it's the law, their product is bad quality, therefore I want a refund. Also, having to repair it myself is also an inconvenience, considering I'm responsible to run a business. These anti-consumer ethics of this company are sad. Edit: If you're so sorry and if this isn't up to your standards, why did you close the Amazon return case for an arbitrary reason yesterday?

I have bought a Craftful 300w solar panel from this company via pay-pal on 25/7/2023. On 5/8/2023 I received it. The panel is this "https://www.miweba.de/haus-garten/solarpanel/25514/craftfull-solartasche-sunbalance-faltbares-solarmodul-60-300-watt-standfuesse-tragegriff-mit-usb?c=2120". It is supposed to deliver 16A current as you can see in specifications for the 300w panel. I used it in vacation time and after 2 weeks I realized it was not of good building quality, and specifications claimed was a lie. The material curved like soft plastic, and the readings on controller never exceeded 3,5A. I contacted with the company via pay-pal and finally pay-pal asked me to return it in the original package and condition, paying the expenses myself, over 50€. This was not possible as I had not the original package anymore, and I did not want to pay the return expenses. So I lost 309€ and I advice you not to buy anything from this company. In the photos you can see the lack of quality as the panel surface turns into barrel meaning that the company photos are fake, and the max Ampere indications I had ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

excellent product, a rowing machine, MR100 : nice design, looks good, works well, takes *very little* space ( it can stand up straight, needs 25x60 centimters, no need to take it apart ..... ) and service is quick and helpful

I bought a spa last year (2020). Very good price/quality ratio. Nothing to compare with those cheap Intex, bestway, or the like we find in most shops. Bad luck, I had to use the support (after sales service) and they were super efficient. Cherry on the cake: free of charge for the transport and reparation ! 5 stars service !
