I'm super disappointed about the lack of care to a legacy customer. The one staff member was abrasive and argumentative. She was wielding any "power" she believed she had. The manager Michelle gave me a number she said, "would retain me as a customer," when actually it an automated line to disconnect service. I'd rate this experience as zero stars, if it was possible.

Chad Allen was the supervisor I spoke with about issues with service issues in my area. I must admit that he did identify the issue over a year ago but now he is avoiding and not returning my calls. It is like they provide a temporary fix and no more than a year later the issue surfaces again. I am tired of the back and forth and supervisors not answering or coming out when requested! Spevturm is trash and I do not recommend this company at all. I wished my subdivision had other options for internet. Very Unhappy Customer based on the fact that I am not getting what I am paying for. My monthly bill is now over $115.00 a month and I have to deal with unprofessionalism. Time to seek other options.

The service was the worst. The agent - I will not add her name but it started with SH. When ask about a Feature she said “I don’t know”, I had to ask for her to look it up in her system. They were not friendly and acted as if I was bothering her and getting Spectrum services for FREE!!! A SMILE cost $0.00 and adds value to your customer’s experience!!!!

I just have question about customer service as each person I came in contact with provided less than a stellar customer service. I was provided wrong information from the beginning and in return each person speaks so rudely. Meanwhile, I have to take time from my schedule to return equipment because they do not service my address but somehow that’s the first thing they check. Too much trouble for nothing.

This Location actually HELPS the customers. I drove a total of 2 hours to get a phone upgrade. The local store (athens) seemed to never have it "in stock" and after dealing with 6 people at the athens location and them not even knowing how their own upgrade system works, I went to covington. Talked to Rebecca and they had the phone I wanted in the store within a week. The staff at Covington location is EXTREMELY Friendly and VERY Helpful. I will always drive a round trip of 2 hours for anything spectrum related for now on

Our equipment is out. The Stockbridge location doesn't have any. I asked customer service to check the Covington store. They stated there's no way they do that. The Covington store closes at 8PM. We got there at 6PM, but they had closed early. I'm totally disappointed. I miss Xfinity. I wish it was in my area.

Michelle and Shaneka were EXCECPTIONAL!! Shaneka was able to get us the exact phones we wanted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Spectrum store to anyone.

I read some of the negative reviews about the customer service at the Spectrum store in Covingtion, GA and was a little reluctant to go there for mobile service. Nonetheless, after some careful thought. I decided to make a reservation and go there to switch my mobile carrier to Spectrum. I can state without hesitation that the service I received was outstanding in every way. My service came from Rebecca, a friendly and very helpful employee. I'm glad I made this decision.
