My wife and I lived here for 2 years in total. During the second year the complex was sold. After the sale we moved to a new unit. The new unit has mold growing between the walls and in the bathroom. These apartments made our cats, my wife and myself very sick. We are still fighting Featherstone and AMC (management company) for our deposit back, over a month after we no longer live there. Totally unacceptable.

I recently moved here 1 week ago, these apartments are very comfortable and spacious with their large closet and storage space :) I moved into an apartment with fresh new carpets and new cabinets and countertops. Very clean nothing to complaint about. The property manager Lydia is such a warm hearted person, she is very responsive to emails. The maintenance manager is also very respectful and gets the request done in a timely manner. I recommend these apartments for your first one

I am currently a tenant, and have had a good experience living here. Lydia the manager is very proficient and helpful with anything i needed or questions I've had along the way. Maintence is always available and quick at fixing anything needed. Great place to live!

Lydia is the best! She always has the property looking nice and kept clean. She is very concerned with any issues that arise and handles them almost immediately. I feel like it is a very clean and safe complex.

I moved in a little over a week ago and I couldn't be happier! I got a one bedroom apartment and though it isn't the updated version, it is great! There is a great amount of room throughout the whole apartment and even with a ton of furniture, there is plenty of room! The storage area is very helpful and the walk-in closet is great. Lydia made sure the entire process was as smooth as could be and she has been so helpful throughout everything! Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking! All the neighbors are super nice and welcoming. This apartment complex is also located in the middle of everything you may need or want. it's a great find! So happy I was able to snag up an apartment here before they were gone!

I recently moved in and I just love it the staffing has been very kind and accommodating I can be a little precise. It’s a beautiful complex very affordable and newly renovated units I believe are available and I love them! I moved in fairly fast but they were very helpful! Would highly recommend living here!:)

I'm a long-time resident of The Springs, and I can't remember a better experience with a leasing agent than the one we had with Lydia. She was so kind, wonderful and explained everything very professionally. I'm not sure how many other agents work at the site, but if you are looking, do yourself a favor and ask for Lydia - you won't be disappointed.

I’m really impressed with the service I received in the front office by Lydia. She is the property manager and is smart, courteous, honest, kind and helpful. I also was impressed with the new exterior and upgraded interior. The pool is beautiful too! Great experience overall!!!
