Unbelievable expensive . All meets and talks was just about the costs and payment and like 10% about how to help my dog or explanations what's to do to cure him.Had to do a surgery for our dog and ended up wih allmost 85000 Sek which is like 8500 Euro. Allmost same surgery costs me not even 800 euro in Germany few years ago .... They're just abusing pet love

I have to say that some veterinarian s are bad , they really don't explain the problem we are not experts of what our pets have , so sometimes we make bad decisions because of bad vets. Sad

The best animal hospital in Stockholm. The vets here are top notch and just great people to trust with your loved ones. The nurses and animal caretaker go above and beyond. I've unfortunately had to spend lots of time here but wouldn't trust anyone else like I do with the staff in Danderyd. Avoid the branch at Gärdet which is the complete opposite.

It's a professional animal hospital according to the customer reviews. The clinic I went to in Uppsala recommended it. My cat is allergic to house/dust mites (was diagnosed based on blood test in Uppsala). But my cat feels itchy some times even with the desensitization treatment. That's the reason I booked the appointment there. I want to comment on the Vet. Sofie Prydz. She actually makes me disappointed with the hospital somehow. I sent the patient journal to the reception before I visited the first time. But when she saw me and my cat, she still asked the questions which are all written down in the journal. I told her she should check the journal I sent. But she said she didn't receive it. Fine, I directly sent the journal to her immediately. Two weeks later, when I and my cat visited her again. She asked me to try the diet for my cat which I tried two years ago in Uppsals and turned to be not the allergy reason. She apparently never has read the journal very carefully. I spent more than 3000 kr for every visit. She should have spent some time to read the journal, since this is her job. The long journal should not be the reason!!! I do not want to see her anymore. Fortunately, other stuff working at the hospital are very helpful and with a lot of experience for treating my cat. I appreciate that. This is the reason I give four stars.

Disappointed, the vet tried to over treat my dog and give more unnecessary treatment during weekend. Used pressure for forcing I keep my dog overnight in the clinic. Dog recovered within few days with home care and simple anti-inflammatory treatment in tablet form. Possibly it was just because to get more money from insurance. Can you send also reclamation when patient get damage or dies? You can, but it does not help to the individual.

Been there twice (paid 4100 kr and 3250 kr ) for literally nothing. Just talking to the vets, because my dog was “to scared and angry” for them to do anything. Never seen a dog been happy to be at the vet honestly in my life. But okay. Cool

Very clean, modern and quiet suburban Stockholm (Danderyd) animal hospital. Service from initial checkin, the vet and his assistant who examined our dog, and check out was all done smoothly and without any surprises. The check in/out employees were particularly helpful and friendly.

It's a great hospital...if you must go. The staff cares about the animals. Try not to go on weekends and go before 5pm on Friday if you must bring a sick animal in, otherwise the bill goes very high. I find the staff goes over tye treatment with you and gives you options on course of treatment. Overall I highly recommend. Also make sure your animal has insurance otherwise the bill is expensive.

My two dogs have been treated here. Excellent care. Highly recommended.

Best hospital with best staff, our cat was operated last week for a fracture of his leg and now he is good,all the staff took care from first moment about him,the veterinarian Maria she is amazing and also when he came home she was so helpful with us if we needed help. We are so happy and satisfied of everything,we reccomend them 100% Only thing is really expensive. Thanks for everything:)

Very good at handling dogs and had a great plan to follow included different options to try. Negative we had to wait 5hrs before getting help at the ER. Company is medicore but the vets and staff are very helpful and nice.

Went here for an emergency since our regular vet is closed on the weekend and returned later for a follow up appointment. We had both times a very positive experience. Overall, the staff seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. They handled my cat well and were patient and gentle with her. We even got a second opinion from another doctor just to be sure. We didn't have to wait more than a few minutes both times. It was ridiculously expensive to go on a Sunday but I get that it is expensive to run a hospital and have staff available during holidays. I would definitely come back here if one of my cats needs emergency care or a specialist beyond our usual veterinarian.

Great staff, they really made sure to put my cat's best interests first. My cat is still very shy around people so they made sure not to do any unnecessary tests that might cause my cat more stress. After I picked him up, they made sure to let us know if there were any more problems and if there were that we were always welcome to go back. The clinic also called me the next day to check up on him and make sure that he was doing okay. I highly recommend this vet clinic!

One stupid question, my pet is your patient, she have neurological issues. How do we get emergency help if there is no neurolog in emergency room??? Paying for emergency time several times just to hear “oh, this case is really difficult” and we end up with blood tests and just some painkillers, seriously?? Basically dog with neurological emergency issues is not welcome, right??

Great animal hospital with a really great bunch of people working there. They take good care of the animals, and are also great at comforting people in need. Sorrily the Swedish government does not support animal hospitals, so the prices are as high as anywhere else in Sweden. But, your pets are worth it!

They always treat my dog as it was theirs ❤️ The only thing is when you go the emergency room (because agenda is extremely full) and your dog is not acute, you could wait more than 5 hours to get someone to help you!

We were very satisfied with our visit to the ER at the animal hospital. Extremely professional and competent staff! Everyone was so nice! The vet was humorous, made us laugh and made our day better. They calmed us humans aswell as our cat, and didn’t judge us for making a mistake as cat-parents. Thank you for such amazing care! ☺️🙏🏼
