Update 14.11.2023: I returned to the Center again following a summons. I spoke to Alessandra, the manager, and she explained to me what, for obvious privacy reasons, actually happened and she couldn't make public. This obviously makes me change my opinion. While on the one hand I saw a total disservice with this gesture, I must recognize that the facility still cares about its patients. I hope to have the least need of you, in the sense of "we hope to always be well". In this case, with this morning's meeting, I will place my trust in you again. Having made an appointment for a specialist exam, I was contacted by the center the previous day to ask me if I could bring the appointment forward by 20 minutes. I agree without hesitation. On the day of the exam, I arrive as usual at least 20/25 minutes early (and I am aware that this is my problem) on the new agreed time. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, I discover that the specialist doctor is not yet at the office and is about half an hour late. After another half hour of waiting, we were told that he would be arriving shortly. That "short" turned into an additional half hour. Moral: the specialist doctor showed up about two hours late (so much for half an hour). Typical ASL waiting times with private prices. Everyone apologized for the unfortunate episode, that's true. But the one who loses out is always and only the patient who becomes impatient, above all because he pays, and also handsomely, for a service that in the end was not there. The only positive note: the reception staff who tried in some way to alleviate this incredible wait.

I stayed in the new facility at number 5. The guy at the reception was very kind, friendly and helpful. The professor. Fiori is a very good, professional and above all empathetic sonographer with patients, he gives you all the information you ask for unlike many doctors who don't do it but should!!!

Had a pediatric ultrasound on my son. Dr. Fiore was punctual and kind. there should be more doctors like him, humanity is important. Booking fast enough, little waiting.

I have been doing blood tests all my life for my rare disease. Over the years many have massacred me. Since I have been going to Artemisia I have finally found all the very good operators with such a light touch that it is also suitable for children. The courtesy and availability of this center are of a high level. I strongly recommend it.
