This is the only Park Happy lot listen on Google maps. I know there is at least one more because, apparently, I parked there (when I drove to an SP+ lot) and payed to park. Had lunch. Came out to my vehicle to find a parking ticket for "Park Happy" on my windshield when there were no signs and no listing on Google maps. Also the pay station I payed said "this meter is for yellow lines only" and I verified that I was parked, in fact, between yellow lines. They are a fraud. Confusing people so they can charge them a $90+ fine. Oh, and add $4 because... well, they can. Bonus points if you can spot the sign for Park Happy and read it!

I got my ticket for 1 hour parking but received a ticket because it wasn't clearly displayed on my dashboard. I followed up with the image of my parketing ticket plus the ticket they gave me. I never heard a response, then 45 days later I get an $85 dollar invoice in the mail and a threat to go to collections. Truly ridiculous for parking fees. But, since there is clearly no accountability for this business, it's clear that they can do and charge whatever they wish.

Warning: Stay away from this atrocious parking company at all costs! I have had the misfortune of using their services, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. First and foremost, this parking company seems to have a remarkable talent for extracting money from unsuspecting customers with their deceitful and exorbitant fees. I parked my vehicle for a mere hour, only to be slapped with an astronomical bill that would make a king weep. It was as if they saw me coming and decided to charge me for every breath I took while on their premises. These unjust fees are not only excessive but also completely unjustified, leaving a sour taste in my mouth and a gaping hole in my wallet. But wait, it gets worse! Their customer service is a masterclass in incompetence and apathy. When I tried to dispute the charges, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude from their representatives. It's as if they were trained to belittle and disregard customer concerns. I was passed from one person to another, each more unhelpful than the last. They clearly have no interest in resolving issues or providing any form of satisfactory resolution. They thrive on the misery of their customers.

It is awful to run over your time by ten minutes and have to pay 40.00, this is not a city run parking meter. I do realize your running a business but there is nothing happy or fair about your parking violation fees. You should consider changing your name to Rip off Parking. Have you ever considered a grace period of a couple of minutes? Lesson learned I now know to avoid your lots.

If I could give a 0, I would! Terrible signage. We apparently paid the wrong company. Did not purposely not pay them. Came back to our car with a ticket. Tried to pay but they won’t some ridiculous amount. CS is rude via email. This company Will keep people away from some great business for sure.

I parked my car in a park happy space for less than two minutes. I realized that I had not paid the meter and when I got back to my car there was already a ticket on it. I asked the park Happy attendant, who would not give me her name, if I could pay for my space. She said “no, go online and dispute.“

This company is known threw out Nashville as the steer clear of parking lots. If you see the park happy signs don’t park anywhere near them or a mile radius of them. You can park right in front of one of their text to pay signs and I promise you within 10 mins EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR PARKING. One of their low life can’t get a real job employees will slap a 80 ticket right on your car. This company is known for one thing in Nashville and that’s THEFT OF SERVICES. They don’t have a number to call either so good luck with email them. I’m going to get a petetion going here soon to get this company shut down good. It’s nothing but a parasite in Nashville sucking the hard earned dollars right out of our bank account. I’ve wrote to the city and email council men about this sorry excuse for a company. SHUT DOWN PARK HAPPY 2024 !

Defective equipment, no contact person, no paper to generate receipt. Submitted credit card and was instructed to print receipt and nothing happened. Charged a 55.00 violation which was reduced to 27.00 approximately after multiple correspondences. The initial cost was posted as 3.00 for the first hour. Very expensive parking to go to the Pickers Store in Nashville. I’m sure the mall does not appreciate its customers being mistreated. Better business and reviews all negative. Hopefully Nashville and/or mall will address this so no one else is taken advantage of. Totally disappointed. Business is falsely advertised as courteous and respectful and convenient.

I had only had great experiences parking with Park Happy. They offered free parking in a popular area of Nashville. However, last time I parking there, one area of the garage was filled so I parked in another. I went to the pay station I typically go to and got my free ticket. I returned to an almost $60 ticket on my dash. I emailed them and they let me know that I had gotten a ticket validation for the wrong garage. I was a bit confused since they are all in what seems like one connected garage, but they let me know there was a road between that separated them. This is not particularly noticeable, especially since all of the Park Happy signs are the same throughout both garages. Apparently, I was supposed to go through a set of glass doors and down a hallway to find a pay station that I had looked for beforehand. Whereas the other garage has two pay stations in open sight, even from the sight of the other garage. They did give me half off of my ticket, which is why I'm willing to give them two stars. But their customer service was not very understanding or nice at all. Also the $4 service fee when paying was just the cherry on top of my experience. I will be avoiding parking over here again and will just do the thirty walk from my apartment instead.

Passing through town on our way home from Florida on Easter SUNDAY. We stopped to eat at Tavern. Ran inside to ask if parking was free on Sundays like it is in my downtown. They said no so we went back out immediately and paid for parking and put the ticket on the dash. We left afterward (no ticket was on our dash ) Over two months later I received their letter saying I owed $75 or so for not paying my ticket. Picture of the license plate on the letter. I found my credit card receipt and sent a copy to the angry girl that answers their emails. She said “yes it appears you did pay to park but since you didn’t file a complaint within 30 days we can’t forgive the ticket”. But she offered to accept $25 instead ….huh?! I asked how I was supposed to file a complaint if I didn’t know I had a ticket until they sent the letter months later? We went back and forth with emails - I asked for a supervisor and she said there isn’t one - so apparently she owns Park Happy? Anyway I told her she wasn’t getting another penny from me…bye! Today- a few weeks after our last email exchange I’ve received a second letter saying they’ll boot my car when it’s parked in Park Happy lot. Since I live several states away and won’t be parking in a park happy lot, looks like we are all set . Their M.O. is to charge $75 ++ then act like a good guy bringing it down to $25 . And people pay it- despite not being owed anything ! Nashville is too cool to have a loser like this in town ! Also where is this Park Happy ticket writing picture taking attendant lurking when someone needs to ask a question or needs help getting in and out of the lot or with malfunctioning ticket machines? They must be hiding in the bushes bc they’re right there to write the ticket when you’re out of your car for one second with out paying or from what I’ve read here, 5 minutes late ! Park Happy would be benefit from some employee training and better signs !

DO NOT PARK IN THEIR LOTS! They will overcharge you and leave you a ticket then will proceed not to answer phone calls or have a working website to pay your ticket. I have been trying to resolve my ticket since July and I have not been able to get in contact with someone or have noticed they fixed their payment link on their website. Now, they have added an extra $10 on my ticket for not paying it within 21 days and assuming it will continue to go up. From reading previous reviews, this is their way of making money. Do yourself a favor and park with Premier Parking or any other parking company. Park Happy is a scam.

Paid for parking using a sign located in the parking lot and received a ticket. I disputed this ticket day of and did not receive a response until I received a notice in the mail that the ticket was now $70. Park happy continues to insist that I did not pay for parking in their lot and that the sign for parking I used (located in their lot) was for a different parking company all together. On top of it being close to impossible to get in contact with anyone at this company if you do happen to get an email back they are extremely rude. 0/10 will not use this scam of a company ever again.

NEVER PARK HERE!! I parked here for 45 minutes, the kiosk was broken and I just had to run in somewhere. By the time I came back I had a $65 parking ticket along with every other car in the lot. This place is 100% a scam and get all their money by distributing parking tickets. The fine will go up $10 after 21 days and you can not dispute a ticket after 21 days (not mentioned anywhere). Do not try calling the phone number because they will not talk to you about your ticket or help in any way. Worst experience I have ever had parking in the city.

Extremely manipulative company. Posts a sign on a nearby restaurant saying first hour and a half for free but in fine print (that you can't hardly see) says you have to have a ticket first? But won't post that information on any of the spots in their parking lot? How on earth do you not post your own parking rules anywhere in the lot and then penalize people when they use that lot? This company profits off of misleading people. Hilarious to me that the owner of this company makes his website seem like he is making the world a better place by owning parking lots. I guess the fake five star reviews and testimonials on the website help the owner sleep better at night.

Park happy made me ‘Park Maddy!” Paid for 2 hrs. Arrived @ my car 2 hrs. 5 minutes later to find a $48 parking violation. Restaurant was busy and took time to pay tab. Park Happy is the biggest “ripoff” in town. You can’t talk to anyone when you call & their email address doesn’t work. They have single handely turned me off of wanting to go down town for restaurants & concerts. Someone needs to investigate there business. They are not good for tourists or locals.

Robbery. Parked in a business parking lot after business hours (the sign said that was okay) to go to a neighboring restaurant and came out an hour later to a $55 park happy ticket on my windshield when the spot was not marked and there was NO sign in sight. $55 dollars… normal parking tickets are around $20. $55 is just messed up. I just moved to Nashville so I was unfamiliar with the parking situation. Will never give park happy a dime of my money moving forward. Would give them a 0/5 stars if I could.

We just received a ticket from them tonight allegedly because we haven't displayed our payed ticket which is simply untrue. We have witnesses and proof that it was there. Additionally they stated a totally wrong color of our car, which clearly shows that they did not look very hard. Total scamers. Don't use their services!

AVOID this lot and drive this owner out of business! Parked on a Sunday, went to the payment center to pay for our parking spot, but the screen said "free parking on Sunday". We, along with at least 6 or 7 other individuals coming back to their cars at the same time, arrived to $40 tickets for "not displaying our parking registration". Such a deceptive business practice meant to trick you and earning a higher fee on a non-revenue day. I'd love to file a class action lawsuit on this company as it seems like hundreds of people have had similar problems.

The lot I parked in is very small, and surrounded by little fast food restaurants. I went inside for LITERALLY 5 minutes to pick up my Subway order, and went back to my car to find a ticket. This company is full of vultures waiting to strike. I have to pay $50 because I can’t go in and grab my food and leave? Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible employees. Great work!!!! (not)

Absolute scam. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Got a 85$ ticket for being oversize. It’s a midsize car, you can barely see their spray painted lines not wide enough for a vehicle. Everyone in the lot had tickets. Nothing happy about this.

I’m only rating them a one because ZERO stars is not an option. Metropolis in general is the worst company you could ever park with. They will find any opportunity they get to steal from you. I entered a parking lot for two minutes and left immediately and was charged $55. When I called them they told me this was a “fixed rate” and there was nothing they could do about it. There are several signs in the parking lot to pay but not a single one to say it’s a fixed rate? Completely unacceptable. I have had an issue EVERY time I park with metropolis and every experience with this company keeps getting worse. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Got a ticket for apparently parking in one of their spots but no signs visible (dark with zero lighting), all I saw was a violator will be towed if no doing business at the area I parked at. Would've been more that happy to pay but what do you do when there's no signage that you need to?! Then I come out to find a ticket charging me $48.96. Poor lighting, poor to no signage, poor company. Entrapment if you ask me.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I payed $11 and the machine did not print out my receipt to display in my windshield. They will give you around a $55 ticket if you don't have your receipt displayed. There is a free parking garage right across the street that we were not aware of, use it instead. This is a scam in my opinion.

If I could put zero stars I would. Worst parking service I have ever used. Parked and went into a restaurant to see if parking was free or how to pay. 5 minutes later I received ticket. Tried to dispute but they don’t receive calls and their “contact us” feature does not work. I was ignored for weeks until my ticket penalty increased. When they finally responded a month later, I still had to pay the ticket and they claimed their policy is “to be reasonable”. Ridiculous.

Biggest ripoff I have seen in a while. Used Park Happy for 2 vehicles while some family was in town and wanted to see Nashville. There were signs all over the parking lot and ticket dispense machine stating "do not pay ticket machine, use kiosk" I used the kiosk as directed, entering in all the information for both cars and paid a little over 20.00 for 90 min. of parking each car. When we returned after only 60 min. both cars had received a 72.48 fine for not having a "ticket" in the windshield. So to use the company ParkHappy, their actual cost is 92.48 per hour. What a joke.

Got a parking ticket while I was at the party station. I flagged down the attendant that wrote the ticket he said there was nothing he could do.so I emailed and provided them with the ticket number, and the receipt number. They were time stamped one minute apart. They said they couldn't verify my receipt. I no longer had the tickets because I mixed their email and thought it was settled. I get a notice in the mail that next time I'm in Davidson county they will have my car booted. I wrote them back and they offered to reduce the fee to $25. Such a racket for what was supposed to be a free hour of parking.

The lot is not well marked as a paid lot. When I turned left in to the lot, there was an SUV blocking the kiosk and partially obscuring the sign. Once in the lot, it's just gravel. No markings, no lines or signs. There are no meters on the road. So, I thought it was a free lot - Until I got my $53 fine. I went to the website and contested the fine. Tammy was very prompt in her response and canceled the fine. It is nice to know there are still understanding, reasonable people with whom to do business.

Expensive to park at $8+/hr and will give you a ticket and boot you on first offense if you forget to pay. Attendants are unresponsive and take 45+ minutes to respond. They wont't answer any questions and charge an unreasonable fee ($100) to unboot. Disputes are done in person and online but they make you pay first, which then state that you cannot dispute after you pay. I wouldn't recommend parking in any of these lots ever.

What a scam. I totally paid, and it didn’t matter. They boot your car anyway. None of the numbers or websites allow you to free your car. It’s just dispute numbers. Because they basically just boot them all amd extort you to pay. How is this company legal?

No signage. Parked in the spot and paid. Coming back to the car we saw the meter man ticking my car. I asked why i got a ticket and told me i paid the wrong company. I scanned the bar code one spot over from the spot I parked in. They know there no signage to tell which are theirs spots. Just a way to make more money. It's already way over priced and then pay a $48 ticked. I wish i had a photo!

Parked here in the Gulch to eat at STK… walked outside and my car passenger window was broken open and they stole my purse and all my personal items.. the parking lot had no cameras which I think is odd and the parking attendee didn’t even call police. He waited until we walked out of the restaurant. Keep in mind there were many other cars in the parking lot that were un touched and it seemed like a safe area. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE

BEWARE !!! We used a Park Happy lot off of Broadway in Nashville, TN because the sign said $9 for the first hour. We only planned to stay for an hour or less. A credit or debit card had to be used, no cash accepted. We were parked for 55 minutes and were charged $29.12 ! Of course, the only phone number posted goes to the local impound yard if you don't move your car within the 2 hour limit which clearly is not posted on their signs. Total rip off!

Wish I could put a 0 star. I work downtown as a lime juicer. I got out of my truck that was still running in the lot to get a scooter instead of blocking a lane of traffic. They took the opportunity to ticket me for no receipt on display. $68.00 to a truck still running in the lot, parked less than 2 minutes and the owner less than 30 feet away. I attempted to dispute it online with no response.

Booted my car while I ran in to pick up to a to go order where there weren’t enough to go spots. Multiple other cars here doing the same thing. They wouldn’t listen to reason when I proved I had a pick up order and would be in and out. Doesn’t answer the phone when you call. Will only respond to your text by repeatedly asking for payment. Awful company.
