I scheduled 3 sports physicals for my children at the little clinic and drove over ten miles to make the appointments. Upon entering the store the security guard posted at the front walked behind and followed my children and i all the way to the back. Where he seen me looking at him and continued to speak with the clerk at the front saying he wanted to know why a manager had been called - to which she replied huh? there was no manager called. I thought it odd but brushed it off- clearly profiling me and my black children. Check in time the clerk was sitting and talking to another employee for a few minutes before attending to us. After waiting a while I went to the screen that says check in- I was rudely told I can help you over here if you want to just wait. I felt it was rude but brushed it off, I was then asked if the physicals were for sports I told them It was for their daycare on post and showed her the forms. Before she even read them she was telling me oh it’s military and for overseas so you need a full physical which is 59 a piece. I told her I wasn’t going overseas and these were required to enroll them in child and youth services ( where they also do SPORTS). She then told me oh I can’t do that for these you have to have the full physical for these forms especially for your younger children because they don’t play sports- my kids play soccer football and volleyball. The forms I provided from the daycare say CYS SPORTS PHYSICALS at the top and when I told her that she rolled her eyes and asked me to see the forms to take to the back. She went to the back and came back less than a minute later to tell me that id need to do full physicals for this form (which is a one page standard physical form) at 59.00 a piece. I scheduled 3 kids at 29 dollars a piece so needless to say I can’t afford double that a piece based on what a front desk clerk thinks we need. It’s ridiculous that I was treated poorly, talked to like a second class citizen, and stared at weirdly when I inquired on why it wouldn’t be regular physicals. I’m beyond embarrassed and upset, my children were crying because they want to play their sports and enroll in daycare and thought this meant they couldn’t. Absolutely unacceptable I understand why this location has 1.5 stars now. I’ll be speaking with tricare about the little clinic even tho I was paying out of pocket. I’ll also be posting my experience on all the local spouse pages and encouraging everyone to avoid this place like the plague. My husband is deployed serving this country and the way we were treated today is a slap in his face.

I received my first dose of the covid vaccine at this location and they completely lost my records. They have no proof that I received the first dose even though I got my second dose at a different location. Now I have no way of proving that I’m fully vaccinated. I do not recommend this location if you want your records to be kept. This is unacceptable. However, the doctor and and lady that helped me were nice and helpful. It’s just that whoever was responsible for my first dose is incompetent.

I went in to get a TB test on a Friday. The lady doctor who helped me was very kind and helpful. She told me to either come back Sunday or Monday at 9:30 to get my results read. She did not say anything about needing to make an appointment. I figured since it would take 5 minutes to read my results I would be fine. I go back Monday morning to get my results read and Robert was the doctor who helped me. He was very rude and asked why I didn’t have an appointment. I told him that the dr who helped me Friday did not mention needing an appointment and they also had a sign that said they take walk-ins. He rushed me in the room and said “yeah you need to make an appointment next time because now I can’t get to my other client who is waiting for you when he already has an appointment that he scheduled.” So rude!! I guess I should’ve made an appointment and Robert made that very clear and told me I should thank the gentleman for letting me cut in front of him. I already felt really bad. I don’t plan on coming to this clinic again. Robert needs to learn about better customer service.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! I had an appointment here to have a DOT physical. It had been scheduled for more than a week. They then called me an hour before my appointment that they do not have a DOT certified physician there. WHY did they allow me to make the appointment in the first place and then WHY did they wait until the day of an hour before to cancel my appointment after I had gone through all the pre-registration stuff. UNACCEPTABLE practice for any business. They apparently havent had a DOT physician there for some time. They did offer to send me to a clinic in Monument. How kind.

I had an appointment but had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. The doctor (? I’m not positive it was a doctor as he didn’t introduce himself) was disheveled and seemed unsure of the computer system. The floor in the exam room was dirty, muddy-dirty, like a bunch of hikers had been in there. I was the third patient of the day. I got no help because I haven’t been sick long enough, he wasted time telling me how to treat a cold instead of treating my sinus infection. It was a waste of my time and money.

I have been declined as a walk in three time when it states that walk in's are always accepted and I find that unfair that three times I was told to leave and set up an apointment for a latter time.

Terrible service! I made an appointment the day before and arrived on time. There was only one person running the whole show - medical personnel and receptionist. And then I waited for over an hour before I have up and went elsewhere and was seen promptly. If they charge me for a missed appointment when I actually arrived in time, there is no way in hell I'm going to pay for a service I didn't get!

I went in for a covid test and gave them my insurance info. By law covid tests should all be covered by insurance. Later I end up getting a bill, so I call them back to give them my insurance info again. I keep getting bills and eventually they transfer it to a debt collector. Don't go here if you can avoid it, they are completely incompetent when it comes to insurance and billing. I'll never go here again.

Horrible service and customer service! Caitlin is so rude and the wait at the er or urgent is less than having an appt here! Dr Lopez totally contradicted himself, dont think he even knows the difference between viral and bacterial! Lesson learned!

Tried to schedule appointments for 3 of us in my family. I would have ended up at king sooper for 4 hours for this. They could not schedule my appointments back to back so I would either have to stay onsite or leave and come back a couple hours later for 3 different appointments

Absolutely frustrating. I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. I got there at 10:50 a.m and tried to check in with the receptionist. I told her that I wanted a Quantiferon TB gold test as the regular one doesn't work for me. She told me to wait so I did. After about 10 minutes, she came back and collected my insurance and Driver's license info. She told me to wait again. I assumed that they had the test available and waited again. About 30 minutes later (11:37 a.m), the receptionist came back and told me that the test is actually not available. Was there miscommunication or misunderstanding? I am not sure why I had to wait for something that was not even available. very frustrating. I will try a different location and see if they have it. The process is unnecessarily very stressful. Hope your experience is better than mine. Update Later, I learned that the provider could have written a standing order for me to complete the blood sample collection at a third party lab if they didn't have the right testing tubes, etc. I don't know why they turned me down. Perhaps, there was a mistake.

They accepted my insurance and the wait was quick. I am severely needle-phobic and Nicole at the Little Clinic gave me the easiest shot I've ever had. It was quick and painless and I didn't pass out for once. I will definitely be seeking her out for any future vaccinations I need or anything similar. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful there.

Deceptive sales practices and shady marketing. I went here before I was insured and was charged a decent rate. I went back a few months ago after becoming insured, and I was greatly over-billed. They expect that since I have insurance, the insurance company is going to get stuck with the bill. The reality is that I ended up having to pay more than twice the amount for the exact same procedure. I was also double-billed, which was extremely difficult to figure out. I know some people will need this service, as I did, but I urge those people to figure out an alternative if possible, and double-check all of the paperwork if they must go.

I made an appointment for a zoom consultation, because I was covid-positive (no symptoms) and was directed to do so. I clicked into the zoom a couple of minutes early. I waited 10 minutes. The doctor never showed up. I exited and entered again. Still no one, for another 15 minutes. I called the 888 number. The person who answered tried to help me, but couldn't get an answer from the clinic's phone number. I noticed at that point that I had a phone message. I checked it -- it was someone from the clinic, calling five minutes after my appointment time, offering to "get me started". Nothing in any information I had received had told me to await a phone call. I called the number back twice -- no answer, no voice mail set up. I went to my closest Little Clinic in person. The receptionist was kind and apologetic, but she told me she couldn't make an appointment face-to-face due to having too many patients to deal with already, and that I'd have to book one on-line. So I went home and called a different Urgent Care clinic. No wait, easy covid procedure, I was in and out in an hour, including about 30 minutes drive time. Now I know where to go -- and, more importantly, where not to go.

I paid at the time of service and keep getting bills trying to collect for what I already paid for and trying to collect for services I didn't agree to paying for. The medical person who helped me was appropriate. Everything else about TLC quality has really gone downhill. Don't bother.

We had an appointment at 11:45, walked in at 11:48. We waited for 10 minutes before the lady at the desk came out to help us. She mentioned how we were 3 mins late, but was acting like it was a big deal that we were still being seen even though nobody else is waiting. Of course no name tag was on but she was here the other day we came as well.

This location is very rude over the phone and in person. I was given medication for gout that was not working. I called and was told a doctor would call back, I never received a call. I went to the clinic the next day for a follow up and was charged for another visit because it’s a different PA each day. Don’t come here if you want any respect and plan on having any follow ups.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk receptionist, JORDAN, was beyond rude. I had an appointment for my son for a sports physical. I called 20 min ahead of time and told JORDAN that we were going to be 10 min late. The reason was the weather. It was down pouring and hailing. I told her we would be 10 minutes late. She said they have a 10 min late policy and if we were late than that, we would have to reschedule. We ran inside inside, through the hail, soaking wet and got to the desk as it literally turned 11 minutes after 3pm. JORDAN being her lovely, professional self refused to see us. I also work in a medical office, and each situation is a case by case situation. And I know the Dr's I work under will willingly see patient's because every patient is a paycheck. JORDAN was beyond rude. Nasty tone, no greeting, giving us dirty looks and there's definitely a reason this place has a 2.7 ☆ JORDAN. I recommend taking an extra 20 minutes(or 20hrs) and go anywhere else but here. This is my first bad review I've ever posted on line.... and JORDAN is the reason. 1 ☆ is one too many. No thanks JORDAN, we will not be rescheduling.

Had an appt to take my grandfather in for a COVID test. Originally had scheduled an appt near our home, but that got cancelled a few hours before the appt. So, we had to reschedule at this location across town. Got stuck in I-25 traffic and was a few minutes late. They inform me that because I'm late they won't do the test. Thanks for wasting my time.

I just went there and had a physical performed. It was fast and easy and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 20 mins. I was fat shamed, but for good reason. Got good diet advice to lose the 30lbs I need to lose be healthy.

In and out within 45 minutes. People were amazing, listened to me, and took care of me. One of the best experiences I had at and medical facility. Went today at 1020 am

Surprised to see the negative reviews. Myself and all my family have visited for a variety of ailments and tests. Always quick (if not urgent make an appointment online,) and professional. Well priced in comparison to other providers.

Had an appointment for Covid vaccination. There was a sign saying they were at lunch on the counter. I waited until someone came back. Finally after 20 minutes I was told I would have to wait 3 hours for the next opening. Why make it so hard to get vaccinated??
