Ich
hatte
bereits
beim
Erstgespräch
den
Eindruck,
nicht
wirklich
willkommen
zu
sein.
Herr
Dr.
Schumacher
war
zwar
freundlich
zu
mir,
aber
betonte
sowohl
bei
diesem
als
auch
bei
allen
folgenden
Terminen
(insgesamt
vier),
dass
ich
ja
einen
Vollzeitjob
und
Uniabschlüsse
hätte
und
dass
sich
viele
seiner
Patient*innen
in
sehr
viel
beschwerlichere
Umstände
wiederfinden
würden.
Mir
erschien,
als
suggerierte
er
damit
jedes
Mal,
dass
mein
Leidensdruck
offensichtlich
nicht
groß
sein
könne.
Ich
habe
trotzdem
einen
Diagnosetermin
wahrgenommen
und
wurde
anschließend
mit
ADS
diagnostiziert.
Auch
beim
Auswertungsgespräch
kam
Herr
Dr.
Schuhmacher
wieder
darauf
zurück,
dass
ich
ja
einen
Job
und
eine
Wohnung
hätte
und
fing
erneut
an
davon
zu
erzählen,
dass
andere
Patient*innen
es
schwerer
hätten.
Für
mich
ist
nicht
klar,
wieso
die
Situationen
von
patient*innen
fortwährend
gegeneinander
aufgewogen
werden
müssen.
Herr
Dr.
Schuhmacher
stellte
mir
kaum
Fragen,
um
sich
nach
meinem
Herausforderungen
zu
erkundigen
und
riet
mir
am
Ende
des
vierten
Termins,
mich
nach
einem
Verhaltenstherapeuten
umzusehen
(nachdem
ich
bereits
sieben
Monate
auf
seiner
Warteliste
war
und
die
vier
Termine
im
Abstand
von
mehreren
Monaten
stattfanden).
Insgesamt
ist
also
über
ein
Jahr
vergangen,
ohne
dass
eine
Therapie
anfing
und
mir
dann
geraten
wurde,
einen
neuen
Therapeuten
zu
suchen.
Das
Team
insgesamt
ist
nett
und
Herr
Dr.
Schumacher
ist
bestimmt
ein
kompetenter
Tiefenpsychologe
,
aber
ich
habe
mich
dort
nicht
leider
nicht
wirklich
ernstgenommen
gefühlt.

From
the
very
first
meeting,
I
had
the
impression
that
I
wasn't
really
welcome.
Dr.
While
Schumacher
was
friendly
to
me,
he
emphasized
on
both
this
and
all
subsequent
appointments
(four
total)
that
I
had
a
full-time
job
and
university
degrees
and
that
many
of
his
patients
would
find
themselves
in
much
more
difficult
circumstances.
It
seemed
to
me
that
he
was
always
suggesting
that
my
suffering
obviously
couldn't
be
great.
I
still
attended
a
diagnostic
appointment
and
was
subsequently
diagnosed
with
ADD.
Also
at
the
evaluation
meeting,
Dr.
Schuhmacher
went
back
to
the
fact
that
I
had
a
job
and
an
apartment
and
started
talking
again
about
the
fact
that
other
patients
had
a
harder
time.
It
is
not
clear
to
me
why
the
situations
of
patients
have
to
be
constantly
weighed
against
each
other.
Dr.
Schuhmacher
hardly
asked
me
any
questions
to
inquire
about
my
challenges
and
at
the
end
of
the
fourth
appointment
advised
me
to
look
into
a
behavioral
therapist
(having
already
been
on
his
waiting
list
for
seven
months
and
the
four
appointments
being
several
months
apart).
So
all
in
all,
over
a
year
has
passed
without
starting
therapy
and
then
being
advised
to
look
for
a
new
therapist.
The
team
as
a
whole
is
nice
and
Dr.
Schumacher
is
definitely
a
competent
depth
psychologist,
but
unfortunately
I
didn't
really
feel
that
I
wasn't
taken
seriously
there.
