Warm wooden floors, rustic exposed brick walls engraved with the names of jazz music’s finest players, and a stage with a piano, the ground and mezzanine floor make you feel like you’ve stepped into a different era. The stage is well-equipped to host a variety of performers, and the bar is well designed but the star of the show is the chandelier that hangs over the stage. The first floor features the Piano Man Bakery and higher up is Dirty Apron, the fine-dining space offering European and Pan-Asian cuisine. It also has a rooftop section, perfect for winter-time soirees. Dirty Apron is all about having a long, leisurely meal and the menu ensures you stay put for a couple of hours. From decadent soups (there’s a Broccoli Cheddar soup) to salads infused with beetroot, orange and couscous to flavoursome mains, there’s a lot of variety. Simple dishes such as the Pizza Margherita are scrumptious and will leave you hungry for more!

I went their for lunch. Cozy ambience, the singer was exceptionally talented. I felt I was on a date with my wife. Music and ambience was so soothing. Loved it.

Amazing ambience with live Jazz performance. Seating here in late night was like you are in any European restaurant. All type of continental food and drinks available. We enjoyed a lot. We came here for my son and wife's birthday celebration. They has provided a separate area for celebration. They reserved our table for the entire evening till midnight. Highly recommended and make sure you have reserved the seat through their website before coming.

Nice vibe, I went during the day and that too a Monday so didn’t catch any action but I’ll definitely visit during the live performance time. The interiors go with the name. It gives a jazzy retro feel. The place isn’t that huge but I like the way they’ve kept the seating. I just had nachos and a beer and the nachos tasted just ok. The beer was good though, lol

I had a great time at Piano Man Jazz Club. The live band from Argentina was fantastic, but the place was a bit overcrowded. The prices were reasonable, and I only wish they had a larger space to accommodate the crowd better.

Brilliantly recreated a very 60's smoky jazz bar ambience. Make sure to get a reservation if you want to have a proper meal, walk ins are seated at the back on a sofa, so no tables. If you're there for the music, the sofa is actually better for foot tapping with a drink! They have an excellent cocktail menu.

The Piano Man Jazz Club is a squeezed place in Safdarjung and I would definitely not recommend couples who want to spend intimate dinner there. Though the name suggests it’s a club but it’s not the conventional club that you are looking for nor it suffices to a proper restaurant. It’s most likely between a pub and a restaurant. Having said that, the size of the place cannot fool you the enormity of food that it has to offer. I had the luxury of spending a beautiful dinner night here with a band that is unknown to me and it was up to my expectations. Since it was my first visit here I was initially skeptical and to my surprises it didn’t fail to disappoint me. I have to talk about the most amazing dining experience I had here which is the food. It was a surreal experience for me. I am deeply obliged to thank the chef’s whose hands are no less than that of the artisans. Now that I’ve addressed the good snippets of this place I am somewhat critical of few things where I think it missed out a star from my end. Firstly, I had a prior Zomato Gold booking and despite that I had to pay an additional fee for the live show which I was not aware of nor it was mentioned in their bookings on Zomato. It was an odd experience and I felt if they would’ve notified me earlier it would’ve been great. Second, despite having a table booking for two I was shocked to see that I was given a tiny table where we barely could keep things. So, I definitely think prior booking does not work and it’s always advisable to call them earlier. Third, the server was annoyingly sloppy while asking for drinks and refills. I understand the wait for the food but drinks was something that you do not want to wait for 10 minutes or more. So, understaffed might be an issue here. Fourth, they lacked a proper bar menu and most of the drinks that you want to order aren’t available. They don’t have great beer options so make sure you get buzzed before going in there. And the final problem is their exorbitant prices. If you are planning for a dinner experience with drinks make sure you have more than 7k with you. The service charge and alcohol service charge with GST is going to drill heavily on your pocket. I hope to visit here again.

If you love Jazz you gotta be here. Went to see the Pune Jazz Project. Thoroughly enjoyed! Limited seating. Service is okay. Ambience is good. 10/10 for Jazz lovers.

It is always refreshing to visit this place. They have live jazz music artists who perform here. Marta Sanchez Trio was performing this time when we went there. It was a good experience overall. The crowd is good, the food is good and the staff behavior is also good.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary after having a horrible experience at a restaurant nearby. Best decision. Prices are at a bit higher side but the ambiance, food quality, taste and portion sizes are worth it. People are polite. Service is fast. Crowd is decent. Recommended for people who enjoy live music. We got to enjoy a live jazz performance.

The place is meant to be for Jazz connoisseurs. There are some tremendously tangents artists bringing about their A game, jamming to some of the most loved Jazz rhythms. The venue, however is not adequate for the crowd of people that gather and gets utterly congested. The seats are not comfortable diminishing your entire experience. Food is well prepared and tastes good and with a large collection of expensive liquor at your disposal, you can have a good time as well. The ambience and the crowd is great too.

It has something different to offer on the menu..new and delicious cocktails and scrumptious food. The jazz music with just sufficient lighting adds to the vibe. Prior booking is needed for the show...would definitely try next time. In times of pandemic covid 19, though i feel the the place is very small and there is no ventilation,a bit dingy so was a bit apprehensive. Food was good and so were the drinks. This gem of a place is a must visit. The food is truly fabulous & the cocktails are yummy! Although the place is quaint and tiny, the decor is so thoughtful and lovely..I loved the balcony seating overlooking the stage, the large distressed looking mirror across the balcony and the trumpet chandelier... Just delightful! And the music... Ooh the music... I will visit Delhi again for this experience!

If you want to experience the old school pub vibe with Live music, thisbis your place. We went on a dinner date and were charged ₹500/- per person as ticket for the band that was playing that night. We had 3 drinks, 4 food items and that costed us ₹6000/- It is a lill on the pricey side I must say, the LIVE band was really good and you are basically paying that much for the vibe. The safdurjung one has a limited seating option so make sure if you are planning a dinner date, arrive 10 mins prior to your reservation. And grab a seat and don't let it go😂 The management can kick you out if you are only there having dinner and havent paid for the LIVE band tickets.

We are a family of music lovers and celebrating Dad's birthday was an incredible experience at this place. Loved every bit of the place from food, drinks, ambience, service to the most cooperative and courteous staff mannerisms. If you enjoy listening and playing the piano you are sure to have a love affair with this place. Highly recommended for special occasions.

I love this place. It has amazing vibe and great food also. It's just little small. Things we had Broccoli cheddar soup - must have Ravioli - must have You can skip normal food like nachos etc, coz they're ok. But anything Italian is super amazing And with lovely music all the time it's an awesome place to be visited any evening.

The decor and the vibe of the place is that of 80s (which is absolutely refreshing). This isn't your shabby bar or pub, but a club with the energies of the same..great customer service and food + the support to local artists is an awesome initiative that they vave taken.

Love the vibes and music here. Though, I had a shady experience with the bartenders trying to overcharge me for my drinks. Basically he gave me some random number and expected me to pay up, until I asked for the bill and it was about Rs. 200 lower than what he'd said. Rs. 200 isn't a big deal to me, but it's the ethics of the situation. Plus, charging a service charge when I'm ordering at the bar is also ridiculous. Opening a bottle of beer and placing it on the bar demands a service charge? Menu is fine. Definitely could use more sustainable / vegan / plant based options.

The talent that graced the stage was nothing short of exceptional. From soulful blues to energetic rock, the variety of musical genres on offer catered to a wide range of tastes. The sound quality was superb, and the intimate setting allowed for an up-close and personal connection with the performers.The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a drink that perfectly complemented the music or my mood. Their cocktail menu was a delightful surprise, offering both classic favorites and creative concoctions that were expertly crafted.

Great food and atmosphere (pre-show). Then awful live jazz music (3 Nov. 2023), and way too loud. We would have stuck around for a last drink (they have a nice cocktail selection, too), but the music was a huge turnoff. We just left. This isn't, in my opinion, the ambience a piano bar should go for. I wasn't sure whether to give a 3 or 4-star review because the restaurant itself is definitely worth your time and money. But that particular show, good god... Tell me you picked the wrong career without telling me.

Music experience was great. Food and drinks were standard. Vibe was 💯. I just didn't like the locality much. Car parking was an issue, and Piano man doesn't help with that , nor do they have any parking space.

Great place, great ambiance & great music. The lineups are announced in advance & some of them however don't border around jazz, yet quite awesome perfomers. However, the downside is the space constraint if it gets a bit packed. You'll hardly find yourself a seat. And the smoking room is like traveling into Gulliver's Travels.. don't step in if you're a shade above 5ft.

Great ambience and live music. People who gathers are very chill and helpful. The only thing is I would not suggest for very claustrophobic people. As it can attract a lot of crowd and space is small.

I wanted to go this place from a long time And when I did I was grinning from the point I entered the club till I left. Great ambience, vibe and staff. The food was delicious - we ordered verdure pizza and stuffed mushrooms both the dishes had mg heart! The music and surround system was on point. The club is too good!

Definitely recommend for the live bands, speakeasy vibes, tiny smoking area with mini door and transparent giant ice cubes in old fashioned cocktails. Please visit if you like speakeasy vibes that have rules of their own and not catered only towards drinking and eating.

We went there during August 2021. The ambience, music, and food were good. The cocktails were quite good! However, the place was packed with no social distancing norms being followed.

Everything is great, I've loved the place throughout. Loved the music and the drinks. I went there after Covid for the first time in almost 2 years today. Unfortunately, the place has gotten more expensive and there are a couple of mouses that are hanging around the tables, at least on the ground floor. All said n done, it feels a little unhygienic. They should check vaccination status, at least at the entrance.

I have been yearning to go to this place , it’s one of the finest places here in Delhi . The food is great , the music is alluring. It exhibits very warm and welcome vibes. Parvati and her gang performed. We got lucky , saw Arjun the piano man himself playing and performing. Must go place.
