Mister Chai has a very beautiful and a welcoming ambience. I have tried their pastries, tea cakes and bought home breads. Everything has been remarkable! Their snacks and tea was also nice. We were really impressed by the hospitality by Mr.Hrishikesh who took care of our order and was very friendly and gave us great suggestions. We will definitely be a regular customer here.

I am in love with this place. I being multiple times yet I like to visit this place more often. I simply love their hot cup of cappuccino with assorted cookies. Tried butter chicken samosa, little on higher side served with some fancy chutney injections by the side. But worth a try. The ambience is so cosy that you would love it.

Hello - staff is very nice and Cappuccino really good. Before my trip I did not realise that this place is very open in the hotel lobby - so not a cosy secret place...Lobby music and you are 20 fest away from the hotel check in counter. Its not a place to travel to. I stay in the hotel and I am very happy about the quality and Service...

Had ordered a couple of cappuccino's. Honestly, COFFEE ISN'T THEIR FORTE. The taste of coffee was Average and the flavour wasn't the best, not sure about the tea though. Had ordered Aloo chaat, potato balls fried and presented with 3 chutney. The outer shell of the potato balls was crispy, with amazing flavouring but the inside was bland and just plain potato, a bit disappointed. Good ambience but the seating couches aren't comfortable for a 6Ft person as you cant extend your legs comfortably. 3/5 :)

Disappointing experience at Mister Cafe. The tea was subpar, reminiscent of roadside quality. The Vada Pao was passable, but given the hefty prices, the service and overall food quality fell short of expectations. Not a heavenly experience, sadly...

Radisson was near airport. We had stopped on way to Shimla. Food was nice though ac was not working to full capacity as there were few people. Decor was average. We had ordered chicken dish which was good and staff service was prompt

Ordered cold coffee and butter chicken samosa. While the samosa was good the cold coffee was nothing to write home about. For the price expected both to be outstanding. To top or the girl server was just not interested and In the mood probably to give good service and was largely disinterested. Something is off about Eros shangri la hotel service this tone around. Since i frequent this place it seems they are off their game off late. Hope it improves.

Arriving this place in the morning at about 9am. Realised that this cafe may not be suitable for a proper breakfast of hot Indian dishes so we proceed to the above restaurant. This cafe serves light dishes like breads and snacks. We came here for a cup of chai after breakfast. Really enjoyed the tea. Service was great.

This is an awesome place to have tea along with snacks. They offer a wide variety of biscuits, mathi various indian snacks. The snacks are really tasty but heavy on stomach at the same time . It's a must go place with friends.

Went here for coffee on my birthday. It wasn’t a good experience. Coffee was quite average priced around 700₹. Service was slow. Nothing of that level which will make it a feel of shangrila. Sitting Area was fine. You can sit and chat.

Good chai and food! Overall it was a very poor experience, when you’re paying a premium price in a 5 Star hotel you expect a 5 Star service but this was not the case in Mister Chai today. They’ve written in the menu “cutting chai” “one pot for two guests at Rs 999” and “one pot for one guest at Rs 599”. I’ve ordered one pot for two and one pot for one guest accordingly. Restaurant staff was trying to cheat by serving 3 cups from the same one pot for 2 guests and said these are your 3 cups until I asked them about where the 2nd pot was for 1 guest, only then they brought the 2nd pot. I could’ve asked to divide one pot chai for 2 guests into 3 knowing the fact that usually in a pot you’re getting more than just 1 or 2 cups chai but I respected the menu card and ordered accordingly. I expect the same from the restaurant to provide the service in the same way. Nobody expects such a low and cheap behaviour from a 5 Star restaurant. I don’t even understand why even try to cheat customers for 1 pot when we are paying such a high price for chai?

Bad overall experience I had last November. I know this is a late review but this needs to be done. So they actually would serve you stale food with their overrated chai and when you complain the staff would just go back and bring you the same thing again shamelessly. Don't go with the so called good reviews as they provide freebies and offers for putting up good reviews to people. In all I had a very bad experience and I highly recommend people to avoid this overpriced good for nothing place.
