Went their for dinner buffet and I wasn't disappointed at all. The variety in the buffet is humongous and the service is also good. Staff is very courteous and ambience is great. It is a great place to enjoy a peaceful meal. Food was also good and totally liked their spread. And ambience was good too. For me it was totally worth it.

One of the many all day all night dining restaurants of The Maurya Sheraton on Sardar Patel Marg. An iconic 5 ⭐ hotel with an equally exotic and thrilling restaurant. The ambience is superb and the sitting comfy. The buffet layout is very different and you've waiters and stewards to help you with your snacks and mains. In large groups even the small eats are served on table . Greta tasting food. Specially worth remembering was yakhni biryani, chicken bharta and the mutton roganjosh. The fish tikkas in methi wrap was awesome. Overall a captivating experience at a grand place.

I went to place after reading reviews. Now let me tell you the entire experience - Waiter was nice - We ordered Korean chicken bowl, smoked chicken pizza and non veg tandoori platter - Korean was good - Pizza was like any pizza outside you have and it lacked innovation - Non veg platter was good - Place was noisy - Too many staff members were walking around aimlessly. The most disgusting and disturbing thing was that one guy was mopping the ground and then he took the same mop and using its stick and mop started cleaning the kitchen door. The food passes through the same door. So this is to me a hygiene issue as the people serving there may end of touching the doors and all bacteria and virus can find their way on utensils or food. Please look at CCTV of today's evening after 4:00 PM to discover this activity . Regards

We had an outstanding dining experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, with our server Neeraj Rawat being a fabulous host. Chef Laxman crafted an extraordinary meal that exceeded our expectations, and the food truly felt like a home-cooked experience. I highly recommend this place for its remarkable service and comforting, delicious cuisine.

Great non-veg platter and a very nice fine dining place. Huge menu! Loved the cold Pavilion Coffee. It’s inside ITC hotel and has a great vibe. Recommended!

Balle Balle your way to the most finger-licking Food festival - Punjabi Food Festival @itcmaurya Warm your heart and pamper your palate with the richness and memorable flavours of authentic Punjabi dishes curated by Chef @suriyavikrant and his talented team. We just took a culinary trip to Punjab from the comforts of Delhi. Right from the starters to the desserts, everything left us wanting for more. Starting from the Chaats (dahi bhalla, papdi chaat and aloo matar tikki) at the live counter, the Veg platter (paneer tikka, seekh kebab and malai broccoli), Non Veg platter (chicken tikka, chicken seekh and fish) and soft Kulchas with Pindi chole made with Chef’s secret recipes and a blend of spices, the feast was a true culinary delight & an absolute winner! For mains we relished the Butter chicken, Dal makhani, Rara gosht, Palak paneer with assorted breads and Keema pulao. Each dish was an explosion of flavours! Do not miss the desserts. I ended up having a plate of each - Rasmalai, Gulab jamun and Phirni all by myself. A perfect end to a sumptuous meal. The smiling staff and excellent service further complimented the lavish meal. It was truly a feast for the senses! So if you want to enjoy the goodness of a hearty Punjabi meal that will make you burst with happiness, head to the Punjabi Food Festival at The Pavilion, @itc . What : Punjabi Food Festival Where : The Pavilion, ITC Maurya Chanakyapuri When : 12th to 16th April (Wednesday - Sunday) | 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM Price : Dinner buffet per person INR 3450 + taxes with soft beverages INR 4950 + taxes with select beverages

While their buffet option doesn’t start until 7pm there’s the full menu offering at any time before that. You might initially be disappointed at this but don’t be - the range is incredible and every item really tasty and enjoyable. The mezze platter was a good sharing starter, with warm breads and very tasty dips. The tandoori sharer was a good size, available as both a vegetarian and meat option, plus the murgh makhni burger finished up as the highlight of the meal. The brioche bun was more brown bread than white and the sauce on the meat delicious. Interesting the meat was in chunks rather than a pate, making it a little difficult to eat but totally worth the faff. The drinks menu is extensive and all the staff friendly, although English from some of them was a little broken. Presentation of the dishes was good, everything felt clean and there was a good enough atmosphere. I’d happily return any time during the day given the range of dishes available.

Had Sunday dinner buffet here, price is high for the options available. Overall taste was good. Butter chicken could have been better, come on you are in Delhi, you cannot mess up butter chicken.. Chicken Tikka was very normal, nothing exclusive..

We had our breakfast here during our stay at ITC Maurya. Breakfast spread is very elaborate. Few window side tables face pool and have very good view. This is place for lunch. Grab a window side table and enjoy lunch with pool view. Staff here is very helpful. Food is very tasty and nice. Overall environment is very good. It is a nice place for lunch and dinner too.

Hi. I have been regular visitor at "The Pavilion" . Believe me, post lockdown the quality of food has fallen and quantity has reduced to half. Most of the times, I ordered (Maggie's Farm meal) and I very much remember the size and portion of Grilled chicken and other sides along. They have reduced the size of chicken breasts to half of what they served before lockdowns. No complementary breads, nothing !! Instead the prices have gone up. Also the cleanliness is not upto the mark. If you look up at the AC Vents, you would see shocking amount of spider webs with dust rolls, which are clearly visible. Believe folks, The Pavilion ITC Maurya, SP Marg, Delhi isn't any anymore a place to be. There are plenty of options nearby and a little drive away. Thanks, Praneet Singh

Luxurious! Hospitality and service beats world standards. Staff is empathetic and goes out of the way to help and serve. We went on a holiday so there was a waiting period. I recommend calling up the place for prior reservation. Food served is very fresh and exquisite taste. No compromise on quality.

I visited this place recently with my family last week and didn't find it a value for money place. Food is fine but we have better places in Delhi with better ambience and price. The captains there are more than busy, not sure what are they attending! The service is too slow and had to follow up on my orders.

We went for a buffet lunch on 25.09.21. Food was good. Service was friendly. Maybe more indian items on the buffet would be even better. Salad and dessert spread excellent. However everything was spoilt when we were told arbitrarily that only 4 people on the table can avail the doctors' discount scheme. Except for one child on the table all the rest were doctors on our table. It was humiliating to say the least.

Great hospitality ITC Maurya Delhi ……. We have been staying here for about almost 10 days now and and it has always been great service by the staff especially Rajeev and his coworkers in pavilion coffee shop …..always making sure our morning s in the restaurant are great not to forget the super attentive service of Mukesh with his specialty in karak indian tea and filter coffee

The food was decent. The staff was warm and helpful. Seating was not as impeccable. Some seats had a wind vent overhead that made 2-person seating uncomfortable. The Desserts were really nice.

It was a great experience. Dined out after a long time with family and as always the food and service at Maurya was beyond our expectations. We had a buffet dinner and Mr. Mahinder took good care of us and made sure that we are looked after well. I would also like to thank Mr. Jatinder Taak for his heartwarming hospitality. Will be visiting again soon :)

Let me begin with sanitization, which is first and the foremost thing we see these days. It was pretty apt however, even after clear instructions to use disposable tongs, ppl were choosing to use hands to serve. Yup, I agree that it's not staff's problem however atleast such ppl can be handled differently. Secondly, the variety. People often choose buffet to have variety. The variety for starters was very limited and similarly for main course. The only best thing was dessert. Staff is very very courteous and supportive. I wish they work a little more towards increasing the variety.

We were there for the buffet lunch. Selection is usually smaller for weekdays and that too lunch but still it was enough. Non vegetarian salads served in tiny platters was a nice touch. Very convenient and a zero wastage option. Mutton raan was good and the mutton biryani was nice too.

I was visiting back home from USA and I stayed at the hotel after 20+years! I have many childhood memories here and I must say the hospitality here is well above the mark! Mr Chandan and Mahip gave us fabulous service! I had a little hiccup and they went above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I’m ever grateful to them to make my stay and dining experience memorable! Thank you again team!

Visited the restaurant with a friend on a a Saturday evening. Though the restaurant wasn't that crowded, the service was super slow. It took them more than 30 mins to serve food, however, I would give them 5 stars for the food and hospitality. We ordered Shahi Paneer along with Laccha Parathas. These were sumptuous. :) Since there was a long delay at their end, they served us complimentary Dal Makhani and a small dessert (Ras Malai) to make up for it. Both the dishes were amazing. We ended the dinner with a cup of tea (as I am a chai person). They served their special Masala chai, which was equally good. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Will definitely visit again. Much love! ❤️

The first thing that struck me about The Pavilion was its sophisticated and timeless decor. We were there for the buffet lunch. Selection is usually smaller for weekdays and that too lunch but still it was enough. Non vegetarian salads served in tiny platters was a nice touch. Very convenient and a zero wastage option. Mutton raan was good and the mutton biryani was nice too. Roast chicken was a bit bland though. Desserts were good and I tried quite a few options but would advise the management to reduce the serving sizes of some of the continental desserts. Golgappas were not good though. Both the filling options were bad.

Pavilion is located inside the iconic ITC Maurya. I had breafast in Pavilion as it was included in my room package. The buffet fare, when you compare to the spread offered at St.Regis in Mumbai, is limited. Decent fare, but definitely limited. I liked the alloo ka paratha. The medu vada wasn’t as crisp as what I would have liked it to be. The dosa and sambhar were good.

Let's start from the beginning. Buffett might mean a different thing here. There is very limited choice in food. We often go out to explore good dinner but here we were completely dissatisfied with Service and food options.

  • 5/5 Sheikh Abdul R. 1 year ago on Google
Food Tastewise it was good Food spread considering buffet is limited One 1 starter each of veg and non-veg. Should consider revising the menu. Ambience was good Service was good I have been to almost all the fine dine restaurants in Delhi and the food spread of this restaurant was less.

My favourite dish is Mutton stew with Khamiri roti. The dish is good enough for two persons. Even the fish and chips are very nice. Three large pieces of fish come in each dish. They have amazing soups as well. For a light start the clear chicken soup is great. I could go on and on.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel has this amazing vintage feel. Now Pavilion and Bukhara are two signature in house dining destinations ITC maurya offers, while Bukhara is ala carte, we headed to pavilion which is all buffet which starts at 7 pm. They offer restricted food options in both veg &non veg, while their desert section is quite good with shahi tukda and blueberry waffle being the best. Soups were good, breads were good, in main course veg we they serve dal fry, panner, Gobi aalu, some sort of spinach keema, that's all !! In non veg main course mutton biryani was good, fish was not good and chicken honey something was too hard. They also had bunch of salad and chat cornor which was ok. The fried rice was below standard in taste as well as quality. Noodles good... Overall I would recommend the hotel to revisit their buffet menu options plus quality. Incase you want to go for experience, please take your call, nevertheless we have better food options in buffet around. It's like 2300/- per person(with taxes).

The Pavilion at ITC Maurya New Delhi is a perfect place to visit with the family, friends, or solo. I often visit here but it's my first review of the place. Simply love sitting there and having a good great quality time. May it be a Sunday Buffet or Ala Carte it's always my preference. Been here many times. Dont remember all the names though Nayan and Achita are superbly hospitable. A very warm cosy feeling one gets sitting here. If you havent then must visit the place and make it your go to place for lunch or evening snacks or may be a simple Coffee in their Sunbeam mugs Have a lovely time

My visit to the Pavilion led me to experience hospitality and opulence at it's finest. From the smiling staff always ready to lend a helping hand to the beautiful ambiance everything was absolutely top notch.
