It was our anniversary and we had a fabulous dining experience. The food, cocktails, service and ambience was exemplary. The management even gifted a cake while we were leaving ,which was a sweet gesture. Overall a great time.

Olive Bar & Kitchen in New Delhi is an expensive cafe that offers a limited variety of cuisines, and drinks. The average cost for three people is ₹4000 where three drinks and one main dish. The Pizza options for vegetarians are limited but it tastes delicious. It is the costliest pizza I have ever had.. The place has good vibe which makes it a ideal place for a beautiful date. This place offers multiple seating options. The outdoor seating is surrounded by trees which gives an organic touch.

This place is so romantic and chill. The menu is limited but the quality is amazing. We got a margarita pizza and it was one of the best MP I’ve had. The service is amazing, staff is very accommodating and the food is immaculate! Definitely coming here again…

Vibes atmosphere was great . Atleast no artificial plants or flower's being used to decorate that. Live music was good. Food was fine non veg pizza was pretty good. drinks i didn't find much good. Service was great. All n all according to price , food and drinks could be much better as it's expensive. So i think they are taking this much for the service and the vibes they are providing. I went with my partner so my experience was fine

A party of six senior friends spent a pleasant afternoon in an environment which was worth recalling with excellent food .We ordered out Mezze Vegetarian,Multigrain skillet,Porto Bello,Shepherd Pie,Ratatouille Roulade & Pesto Genovese... fancy names but all vegetarian and delicious The bread texture and taste was exquisite and reminds one of the spread of breads in Nordic countries where there are atleast half a dozen varieties of bread.. This was adequate for 6 adults and the pesto tasted bland after the the other items The Shepard pie though vegetarian had both texture looks and taste of the original in British pubs... The kingfisher Ultra added extra enjoyment and lifted our spirits Regret that we asked for the persons name who served us but sad to say cannot recollect Excellent service and excellent chef and we were tntroduced to them and that was a privilege...

The place is indeed very lavish, romantic with great ambience especially at night with lots of candle lights, very pretty and beautifully designed and curated, great place to enjoy the vibe but not a place to eat, if you like to spend quality time with little or bit of food, place is food, but not a place for a family get together especially for people who would love to have different sort of food and drinks! Menu is bit on harder side to understand and order! But the good thing is the have fresh breads ☺️ So overall 80 marks out of 100 as I am purely a food person 🤗☺️

We went to the Olive Bar & Kitchen just for dessert and ordered Crème Caramel as per their recommendation. The texture of the caramelized custard was amazing and it was scrumptious with aero-cake but the peanut toffee brittle and the apple-banana sorbet did not go well with the preparation. It could have been better considering the price it is up for. The vibes of this place are heavenly and wholesome. The staff is courteous and professional. The aura of Olive is worth experiencing.

Very rarely does absolutely everything in a restaurant come together to create a fantastic gastronomical experience. It happened here at the Olives restaurant near the Qutub minar in Delhi. It was a beautiful afternoon on a chilly January day. Our flight to Dehradun had been diverted to Delhi and we decided to spend a day here. And came to olives for Lunch. I had been to olives in Bombay many times and kind of done the menu to death. I was pleasantly surprised to see a massive change in the menu and for the better. We ended up having almost all the salads on the menu... Each more delicious than the other. Definitely don't miss the raw mango and awla salad. That was really scrumptious. Then we had mushroom risotto which had a lot of mushrooms unlike other places where they thinly slice exactly half a mushroom into a risotto meant for 4 people. We had a stuffed mushroom thing - don't ask for names they were a little too posh for me. And a Ciabatta with pickled cucumber and light sauteed mushrooms on top. They did have a limited vegan menu though they had plentiful vegetarian options. We ended with a superb dessert - chocolate and raspberries with all sorts of other tiddly bits. . The music set the tone superbly for the Mediterranean food that was being served... The only thing I would say is maybe reduce the volume. The service was beautifully paced... Neither hurried nor slow and courteous. This is a fine dining restaurant. Each dish delightfully served except the portions are generous! The perfect mix of taste presentation and size of helpings. Definitely coming here again! And you should too.

Amazing ambiance with a lot of seating place. Best is open seating below the big old banyan tree in the courtyard of the restaurant. Sandwiches 🥪 were delicious but the chips which came along with it had a terrible smell 👃 of some special oil they use. It has an all day dining bar and restaurant. They have some very cozy indoor seating as well. Prices are expensive as per the location and premium clientele.

Great place to visit with attentive staff and an extensive menu. It has been tastefully decorated and has a Mediterranean feel. The white plastered walls give a rustic effect. The menu has good choice of veg and non veg dishes with locally sourced products.

One of the most romantic restaurants to have dinner in Delhi. I had a good experience there from entering the restaurant to till the very end. The staff is very attentive and courteous. They took care of all are needs with a smile. The interior of the restaurant is very good very minimalist and looks amazing. You are taken to a different world. Though the menu is limited but the menu is selected very carefully. The taste is excellent. The portions sizes are good. I loves their thin crust pizza. It’s a must visit for a romantic dinner. Clearly the restaurant is outstanding. Should be on the list of must visit restaurants in Delhi.

Fantastic place. Courteous Staff. Delicious Food. Soothing Ambiance. Nice Decor. Expensive. Valet Parking. The only issue that I faced is with location of the restaurant. Reached nearby the restaurant but hard to locate in evening time with less light and the board has "Olive" written in very small letters with very fine font. I guess it should be written in bold and bigger than SERAI. Took 15 mins of time going to and fro to locate.

A beautifully designed and neatly curated Alfresco Mediterranean Restaurant seems to be carved out from an old house in Mehrauli area. A place with white pebbled courtyard under open sky partly covered by a Banyan Tree canopy which covers the place beautifully giving it the most natural and aesthetic appeal. The overall design is classic, elegant with dim candle light in evenings. It becomes noisy in evening and on weekends. Different times of the day will offer different vibes. Winters are the best to have breakfast or lunch with some interplay of sunlight and shade under the Banyan canopy with intermittent chirping of birds. Some Bougainvillea climbers are worth noticing at the beautiful entrance. It also has entry to another all day cafe known as Grammar Room. The food is expensive, 5 star style of serving, less in quantity, well served. The place offers variety of drinks. The hospitality is great. An ideal place for dating, 'feel the slow vibe during the day', business conversations, intellectual talks, writing your first or next book, reading your long pending book, scribble your sketchbook, feel the beautiful winters with chai and sun soaking, watch the dim candlelight, and everything you can connect with. And not to forget, washroom of this property is worth visiting with beautiful framed mirror welcoming you on the entrance, minimal elements and lightwork.

A beautiful combination of good food and amazing ambience. Loved the experience but the prices were wayyy more than even a luxurious five star hotel. While i definitely recommend to go here, it'd be better if you go a bit full. Unless ofc, you don't mind the spend.

Olive is really beautiful! I went out with a bunch of my friends on lovely Sunday afternoon & enjoyed Santorini vibes in Delhi 💙💙 The decor was on point and so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes 😍 And the food was great too! We ordered Veg Mezze Platter, Tomato Bruschetta, Pesto Pasta and a chicken dish recommended by the waiter - All fresh and delicious 🤤 We also ordered drinks - Gin cocktails (with Rose infusion and Passion fruit Sorbet) 🥂Well, overall a great experience! Would highly recommend reserving a table in advance.

Olive is probably the best fine dining restaurant in Mehrauli, having both inside and outside seating (also the chairs and seats are very comfortable). The staff was courteous and extremely attentive towards their clients. Everything is so neat and clean here and they are following all covid protocols. Food portions are small but taste good. And, valet parking is available which is not chargeable.

Olive gets 5 stars for the ambience and decor. And that's where the 5 star experience ends. We visited Olive in the winter months The weather was perfect for the setting. The large candle lit courtyard is beautiful. The service is really poor. They don't seem understaffed but are very badly managed. It took forever to get a server's attention. Cocktails were served long after being ordered. Glasses of water were never refilled. It really was a task to get any service. Maybe a self service counter would be a quicker alternative if Olive is unable to manage tables. The food has always been standard and over priced. Nothing spectacular. The cocktail menu wasn't fully available as a lot of items were missing. The wine list, though impressive on print, is also not fully available. It's a shame that such a pricey restaurant is unable to maintain a proper bar. I would still recommend Olive to anyone visiting the city and looking for a pretty restaurant. But don't go just for the food or service. The latter needs a lot of work.

A kitchen is a room or part of a room used for cooking and food preparation in a dwelling or in a commercial establishment. A modern middle-class residential kitchen is typically equipped with a stove, a sink with hot and cold running water, a refrigerator, and worktops and kitchen cabinets arranged according to a modular design. Many households have a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and other electric appliances. The main functions of a kitchen are to store, prepare and cook food (and to complete related tasks such as dishwashing). The room or area may also be used for dining (or small meals such as breakfast), entertaining and laundry. The design and construction of kitchens is a huge market all over the world. Commercial kitchens are found in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, hospitals, educational and workplace facilities, army barracks, and similar establishments. These kitchens are generally larger and equipped with bigger and more heavy-duty equipment than a residential kitchen. For example, a large restaurant may have a huge walk-in refrigerator and a large commercial dishwasher machine. In some instances commercial kitchen equipment such as commercial sinks are used in household settings as it offers ease of use for food preparation and high durability.[1][2] In developed countries, commercial kitchens are generally subject to public health laws. They are inspected periodically by public-health officials, and forced to close if they do not meet hygienic requirements mandated by law.

There is nothing that you will not like about this place. Firstly, the chill ambience, as soon as you walk down the ally to enter the airy natural open space, will surely put a smile to your face and make you calm. Secondly, exquisite menu with local twists are to die for. We ordered an 18 inch pizza with Mezze platter and Tiramisu for dessert, not only the taste but the presentation was amazing. Last but not the least, customer service is great and you will feel welcomed. A must go if you are in Delhi.

Olive is one of the most legendary and long standing , standalone fine dining restaurant in New Delhi. It's located at the mehrauli one style mile area for 19 long years and is going stronger than ever. I was visiting Sabyasachi flagship store , which is located just next to olive and while shopping I felt hungry so what better place to dine in. I had called them to reserve but sadly they never picked both the numbers but that's fine as they did call back (but by that time I was already seated) . So I just walked in and lucky enough got a seat immediately. The restaurant was completely packed that also on a Wednesday afternoon at around 2:45pm ! Not a shocker to be honest as this is the perfect place for a winter lunch in the nippy weather . The outdoor dining is the place to be as the sun falls and the wonderful shade from the trees do make it perfect. I was seated in one of the indoor dining areas and had a great view outwards. Definitely one of the best restaurants especially for ambience and vibe in delhi as this place is just beautiful and exudes class ! I just wanted to grab a small quick bite as my family was still shopping and I had to join them again so I just went ahead and ordered the classic item of olive - the Milano Pizza. Milano Pizzas here have a cult like following and is most probably the most ordered item here. Before my pizza I asked them my server Tejpal to bring me some breads and the freshly baked breads came in around 10 minutes. The Bread was accompanied with a nice light butter. The bread itself was warm but hard and crunchy , maybe it's a new style of bread as I remember them serving soft breads mostly. Eitherways it was enjoyable and the bread was buttery and salty , which was perfect. I added a bit of the chilli flakes and then more butter and it's just super delicious. And finally after 25-30 minutes since ordering came in my wonderful Pizza. An absolute humongous pizza , which is both a head Turner and showstopper, this pizza is a piece of art. 18 inches by the diameter and a top a big wooden serving tray this can intimidate most people , but as it's super thin on the crust it's not as "heavy" as one may imagine . I just ate 2 and a half slices there and took the rest home as I knew I couldn't finish it obviously and some midnight pizza is always good. Coming back to the pizza , the crust is perfect . Really thin , crispy and that burnt/charred finish in certain parts is just absolute perfection and I am sure even True Italians would enjoy this Truly Italian Prosciutto Pizza! The toppings are pretty simple - Sun-dried Tomatoes , marinara sauce, some cheese followed by shaved parmesan , Arugula Leaves and of course Prosciutto. Simple ingredients but of super high quality and made to perfection. Every component of the pizza can be tasted individually even in a fully loaded bite and they all just work in absolute harmony. The prosciutto is really high quality with such a meaty taste and fat , it's just too good. The Arugula adds and nice freshness relief and the parmesan is , well parmesan and always enjoyable. The sun-dried tomatoes were the best element in my opinion as they brought in a strong robust flavour which complemented everything perfect. Rating this 5/5, absolutely smashing. Overall have always had an amazing experience at Olive with their exceptional service , beautiful ambience and lip smacking food. Yes , this institution is old and long standing for a very obvious reason and yes it's pretty expensive. But in my opinion it's absolutely worth every penny. My suggestion is simple one should definitely go and have a visit at Olive , may it be a lazy lunch or a special night of celebration. This pizza cost me just around 2000 with taxes and yes it's absolutely worth it !

Great vibe! Food is just amazing. Staff really good and helpful. Total European vibe with all whites in contrast. Just a very beautiful place. A place with calm ambience, soft music and yummy food completely perfect for dates, corporate dinners, dine out with friends. Food is a little costlier than you would find in general cafes around delhi, but it would be totally worth it - you must definitely try new items from the menu! Drinks are decently priced! Desserts are a must try.

Went for my birthday dinner with my partner for a candle lunch dinner under the Banyan tree. 😇 It’s a beautiful place. Awesome food. And top it all, excellent service. Ishan, the guest manager gives you the best food suggestions to go with your mood and occasion. He suggested a freshly introduced Gondhoraj lemon (Bengal) infused gin to us which is not on the menu just yet. Talk to him, he can be of great help while you plan special fine dine moments. Carrot and tapioca soup is to die for. And the cured chicken salad is a must must try. The price for two is definitely high as it’s a fine dine out place with one of the best milieu in Delhi. But it is definitely worth it.

One of the more renowned places in Delhi for couples. Went there for Valentine's day lunch (booked table two weeks prior). It was a good experience. The staff is polite and managed the crowd well. Got the table on the terrace, courtyard is another option for those preferring outdoors. They have indoor seating as well I loved the live performance and background music 🎵 We ordered the cold coffee and All green 🍕🍕. The pizza was okay but coffee was good. The restaurant has a vast cocktail 🍸 menu for those looking forward. The dessert we ordered for the day was "Story of England" . It was a strawberry 🍓 based dessert with ice cream and cake base. It was delicious. Overall it is a vibrant place with good food and music. Ambience-5/5 Service-5/5 Food-2/5 Value for money-4/5

Olive is renowned for its refined dining experience. It is important to acknowledge the remarkable aspects of Olive, as they are undeniable. The vibrant ambiance, reminiscent of Miami, captivates diners from the moment they step foot in the establishment. The alluring white decor, complemented by the striking blue uniforms adorning the attentive staff, creates an atmosphere that is both visually stunning and inviting. Furthermore, the carefully curated music sets the perfect tone, enhancing the overall dining. Staff have a long history of working here. Maly has been here for over 20 years and is really the life of the place. Neats is charming and Rajan is a super star manager. Super staff for a super venue in Delhi. The owner should be proud of his achievement.

The place looks a lot better in the pictures. If you keep that aside, it's sweet in its own way. The thin crust pizza was good as was the garlic crackers. There was a roasted pumpkin in zucchini sauce, which was pretty good. The menu, however, ia pretty limited, especially on the vegetarian food. Keeping to its reputation of a high end place, moat of the food is complex and nothing like you are used too. Pretty expensive too. I paid 8k with two drinks for a meal of two, which had 1 main course, 1 appetiser and a pizza. Over all, I would probably not return. There are plenty more places that serve top notch food at good prices with a vast serving meant to cater to more.

I recently dined at a progressive European cuisine restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant, with its pleasant and inviting interior, immediately set the stage for a memorable evening. The ambiance was a perfect blend of modern elegance and coziness, creating an ideal atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. What truly stood out was the innovative menu. The chefs at this establishment have truly redefined European cuisine, presenting a menu that skillfully combines traditional flavors with contemporary techniques. Each dish was a work of art, both visually stunning and bursting with complex yet harmonious flavors. It was evident that great thought and creativity went into crafting each plate. One of the highlights was their use of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, which added a fresh and unique dimension to every dish. The waitstaff were knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. From the appetizers to the desserts, every course was a journey through the flavors of Europe, and it was clear that the culinary team here was passionate about pushing the boundaries of taste. In summary, this restaurant is a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a sophisticated and innovative take on European cuisine. The combination of a pleasing ambiance, an inventive menu, and impeccable service makes it a must-visit for anyone looking to elevate their dining experience. It's a place where tradition meets innovation, and where every bite is a delightful surprise.

Perfect place to celebrate occasions. Flexibility, gentleness, comfort puts them apart from the other places around. We had made the booking to some other place but we left it thankfully to come here later. This was our first option had our main agenda not being closest to Qutab with rooftop dining. Live music, seating next to it on stage with a view of the entire area, candle lighting on table, senior management were considerate enough to notice our requirement for a camera man and fulfilling that beautifully- we didn’t ask for anything though. They treated everyone gently, they informed us that they closed rooftop dining due to rainfall which happened just before. They gave us prime spot without asking for occasion- all these things matters. Everyone was their to enjoy an occasion and everyone had a gala time I’m sure. Food was quite good: we loved fisherman’s catch; mama Mia pizza was average and the drinks were phenomenal. We spent quite a lot of time and every bit of it will remain memorable.

My wife and I had gone for dinner on our Anniversary and we had an amazing experience. The ambiance as always and especially at night is magical, Shyam the young person who served that was polite, very customer centric and recommended the right menu combinations as per our choice. The food was great especially the Scallops, the Red Snapper and Turkish Moon. The lamb shank was good but not outstanding. The live music was nice but unfortunately the singer was out of tune for few songs but that did not bother us much I guess. We could have done with few more gas heaters.

Like all Olive Bar and Kitchen restaurants, this one also was fantastic. We sat at the first floor deck and the seating was comfortable and had enough distance between two tables. The service was prompt as expected and server was knowledgeable about the menu. We loved the mezze platter (the lamb kebabs are kickass) and unlock tiramisu. The smoked salmon was disappointing though with mostly mashed potatoes and very small portions of the salmon. Overall, a place you can rely on for quality service, ambiance, cocktails and food.

  • 5/5 Himanshu S. 2 years ago on Google
The ambience is cool and calm specially on the seats under the banyan tree. The food was yummy 😋 and this is a good place for a romantic night without any live music or loud sound. The valet parking is there. If you like light music, cool and calm colors and good meals then this is a good place to be. The booking for the outside seating should be done 2-3 days in advance.

Olive Mehrauli takes you to another level of Italian and continental cuisine. The setting is also unique. Opt for the outdoor. One rubs shoulder with designerwear also sold in shops on the premises.

Good place to have authentic Italian food. Menu option is limited and majorly you get vegetarian food options. You can also enjoy drinks here but again the menu is limited. It is located inside an old haveli in Mehruali which is opposite Qutub Minar with option of valet parking. Of all the things I had, I enjoyed the Margherita pizza.

Beautiful, classy place! Had an amazing experience here! The food was simply awesome! I tried the duck and the pizza, the taste was AMAZING! Prices are definitely high, but the taste is 🤌✨

  • 5/5 Amisha S. 2 years ago on Google
Fabulous ambience and food. The staff is friendly and the European food prepared is great! If you plan to go, make a reservation as they are mostly fully booked. Also the traffic outside is pretty bad in evening and weekends due to narrow roads. So keep a buffer! Note for families with kids: i don't think it is a kid friendly place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Bar & Kitchen, and it was truly a culinary delight. The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth. The menu boasted a diverse range of dishes, each showcasing the chef's creativity and commitment to quality ingredients. While Olive Bar & Kitchen may be on the pricier side, the exceptional food, service, and atmosphere make it well worth the investment for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined and satisfying culinary adventure.

I was here for New year's Eve and it was spectacular. I have been to Olive numerous times and I have always loved the place. This time it was even better. The decor was chic and retro, the buffet spread was phenomenal and everything tasted so good. The service was very prompt despite the crowd. The music and lights were just like cherries on the top. I absolutely enjoyed my time at Olive Bar & Kitchen. Kudos to the team and their continued excellence over the years.
