The temple area is huge in and out, that one has to walk more than 5km inside to go to another temple. Nevertheless Beautiful tho. But here I didn't understand some god that which is "who". And visit in the evening bec the rest of the time it is v bright sunny, you will be tired like I told it is v huge.

Divine temple with lord Hanuman, Lord Shiva and other deities. Great view and architecture with various god's statue that you'll admire. 3 different temples around the area. Multiple spots to capture📸the moment. Such huge Statues and temple that are visible from far away. Things to note: • Visit in good weather as mostly the area is open ground and garden. • Photography is not allowed inside the temple only on campus. • Some places are open in the evening only After 4PM so, plan accordingly • Shoe room available, no charges About 1 km from the nearest metro Chhatarpur (yellow line)

One of the Shakthi peth and very ancient devi temple. All devotees gets soul rendering experience after having Maa Kathyayini's darshan. Beautiful architecture and very nice ambience this temple is spread across a vast area. The standing Hanumaan and Trishul can be viewed from quite a distance. We visited last year when the temples were opened for public. Full precautions had been taken by temple authorities to avoid infection among devotees.

Today i visited the temple after 2 long years This temple is best in its own way. You will get lost in the spritual vibes which can be only found here. Every idol be it be of Ganesha, Mata Rani , Shiv pariwar, krishna these all are unique in their own way ( all are made from pure gold ). You'll get lost in the beauty of these idols. Just believe, Pray and you'll receive 🙏 I would request evryone to must visit this temple and see how beautifully it is made.

Jay mata di Went on d very first day of navratri (15.oct.2023) . Was mesmerized by seeing maa katyayani ....so peaceful...felt so holiness. Was bit crowded...but no such wait time...very nicely crowd management was done by the volunteers. *Only during navratri (oct & April), & during purnima of every month the doors of maa katyayani are opened. Rest of d days of the year doors r closed.... But upstairs maa Durga is worshipped all d days. *Maa katyayani is seated with her son's (Ganesh n kartik) n daughters (Saraswati n lakhmi) ,as per Bengali culture n belief. I was overjoyed to see maa Durga's roop n family here in Delhi...🙏🙏🙏🙏

This place is so good, and fill up with lots of beauties. You will find lots of temples and dharamshalas, also there are school, hospital, medication center running by temple authorities. This place have a idol of Hanumanji, which I think 50 ft. Long as well as there are idols of many other Hindu deities. We recently visit this place. This place is clean as well as toilet and drinking water facilities available everywhere.

A must-see place to visit, while in Delhi, to experience deep Divine vibes. Unfortunately, the main temple was closed. Notwithstanding that, the Divine Mother's presence and Her tender enveloping gaze is enchanting. Blessed to feeling Her presence and experience blissful serenity.

Chhatarpur Temple is dedicated to Goddess Katyayani. Situated at Chhatarpur, Main Chhatarpur Road and walking distance about 200 mtr. from Chhatarpur Metro Station (Yellow line), New Delhi. Consider visiting the temple during the Hindu festivals of Dussehra, Mahashivratri and Janmashtami as during these festivals special pujas and grand celebrations are held.

Positivity and Calm is what one can expect when visiting the temple. With the premises spread on either side of roads, the campus has ample parking space, even for a fleet of buses ! Extremely well managed, the temple as well the other premises are well equipped with utilities and can easily accommodate huge crowds of devotees, as seen during Navratri.

Sant Baba Nagpal Ji Baba became a mendicant and was looked after, taught and trained by Sadhus. He travelled all over India, visiting various places of pilgrimage. The sweep of his itinerary covered the majestic Himalayas, the cold Tibetan plateau where the holy Kailash and Mansarovar are located, the hills and valleys of the North-East and ofcourse, the holy places of the North and South. He spent several years in Kashmir and then Maa Durga guided him to move to Delhi. He first spent some time in Arjun Nagar and built a beautiful Temple there. Then he moved on to Durga-Ashram near Chhattarpur Village (now a wing of the Shaktipeeth about a km away) before finally shifting around the mid-seventies to the present site, which was then an undulating wasteland, covered with wild shrubs and bushes. Devotees started gathering around Baba and this Shaktipeeth started taking shape, designed to the last detail by Baba himself who even carried bricks on his own shoulders during the initial construction days. It is a miracle and a convincing example of Maa Durga’s divine grace behind Baba’s indomitable will and effort that the Shaktipeeth has developed into a mini temple-town from a scratch, to sprawl over 70 acres of land in three decades. Plots of land were purchased in phases; all duly paid for and with proper receipts and records. The buildings reflect different architectural styles of different regions of the country.

Chhatarpur Temple is located in a down town area in Chhatarpur, Delhi, India. This temple is dedicated to Goddess, Katyayani. The entire complex of the temple is spread over a wide area of 70 acres. It is located at Chhatarpur, on the southwestern outskirts of the New Delhi and is just 4 km from Qutub Minar, off Mehrauli-Gurgaon road. The temple was established in 1974, by Baba Sant Nagpal ji, who died in 1998. His samadhi shrine lies in the premises of the Shiv-Gauri Nageshwar Mandir within the temple complex. This temple was considered as the biggest temple in India and second largest in the world, before the Akshardham Temple was created in 2005 in Delhi. This temple is totally constructed from marble and on all the facets there is jaali work. It can be classified a vesara style of architecture.

A hindu temple dedicated to goddess Aadi Shakti. This one holds a special place in hindu literature as it is one of the rare shaktipeeths on Earth. In short, it is an embodiment of the physical self of the ultimate source of energy, maa shakti. Similar to the Jyotirling of lord Shiv. The temple is located in a busy place in Chatarpur area in Delhi, quite near to Gurugram. During Navratri, this temple is in its utmost glory, and it is considered that you must visit shaktipeeth during Navratri. You will feel relaxed and at peace once you visit the temple. The idols are among the most beautiful you’ve ever seen. Pro sanatani tip: Nowadays, you’ll see more and more nuisance creators making reels in and around the temple. Try to handle such people with utmost strictness. We must have no tolerance for such drama in and around our holy and pristine temples.

I have lived in Chattarpur since I was a young child.Based on my personal observation, the Maa Katyayani Temple is among the greatest in Delhi.I feel at ease because of the surroundings and the room. The temple is very green, which creates a beautiful scene and calms the mind. The most amazing thing about this temple is how creatively it displays Indian art. The temple is serene and well-run. Six in the morning is the ideal time to visit. If you arrive by six, you can participate in aarti. Prasad is not allowed to have coconut for security reasons. However, for whatever reason—donations, perhaps—the temple is not kept up as much as it was when I was a child. Nothing has changed, but I still adore it.

I have visited multiple times in my childhood, it is still beautiful from in and out. You will find peace if you go there usually but in peak time like Navaratri you might find rush. However it is easy to reach from Yellow line Metro station of Chattarpur. Management has created few restrictions due to COVID which should be followed by every devotee. I personally advice everyone to visit once if you are in Delhi.

I recently had the privilege of visiting a Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir, and I must say that it was an awe-inspiring and spiritually uplifting experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility, reverence, and devotion. The temple's architecture is a testament to the rich and vibrant Hindu culture. The intricately carved exterior, adorned with colorful motifs and sacred symbols, immediately caught my attention. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were simply breathtaking. Each nook and corner of the temple seemed to tell a story, drawing me deeper into the rich tapestry of Hindu mythology and spirituality. Upon entering the Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir, I was greeted by a sense of serenity. The fragrant aroma of incense filled the air, creating a calming ambiance. The interior was adorned with beautiful idols and sacred images of various deities, each exuding an aura of divine presence. The soft chants and melodious devotional music further enhanced the sacred atmosphere, allowing me to immerse myself in the spiritual energy of the place. One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was the warmth and hospitality of the temple staff and volunteers. They were always ready to answer questions, share knowledge, and guide visitors through the rituals and customs of Hindu worship. Their dedication and commitment to fostering a welcoming environment left a lasting impression on me. Another noteworthy feature of the temple was the inclusion of educational displays and information boards. These provided insights into Hindu philosophy, mythology, and traditions, allowing visitors to deepen their understanding of the faith. It was heartening to see efforts being made to promote interfaith dialogue and cultural exchange. In conclusion, my experience at the Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir was nothing short of transformative. The combination of architectural grandeur, spiritual ambiance, and the warmth of the community made it an unforgettable visit. Whether you are a practicing Hindu or someone curious about different cultures and religions, I highly recommend visiting a Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir to immerse yourself in its profound spirituality and embrace the beauty of the Hindu faith. Noted : don’t carry naryal at this place because all the puja basket checked by Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir security guard at the gate

Nice temple 👍 Open from 6am - 10pm. No tickets required to enter. Need to remove shoes before u enter the temple main gate. Either visit early morning or 3-5pm for less crowds. It would easily take at least 2 hours for you to cover all the 4 places: 1. Chhattarpur Temple 2. Shri Adhya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir 3. Baba Naagapala Temple 4. Chattarpur Temple Hanuman mandir I would recommend visiting between 3-5pm as the best time. 👍

It's most divine and spiritual space. One experiences a soul stirring experience in visiting it. Definitely a charm to visit this temple during sacred navratras. It's dotted with lots of temples around it. The grandeur of each is simply breathtakingly speechless. Each and every idol of worship is a class apart, definitely masterpiece. The larger than life aura makes one filled with humbleness and gratitude. Each and every visit is so extremely satisfying and yet creates such an affinity to be magnetically and charismatically pulled with an urge to visit again and again.

I'm living in chattarpur from my childhood days.... It's my personal experience that the temple of Maa Katyayani is one of the best temple in Delhi. I feel peaceful just reason being there environment and lots of space... There's too much greenery in the temple which provides awesome scene makes mind calm... The best of this temple it's awesome/unbelievable creativity which shows art of India....

Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Great place for worship and prayer. Well maintained premises. Very neat, clean and spacious campus. You'll experience peace of mind as soon as you enter the temple. A must visit place for any hindu devotee. You need to spend at least two hours to fully visit all the temples in it's campus. Camera not allowed inside temple premises. Free Parking facility is available. Located at a walking distance from Chhatarpur metro station.

Amazing place! I loved it , the temple is surrounded with many temples.. There is hanumanji mandir, here tall murti of Lord is situated where evening aarti is done by visual lightning effects on statue ( pictures of Lord ram and ma sita is displayed) and mata mandir is also so attractive and beautiful.
