The hotel is also very conveniently located near the airport and some big shopping centers which was very helpful. The only strange thing I experienced was when I asked for a slightly late check out for just a couple of hours and they wanted to charge me more than half the cost of the room. Most places I’ve stayed at have honored such a request. Everything around this experience was great though so maybe they are just very strict on policy which felt a bit mechanic. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Perfect hotel for the American traveler to Delhi. We are treated to amazing service from the moment we arrived. The staff is friendly and kept our luggage and arranged for car and driver to show us tourist sites before we checked in. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection. The gym has treadmill, elliptical and weight machines. The gym locker rooms have showers, sauna and steam room. We also visited the spa and had a high quality luxury couples massage. This location is close to Worldmark with fast casual restaurants as well as close to metro station. You will feel comfortable and well taken care of as a guest here!

A maximum of 15 minutes drive from Delhi International Airport, you can rest, dine, relax - in a very good environment, at an affordable price. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by very attentive staff who are ready to help you in any way they can. The reception staff is also very polite and attentive. The hotel rooms are quite large, very clean and comfortable. In the hotel you can also visit the restaurant (where the polite staff will treat you with delicious food) and the bar. The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool.

My family and I loved our experience. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and delicious. However the best part by far is the customer service. The people here were very friendly and genuinely treated us with the utmost respect. I got carried away talking to Aakash and Sanjeev in a nice conversation. And the best part of our stay was the surprise birthday gift they gave my wife. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough, truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

very bad experience from the front end desk at the time of check in and check out. the entire staff in the property were rude and arrogant. honestly they have no clue what they are doing. the room were dirty, not sanitized, bed spread were used, pillow case were used one, very dirty room allocated, not welcomed ihg member. Bluetooth speakers are not allowed some reason had a drama on the same. filthy food served in the room if possible i will share photos as well. overall i believe they should think to accept guest at this point of time. property are poorly maintained and staffs are not friendly or helpful. am sending a detailed email to ihg as well. please guys wake up and guest expect a minimum hospitality. how poorly are you managing your guest. pathetic experience.

Stayed for 10 days. Food was served in room as I was in quarantine before taking international flight. Quality of food was not good and below par as per 5 star hotel standards. Room was ok. cleaning Staff was friendly. For any other work or queries you had to call 2-3 times to get things sorted out. Overall average hotel compared to the amount they are charging. Many good hotels available near by. Hope they do justice to there high prices.

My stay at Holiday Inn Hotel was great and I really appreciate the hospitality of the front desk staff as well as the room service staff. Great rooms. Convenient. BUT their understanding of service is long on signalling and short on performance. They essentially kidnapped my luggage on arrival, refused to let me bring the bags to my room myself, and then took 30 minutes and 3 phone calls. I needed my medication. What i got was a "show" about how much they "cared." Much prefer the andaz around the corner.

Located bang opposite the Airport the Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel for short stays. The staff if pleasant and ever helpful. Room was spacious but the lighting was not enough in the room. The check in experience was not great. There was not enough staff to handle the number of people coming for check in. The people in the queue were impatient and not considerate of others in the line. Breakfast experience was good and they had a lot of options. The staff did apologize for the inconvenience.

What a delight to walk through the doors of the Holiday Inn after having to cut our holiday short through illness. I didn't feel very healthy but being in such a nice clean friendly environment worked wonders. The food was so delicious that morning I will never forget it. The room was clean, pillows were heaven in a bag. All the linen was crisp and white. I booked a Spa treatment which was amazing too. Every member of staff that we met were very attentive. I am so disappointed we are missing sharing the Diwali festival of light this evening. Special mention to Bahay in the restaurant, I can see he is very efficient, took time to understand and very helpful to others. The building is in Aerocity. From Airport you can simply take the metro to the aerocity metro station and it's at the walkable distance of 5 mins only. It provides the exact facility as it brand name suggests. Nothing more , nothing less. The breakfast buffet is also very wide, well serviced and tasty. Recommended. Customer service was excellent. Stayed in transit from my international flight to domestic next day. Simran at front desk checked me in and out. She was most helpful in arranging my taxi ride to airport and during check out process. Rooms were clean, and covid papers were properly checked before any guest was checked in. Hotel was also sterilized as much as one could see. Morning free breakfast was on par with a 5 star hotel in india. Room was a bit smaller than i expected, but close proximity to airport and the security made up for that.

Would not recommend this place at all if you have friends visiting. Been to multiple decent hotels and this was perhaps the awkwardest experience at a Holiday Inn. A friend of mine checked in around midnight after her flight landed. As we were trying to go up to the room, we were told there is a policy where guests are not allowed in rooms after 10 pm unless of course, you pay extra fees to be enlisted as an occupant. Not sure how the extra fees would matter considering I wasnt staying the night and wasn't eating breakfast. The manager was strict in enforcing this policy however nonsensical it was. This policy is stupid and exploitative for multiple reasons, A) Not sure what they are trying to protect with a time duration especially when we assured them I would return back keeping my identity card w them. B) It's a freaking hotel in 'Aerocity' where people arrive and depart at odd hours. C) If "Covid" is their reason, not sure how having me dine in their mosquito infested lobby was any better. While I appreciate hotels going the extra mile for safety, this was plain stupid. I will actively discourage people from staying here.

Overall stay was good apart from check in process which is slow and crowded counters. In spite of informing in advance at the time of booking regarding king size bed, my room was not ready at 9 pm and front office offered me twin bed room but when I denied an another room was given to me by the manager on duty instantly so I don't know why it was denied by the check in staff. Good food and buffet spread is quite good. Attentive and helpful staff and appropriate Covid-19 protocols.

Being stayed in several hotels, this specific hotel knows what their customers need! With their staff always available and friendly and the availability of amenities that would make you feel like if you're at home! Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay! The staff personally ensures that all that you need is taken care of. For me, customer service is something that is very important wherever I go and they surpass the level of customer service. If you're planning a stay here, you definitely should and since it is located near WorldMark, you would have plenty of other things available for you here.

We booked the suite room and the room size was large! It had a good pool view with all the amenities you expect! The check in procedure look longer than we expected but finally we had our choice of room! They have a few restaurants in the lobby area which was convincingly good and we found tables easily even though the hotel had a bit of rush! It's very easily accessible if you are looking for hotels near the T3 airport. Over-all a good stay!

This is a great option if you want to stay near the airport area.The front office staff is also good. And give the best service to the guest. Always smile on face. Strongly recommend if you want to have a dreamy and a good time! Amazing property with a very picturesque view. Richness endowed property with best restaurants to have a lavish meal and stay with your friends and family. We went for dinner and had a gala time. The hospitality was top notch, best of all the luxury hotels in the city I have been too. The buffet spread is drool worthy. Each and every item they had put was simply delicious. I couldn't resist myself at the dessert counter. I must say that staff of restaurants was very kind and generous and left no stone unturned to provide us the best experience for that evening. They truly made our evening memorable and also got us a cake for my friend's birthday. Such a sweet gesture. Truly recommend visiting once.

The staff is very polite and courteous. They made our stay very pleasant. The hotel rooms are facilities are also the best.

The front desk man insisted on "upgrading" us for free, but in the end we were charged more. Yet, this upgrade, was the worst smoke-smell filled room and hall I've ever experienced, and only had one bed, not two. We paid for two double rooms for 6 people. When we went back down to have the room changed, he said he could only downgrade us to rooms with one bed. It seemed like customers fight with him a lot because he was firm, unapologetic, and frankly seemed incapable of understanding what he did. It was 1am, and we had children. Our friends who were meeting us there, had to sleep in the airport. On the upside, the breakfast buffet was stellar, with excellent service. I'd definitely eat there, but will never sleep there again.

These guys deserve a 5 star rating! Their airport pick up and drop off service was fantastic, the driver was very helpful and courteous and was waiting for us for pick at 3AM at T1 arrivals as expected! The front desk staff are wonderful and helpful as well. And lastly the breakfast was fantastic and enjoyable. Thank you for the pleasant experience, it means a lot!

Great hotel and location. The staff is wonderful and very polite. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hit restaurant is fantastic with both a huge buffet and menu options. I always have an easy time with my airport transfers, the front desk staff is very helpful and they can also arrange cars for local sights. Supriya from the management team is an absolute delight, very helpful for any travel needs you have. She is always there to great you and make you feel welcome at the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay in July.

Excellent stay, comfortable and wonderful hospitality. Breakfast is the best in the hotel, don’t miss it. I must say I tried everything in breakfast as we stayed 3 days and I couldn’t falter anything, exceptional breakfast service.

One of the worst experience. They charged us twice for single room. We paid for the room and checked-in everything was okay-ish. 4 hours after checkout they again charged us. The very next day i reached the hotel to talk about the issue & a refund but they refused to even hear my plea. Only after i refused to give in, one of their representatives had a discussion with me at length but that too without any solution. They just refused to refund the money saying that it is all done by the system & they can't do anything about it. Now a legal route shall be opted but please be careful with your payments & prefer cash if possible with them. Disgusting service. There are also some other issues that i faced with the hotel but the fraud of this kind is simply unacceptable.

Loved it..!! Everything was amazing about this property, staff was polite and supportive. They treated us nicely and was there throughout. There was a tall girl at the hotel with an amazing smile who gave us the best hospitality ever. We would recommend this property to everyone.

Amazing experience..!! For me hygiene and staff’s attitude is very important, and they are quite professional when it comes to hospitality. What made me happy was their staff and their understanding of client’s need. I didn’t expect them to be this great but they indeed are. Keep up the good work guys…

One of the best hotels to stay in Aerocity, Holiday Inn gives you a pleasant stay experience through the services of their courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was good and full of options. The hotel also takes care that everyone wears a mask while roaming in the common areas. The only thing we didn't like was the view from our room, and the hotel obviously is not responsible. Pool area was good but people were not allowed to go around it due to may be covid restrictions.

Hotel lobby is bright and breakfast was excellent. Hotel room was clean and quiet Check in extremely pleasant and helpful. However we arrived at 10pm and did not get our requested room. We were promised a roll away bed but it was never sent. We hoped to get to bed after a long flight and did not ask for it as it was after midnight and we were ready to turn in. A room for three should be prepped for three. Only 2 towels were provided. We had made reservation months in advance, and a prepaid rate. We managed the one night with a king bed and a small sofa.

We came after 10 years and stayed here.,,,,,, not only the stay is pleasant but the food and hospitality is amazing. Saurav is one of the servers and he helped us a lot with my son being sick and getting him light food! Chef Sundar was amazing… he made us a chocolate pastry last minute for my anniversary. He also make sure the we liked it and food was good …..Overall the staff were amazing and very welcoming and Indian hospitality in a different level:)

No issues, clean rooms, great service at the desk for transport to and from the airport. Staff very welcoming and friendly, good selection at the breakfast. Loads of staff to look after all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when waiting on a flight. Rooms were very clean and tidy, floor supervisor on the 3rd floor asked about the room and were we happy.
