Actually, I overpaid. There might have been some meeting or group booking (as informed) due to which we had to pay more amount than usual charges. We booked via their own website, where the tax was incorrectly calculated at 12% – this was a bit strange as I have a good brand image of ibis and any discrepancy at this level on their own website is a bit turn-off. Anyway, coming to the stay, the rooms are indeed small, but ours was found clean. The only bad experience we had, was with the water boiler which might have got overlooked during cleaning, but the staff replaced it within minutes. The staff is very good, helpful, and welcoming. Nowhere, I felt tough time while communicating with the staff about any of the queries/complaints. Moreover, our room had a (closed) door to the adjacent room, due to which the disturbance was there a bit and I felt lack of privacy in that case. Silence in the room was very good, except for sometimes when we felt the disturbance from the adjacent room due to the door. The hotel room was equipped with a locker and a mini fridge, cloth hangers and iron table were available as well. Housekeeping was on time and took a good care of the room. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth. Pool area, outdoor, and lobby areas are kept neat and clean as well. Restaurant is over-priced according to me. The taste is average, yet it is freshly served, but the price must be justified. The service was good overall.

My room window started leaking on 31 August 2021 due to rain. I called reception and house keeping but no one came for next 2 hrs and finally i had check out to go to new hotel. Very poor service and hospitality being provided needs serious review. No one knows here what to do. There is no system in place to deal with situations like this

Well certainly a good place to go and it’s quite affordable according to the location in which it is situated. Went out for a dinner and was absolutely amazed to see the varieties and options. Located in a prime location and it maintains the prime quality of food and services. Enough options for you to have a good dinner. Hotel has a bar too which serves good drinks. Definitely a YES to whom who want to enjoy hotel stays at prime location near airport.

The hotel is clean and the check in process was quick. The food is great and buffet selection is solid, and very cheap. The rooms themselves are smaller and just ok, but perfect for a 1-3 night stay. The gym is also good with cables and dumbbells, just humid. Overall OK spot to stay after getting off your flight.

I never expected such unexpected rooms/hotel in the hotel hub of Delhi. The rooms are like you are staying in a small budget hotels. You can see the visible maintenance on walls. Toilet didn't flush, there are no slippers, the bathroom are dirty, linen is old and smelling with visible blood marks.

Ibis is budget friendly, very small room, smaller showers, it’s more like an RV stay , excellent breakfast spread. Experience was not overwhelming. The duty manager informed us that there was no space to keep our luggage (2 small Rollons) due to unavailability of space . This was unheard of in my 25 years of travel experience, which was disappointing and very inconvenient. It’s a self check in hotel you will not have any staff help you with luggage. Very basic services, smaller inexpensive hotels have offered better services. If you wish to stay here come prepared.

I have been staying here for a week and am liking the place very much. Food - I am from Chennai. With the variety of cuisine they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they sustain the good quality, taste and look of the dishes. Housekeeping - You could see the reception, lounge area, room or the dining place as clean and safe as always. All are polite and they give a comfortable stay Restaurant staffs are polite in their approach,though they have a tiring day they never show that in their face. Very comfortable stay. I found ibis much better than some of the adjacent 5star hotels. Almost all the facilities that you would want are available here. Check-in was very smooth. I would especially like to thank Mr. Prodyot, who helped in a quick check out. Very professional staff, excellent service! I was very happy with the fact that international visa cards work over here and you can pay for everything with card.

Everything about the place was brilliant. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and the location can't get any better really (specially if you're transiting through Delhi). I stayed for a couple of nights with my pet dog (the hotel itself is very pet friendly). I needed to extend one night at short notice however it wasn't a problem for them.The only worry I had was that being a pet friendly hotel there isn't really a pet relief / walk area anywhere at the hotel premises and I wasn't comfortable leaving the hotel gates due to the presence of strays. Apart from that everything was absolutely fantastic :)

It is a budget hotel but still not worth the money. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Food was also good. My kids loved the variety in the buffet. But this is not a hotel I would go ever again. In my two days stay I was at the reception physically or speaking to them on the intercom most of the time. Starting from not able to find my booking for more than 2 hours. None of their keys work properly, you have to swipe multiple times to gain access. The rooms are small (of course it's a budget hotel) but despite that the room temperature wasn't going below 24°c in January winters, can't imagine living there in summers. I called couple of time to fix the AC but no luck with the repair so requested for a room change but that too wasn't quick. It was a painful experience. Further despite charging the room the temperature didn't go below 23.5°c in the replacement room. If you are happy staying in a warm room then go for it but I won't recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with house keeping service. Very polite in talking, helping nature and available just on call. Staff behaviour is also good. They talk very nicely and always there is smile on their face. I specially like to thank Mr. Shivanand for his service and he done his job in perfect way.

We had to stay near the airport while returning from US. The hotel's location was extremely convenient to us as we had to stay in Delhi for a few days and then travel to Hyderabad. Our room was quite spacious, and had a great view of the swimming pool. Hotel staff was also very professional and courteous. Food was very good, though a bit on the expensive side. Also, the hotel seemed to be targeted mainly at business travellers. Yet, we as family felt very comfortable there!

A Wonderful Stay at ibis New Delhi Aerocity I recently had the pleasure of staying at ibis New Delhi Aerocity, and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed. The comfortable bed, elegant decor, and a stunning view from the window made me feel like I was in a home away from home.

I wonder why the five star hotels with all the resources in their might can't provide milk in a packed container instead of the milk powder!? I tried to order a tea but was told it would take more than 20 mins and hence I cancelled the order and went out. Providing ironing bay is a great improvement in service for sure.

Overall quite happy with the experience. Must confess that I am new to the brand being Marriott Platinum preferred, I tend to stay at Marriott properties. Having said that, starting with positives - good location, good property, well maintained, neat and clean, affordable luxury, good service. One thing that needs immediate attention is Check and Check out process - it is painful to say the least due to high volume mainly due to Airline staff jumping ahead in line. It took me more than 25 minutes to check in. Not acceptable.

Rooms are very congested. And the restrooms in the rooms are similar like restroom in the vanity van. It is that congested . I felt so claustrophobic in that tiny room. Taking shower in that washroom is very challenging. The receptionist are very rude. Overall I would rate them zero on the basis of my experience staying there. When you order something in room. They provide stale food and the salads are not served fresh.

I felt safe as a solo female traveller and the staff were friendly and caring. The rooms and halls were standard and budget with no frills, so they were great for the price i paid. I liked how close it was to the airport. I was only there for one night. The shower had great pressure and the in room dining service was excellent and the meal was brought quickly and was hot. I was happy because I didn't have much money to spend and so i got what i paid for.

I had a stay in the ibis hotel for some business trip. All is good as it’s near the airport however rooms are too small for two people. Breakfast was good , Ms. Tanya Martin attended our table at the time of breakfast. She was too good at her work . Everything was good apart from the room size.

He, very proactively arranged for the same room with proper cleaning and sanitization! Very happy with his service and would like to appreciate him for a comfortable stay at ibis!!! Keep it up ☺️

Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, and no facilities, lobby toilets are filthy and hardly any frills. The breakfast is good indian spread, but no taste and doesn't taste fresh at all. Only book this hotel if you find a real cheap deal, otherwise not worth the money. The only thing nice is closeness to the Airport.

Ibis is a very well located hotel that caters to air travelers mainly. The staff here have been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. It is true the rooms are small, but they are very well appointed and lack no amenity. In fact, the bathrooms are a model for how to use space efficiently! I would definitely recommend this place for a transit halt.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terribly tiny rooms, portable toilets for bathrooms equipped with nothing but a soap dispenser. The low ceiling coupled with a room with no space to move is bound to make anyone claustrophobic.

We stayed in this hotel for a special occasion. We're amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff. Rooms cleanliness beyond expectations. If we got another chance to celebrate any occasion then for sure will visit it again reason being the cleanliness we found there is what all we need today to keep ourself safe from virus. Stayed here during a quick layover. Staff were cordial and helpful. Dut to covid, the restaurant wasn't open but room service was quick. The premises were generally tidy, I did find some minor details in my room in disrepair. They didn't bother me too much as my stay was short. Will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Clean and staffs are really good Variety are there in breakfast But if you call for room service particularly for empty plate or empty glass .. it's like you are on their mercy to have your dinner/lunch from outside. Either you won't get the plates or you have to wait for an hour or two . Although floor service staffs were prompt you won't have to wait much. Sometimes either lifts or key card was not working properly. During my stay saw lots of people had this issue.

Food taste is good. The buffet was elaborate and very delicious for the dinner. the reception staff are very polite and customer friendly. the cleanliness of the room and toilet is up to the market. Guest along with family solo travellers can prefer for a stay.

Great location, clean and hygienic rooms. Breakfast was sumptuous as well. The check-in took almost half an hour, again understandable due to heavy rush. The only concern was the AC, where the temperature could not be set below 21 deg, especially when in the peak of summers the rooms aren't cool enough.

It was pleasant experience staying over here, services and all were as per the market standard, only washrooms were much below the standard. Shower heads and tap of wash basing were not in good condition. You may wet yourself while using wash basing while some spray nozzles of the shower head were choked with scale deposits. Rest everything was decent and well maintained. I'll recommend it to others for sure.

Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. Very good value for money and the location not far from a metro station is appreciated. It’s also right beside World Mark which has some really good spots for food and drinks so everything is at your doorsteps. The Indian breakfast buffet was really good. My only tiny complaint is that the hotel shampoo and body wash smells a bit like armpits so I suggest bringing your own.

We stayed here for a night while transiting through Delhi airport. The hotel is very close to the international airport. As compared to other Ibis locations I have been to, the one in Delhi seems to be quite nice. The rooms are well maintained and cozy. Food options at the restaurant are good. Our server Suman took good care of us - much appreciated! I would recommend staying here.

Please don't make the mistake of placing food orders for in-room dining via QR code. I placed the order at 1:56pm and then at 2:16PM I received a call from in room dining to check if I had placed an order! If you have to check by call and wait 20 minutes, don't take orders online. And when I complained, i just got random assurance it was happening and I shouldn't worry. It's a business hotel next to the airport where speed and time is valuable. Very disappointed!

Great buffet spread and liked the services. It was nice experience and was really tasty buffet dishes. Dinner buffet and bar was also great. Pizza was very fresh. Starters ordered were very tasty. The whole experience ended with some delicious sweets !!

Our flight got delayed by 12 hours so we decided last minute to book a room rather than wander the city all day with baggage. We were surprised at how good the Ibis was as price wise for a twin room it was very reasonable. The staff are friendly, check in was super quick, they have a great cafe/restaurant and the pool area looked decent too. Location wise its a few minutes walk to one of the malls in Aerocity which has restaurants and bars etc. Overall really happy with our short stay and would definitely use in the future.

The hotel is well located in Aerocity, Delhi. The front desk staff are very efficient, considering the number of patrons checking in and out. A special mention of 'Varun' at the front desk who was able to look into all our requirements most effectively. The room space is little but contains all the basic necessities. The bathroom is a bubble and we should pray that our companion does not have indigestion! On the whole a pleasant stay!

We arrived late (around 9:30PM) from an international flight and wanted to have a dinner after check in, but it took forever to check in despite of the fact that a group of clerks were behind the counter. I can expect that it would take 2-3 minutes per person to get the room, but the usual time was 15-20 minutes per person. Other aspects of the stay were satisfactory but you definitely need to improve the check-in policy and fluency.

We had a short whirlwind visit to India. I would like to make special comments on our stay in Delhi. We thought we made reasonably decent arrangements for our stay in Delhi. But I was surprisingly wrong. Our next two days stay was at Ibis hotel in Aerocity. The location (Aerocity) is electrifying. One must stay in any other hotel in that location. Since 1989 I have not stayed in any international hotels or any motel were there is no flat sheet in beds under the quilt. This means that same quilt is being directly been used by dozens of clients every week, day in and day out. It's so unhygienic!!! I have complained at the checkout desk. We stayed in room 360- checked in on 04/12/2023 and checked out on 05/12/2023 late evening. We were not prepared for this situation in a rated hotel in a prestigious local in India. Will there be an accountability for this gross lapse? Who knows!! As long as the till is churning money- "all is well."

Great location if you need to be near the airport. Great staff. Room (single queen) is tiny and bathroom not to a standard. Not just tiny but also was extremely not clean. For the price, you can get much better hotel rooms. Lunch buffet was OK but not great. Not sure will come again.

The staff were all really helpful and friendly at Ibis and at the Spice it restaurant within the Ibis hotel. They checked on me a few times to make sure my meal was delicious and when I mentioned it was a bit spicy they bought some curd to help cool it down. Thanks all for your service and for the friendly chats.

The breakfast , lunch and dinner were absolutely tasty !! Many variations in the buffet spread ! They had nice drinks in the menu. The restaurant has great ambience. The staff in food and beverages are very attentive and caring. A great experience!!

There is a giant food area including quick serve vendors and sit down restaurants. I would certainly stay here again. WiFi was very fast and reliable too!

Service is great, all nice ppl. Buffet is not my thing, I tried but no. I always wonder what happens with that leftover food. I hope it comes into the mouths who need it most. Overall good experience, for a quick meeting visit it’s good. Close to airport is great.

The picture says it all. Contemporary and vintage touch to the architecture with the ambience. The food is heavenly The service provided by the staff was beyond expectations. Harsh and his colleague’s efficiency and friendliness made the process seamless, setting a high standard for hospitality. I appreciate their attention to detail and the warm welcome they extended, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Very comfortable experience and very helpful staff, especially at reception Harsh and Ankur went out of way to help me with every tiny detail. Rooms were very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Kudos to smiling people at ibis. In my next stay , Ashish helped me with fast and very responsible check out. Very polite and respectful

We selected this place for a work-related trip. The check-in experience was fast. The in-room experience was poor. Requests for additional items were delayed, requiring multiple calls, and our request for assistance with room ac temperature wasn't attended at night despite 3 calls to the front desk. Their staff at the breakfast buffet are efficient but lack warmth or care. One lady practically attended our queries half heartedly while browsing something in her phone. The buffet items were cold, not that delicious, and lacking in variety. In fact, our table didn't even have water! I had to request for it. The reason for that lone star in services is because I appreciate you employing people with a hearing disability. They were helpful. Others, not so much. Overall, a bad experience. I won't be returning here, and neither will my colleagues in future work trips here.

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this place!

Except for the crowded lobby, the overall experience was quite good and smooth. Breakfast was nice and the staffs were friendly. However the restaurant staff need more training in learning the benefits of the ALL programme as some of them did not know Platinum members are entitled to free breakfast.
