airport
transfers
and
breakfast

for
an
overnight
flight
transfer
arriving
from
overseas.
The
good:
Efficient
airport
transfers,
comfortable
accommodation,
excellent
breakfast
The
bad:
very
poor
and
unprofessional
reception
experience.
people
jumping
lines,
no
effort
by
this
one
staff
member
to
inform
those
standing
in
the
line
or
ask
them
to
be
seated
and
will
complete
formalities.
staff
member
continued
to
be
argumentative,
rude
and
disrespectful.
The
lobby
manager
was
most
helpful
and
provided
assurance
corrective
steps
would
be
taken
If
arriving
from
overseas
and
if
you
are
one
of
those
who
booked
the
hotel
for
its
COVID-19
protocols,
forget
it,
there
is
no
enforcing
of
rules
at
this
hotel.
Just
one
example,
lifts
have
a
maximum
capacity
of
2
persons.
While
patrons
are
to
blame
for
not
following
the
rule
hotel
employees
do
not
intervene.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
for
travelers
arriving
from
overseas
destination
looking
for
a
4
to
5
star
experience.
