hotel.
Absolutely
worst
service.
I
booked
2
days
stay
at
The
Lalit
New
Delhi.
During
my
checkin,
I
was
given
a
room
on
floor
10th,
which
didn't
have
the
fridge/mini-bar
facility.
After
complaining,
they
shifted
us
to
a
new
room
on
26th
floor.
But
at
night,
there
were
lot
of
disturbances
and
noises
from
Kitty
Su
Club
on
28th
floor.
My
entire
room
was
vibrating
and
it
was
very
difficult
to
sleep.
Upon
complaining
again,
they
changed
the
room
to
14th
floor.
In
that
room,
the
fridge/mini-bar
was
not
working,
so
they
had
to
switch
the
fridge
from
other
room.
Next
day,
we
discovered
that
the
bathroom
door
was
very
hard,
and
almost
impossible
to
open.
Upon
complaining,
they
changed
the
room
again
on
the
same
floor.
Everything
was
okay,
but
at
night
we
discovered
that
the
centralised
AC
was
faulty,
and
was
only
working
at
20
degree
temperature.
We
had
to
sleep
the
whole
night
at
that
temperature,
due
to
which
both
of
us
are
not
feeling
well
now.
I
had
to
migrate
to
4
different
rooms
in
my
2
days
trip,
which
wasted
my
time
+
caused
physical
and
mental
exhaustion.
We
complained
to
the
hotel
staff
and
all
they
could
say
is
sorry.
I
felt
cheated,
and
felt
like
I
was
charged
~13000
for
this
worst
service
and
experience.
