This is one of the best hotels in the price range of 5-7k in Safdarjung enclave area. The rooms and furniture are white in colour so they look bright and clean. Room cleaning and staff is very helpful. Washrooms are spacious, convenient, well lit and have good water pressure. Reception and luggage staff is very cordial and attentive. Location is very prime and convenient for south Delhi. ☝️They can increase hangers and improve the positioning of clothes hangers in the washroom. The shampoo provided in the hotel is very harsh and makes hair rough.

Came here to stay for my Visa appointment. Conveniently located, great value for money, courteous staff and very good food. Highly recommended for people looking for a stay while they are here for embassy appointments as travelling back without phones could be a difficult thing otherwise.

Hotel Iris park is a pure business hotel located in Safdarjung enclave. The hotel is a mid sized property offering various packages. Ground floor is reception cum lobby and basement there is a restaurant offering breakfast for guests. Hotel has parking slot for 4-5 four wheeler vehicles. Rooms are quite ok, but since hotel is located in crowded property, there is a congested feeling as windows are fixed type and no air ventilation in common areas. Rooms are from first floor to third floor and one lift is available. Hotel lobby and car parking is wheelchair accessible however wheelchair access to entrance to hotel room accomodation is not available. Lunch and dinner are served in rooms. Staff is supportive however they can still improve on service part. Laundry service is available, free wifi available. Overall a economic package is available. Hotel is also adequate for small family functions.

I am staying at 415 room right now, there are lot of issues - 1. If you are carrying little kid, this hotel is not for you. 2. No hot water is provided, I have been following up since last 3 days. Response I got from manager is there is hot weather in Delhi hence no body wants hot bath, which I feel kind of funny. 3. If you want better Internet go for room next to router. Else you will be dead in water with 1MBPS speed. I had to switch my room for this. 3. Extremely slow room service. Better get down at reception and get your things or at least order 1 hour before. 4. In package they provide lunch/dinner but it’s actually veg/non veg thali. You will get food every time. 5. Laundry, sundry timings are fix if you ask in noon, answer is no. 6. No fridge in room.

Stayed in premium room. Room was good for a 3 star hotel however needed some more cleaning. Had asked for single bed but was given twin bed which Ravinder was kind enough to join. Had not taken breakfast so can't comment. The manchow soup ordered for dinner was ok. The location is good however don't expect any View out of window as the property is close to another building in side. The entrance is a narrow road. A good stay for couple of days if you are on business visit.

I stayed here for 4 days and I got wonderful service from the people working here. As I am new to Delhi they were helpful in finding a taxi service. Their morning complimentary breakfast was worth. They had more than enough items in the morning breakfast. Helpful and friendly employees in the reception, dining area. I would prefer the same hotel if I have my next visit to Delhi. By the way this is closely located to US embassy those who are looking for.

We stayed for two days from 19th to 21 of oct 23 and the expereince was very pleasant. I mus tmention that the reception staff are cordial and plesant . As we are from the south without the knowlede of local language we were kept comfortable. The Room service and service was also good. The only downside part for us was he spread of items for the breakfast which was very economical. The Parking facility is alo not bad.

Restaurant is good , so is the food, but the staff needs more training, or rather some strict authority. The hotel strives to be premium and the construction and design aspires for it. Staying is fine but expecting value for money service is far fetched.

The service was cheating. I was not offered what was agreed and the interaction at reception was very rude, unprofessional and highly arrogant. Will never ever stay again.

Room was not bad. No hot water. The food I ordered from room service is not up to expectations. Reception staff rang my room phone in the morning while I was sleeping (this was repeated in 2 days)

Overly priced and worst managed property. The breakfast options are very less. They even charge Rs 40/- for 1 litre bottle but wouldn't give Regular water.

Hotel is good for stay with average expectations in mind. Network is a huge issue in the rooms, specially in the older building (main entrance building). Wifi connectivity is also a huge issue. Rooms in the first building are smaller as compared to new building and accomodation of triple occupancy is not recommended, it feels suffocating in these rooms Room series right to lift are the smallest and most suffocating rooms in the older building. Staff is polite and helpful, starting from laundry guy to the person at reception. 3/5 honest feedback...can recommend for normal stay at this location..but just an average hotel.
