They're offering 50 rupees for each rating. This isn't a fair thing to do. If you see glowing reviews and 5-star ratings for this hotel, they might not be real. Only the location is good. The hotel staff are terrible. They do not wanna help u with anything. I had to wait 30 mins for the bellboy. Thank God I always leave early to the airport, that I didn't miss my flight. The hotel staff treat u like hostages. The food is pathetic. The restaurant manager was reluctant to even agree to excessive salt in the sambar, he infact had the audacity to tell me that I might be having food without salt at home. I would never suggest this property to anyone. The best part about the google reviews is half of them are fake. Since most people are given it 5 stars in all and not writing a review. this hotel is situated in the same complex where there is select city walk and dlf mall is present . it's an average budget friendly hotel ,the positive is that you can stroll around the mall beside the property where there is plenty of food option to satiate your hunger ,though this hotel too has restaurant and dine in option , morning breakfast buffet is good .

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Svelte and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The bedding smelled unwashed and used, while the rooms themselves were far from being clean. The exorbitant amount charged for such dismal conditions only added insult to injury. To make matters worse, the bathroom was infested with red mold, and the taps were so rusted that I hesitated to even touch them. The rusted water heater meant I couldn't even make a cup of tea or coffee without worrying about the water quality. The presence of bugs in the bathroom was the final straw. It's appalling that a hotel of this caliber would allow such conditions to persist. Needless to say, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere. This was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.

We stayed at the executive suite and i can see that the hotel has been built a long time ago and run down without much maintenance, the pillowcases and bedsheet are very dirty,the TV was broken and it's sole purpose is for decoration. Please improve the current state of the rooms or lower your star status to 4 or 3 stars. I would pay more for better and cleaner room if next time they improve

Nice spacious rooms. Located nicely in the Select City Mall building itself which opens up options for food and shopping. Peaceful and calm stay. 3 stars just because the bathrooms were not upto the mark. Too congested toilet and bathing area, bumped with the wall atleast 5 times. Also the bathroom became a puddle in between I was taking shower which is a very bad experience.

Useless Staff and property. Unethical practices being done by the on duty staff. They mislead you to book using some specific application and then once you make the booking, they offer poor quality standard room. They are full of lies and misbehave with the guests at reception itself. Receptionist KAPIL is a big liar and unprofessional person. He should be thrown out from his job and the SALES MANAGER JAPNEET SINGH is one useless fellow, who is good for nothing. There is NO senior available to address such concerns and these 2-3 unprofessionals have made this property unbearable to stay at and NOT AT ALL WORTH THE STAY.

The cost is high for the value The location is good near to shopping mall and there is restaurants around. It's also close to Max hospital just 10 minutes by walking. The staffs are friendly when they knew that I couldn't sleep because of the street noise they gladly changed the room. However the rooms are not clean the first room i went to there was hair and dust everywhere and linens not that bright looks very old and not very clean And same thing to the second room and there is bad smell all over the place starting from the lobby tge elevator and inside the rooms. Regarding the breakfast there are less variety and all the food including the drinks doesn't taste fresh except for the egg that they make upon request

Dehli Traffic makes it a little less bearable to get here but my oh my is the traffic worth the experience it offers. The rooms here are super clean, well maintained and well served towards and looked after. During my stay I've faced no problems as the consumer friendly staff was always there to help me out. The food served was top tier making it an even more worthy place to stay at during a visit in the dil walo ka sheher, Dehli.

Hello,everyone.I stayed in this hotel becoz it’s very close to Rainbow child hospital which I had to visit for my purpose. The staff services are very good. I would rate 5/5 for it. But I would like to mention few and very important point for the management to work on. Firstly the hygiene and secondly the foul odour in lift lobby area and rooms. There was cockroaches in washroom area. And we spotted strands of hair in steamed idli. Management should seriously see to these things. Thank u.

They are so unconsiderate people. If we do advance booking and have to cancel due to flight being cancelled and unable to reach the hotel. they charge for the whole night and donot even postpone the booking. Worst service and inhumane in customer dealing. Only thinking about making money.

I had stay in this property day before yesterday we had taken two suites room. This hotel is one of the worst hotel in regards to service we were having American package in which one major meal and breakfast included. We had order for dinner in IRD there was a guy naming Mr.Ashish he told me that the dinner will be provided after an hour and that too with limited food options. Just imagine if you had to take dinner at 10 and you will be served at 11. How pathetic is there room service they have. Now for housekeeping they didn't kept the basic amenities in our rooms like toothpaste kit and bathroom slippers and when I asked them to provide me they provided it in next morning. Worst property for staying if anyone looking for staying in svelte kindly consider Hilton svelte is not worth at all.

Definitely underated but overall nice hotel, the food, staff cleanliness management everything was wonderful. I would love to stay here again. Also select City mall is less than a minute walking distance so if you want to go outside or hangout just go to mall spend your time and then come back and relax at the hotel without getting more tired. I would definitely visit again and I will recommend other tourist also if you want budget friendly and nice hotel.

So i stayed at the hotel for two nights. Initially booked it for one night but I was so comfortable so thought of spending another night. Although I do have to talk about few things here. Infra:- Good infrastructure comfy beds and spacious rooms no doubt about that. But when I checked in the AC was not working properly in my room. It took around 30mins for the hotel to look for another room. It was Suraj who came to my rescue and after that hiccup he made sure that I had a comfortable stay without any issues. He bumped me in a better room comparatively and I was very happy with it. I loved spending time at the pool which is at the rooftop. They also have a health center but I didn't get time to check that place out. Staff - Very friendly and cooperative staff. The Reason I will be going back to stay there is because of Suraj. This guy was really helpful even with small little things that I had ask for. I am sure everyone is equally cooperative there but I can bet Suraj is asset to the hotel and should get promoted and awarded with the kind of work he is doing. Food - I did not eat at the hotel except for the buffet breakfast as (that is what I booked in for) I had a lot of options to choose from the select city mall. Honestly they do need to make changes to the buffet. I had breakfast two days and it was tasteless food when it comes to - coconut chutney (bland), herbed potatoes and some cheesy grilled vegetables (absolutely bland no taste whatsoever), same croissant, donuts and soft bread was kept from last two days. The only things I liked was the cold cuts, sausages, cheese omelette, and coffee but they do need to fix their in-house food.

Apart from the location (having a direct access to the Mall from inside) nothing is worth mentioning about this property. Rooms are poorly maintained and the ones we were staying need repairs. The housekeeping and IRD takes ages to deliver. Wifi is not upto the mark. At this price, there are better properties available around this place.

It was our misfortune to stay at this property. The only benefit was being next to the mall (for those who need to be close), and staff were decent but it was astonishingly rundown to call itself a four-star hotel. Our room was dim, there was no heating (which might not be necessary for most rooms in delhi), but we were traveling with a baby and a toddler that cannot be under blankets and not having heating was definitely an issue. The synthetic vinyl covered couch had a massive rip and smaller tears including cigarette holes. The hallway constantly reeked of cigarette smoke. The fridge was gross, and barely chilled anything even at the lowest temperature, while the freezer was a single chunk of ice that couldnt have fit a toothpick. And to top it off the commode nearly overflowed one of the days we were there. Breakfast was also poor, the only thing anyone was eating was the dosas made fresh, otherwise nothing in the chafing dishes was consumed by anyone. Do not recommend this property at all - stay at the Hilton garden inn, its as close to the malls as this one.

Nice clean room, simple and elegant. It's right at the mall, so plenty of food options, although you probably need to know a little Hindi to order. Mall was very busy, lots of honking. 20 minute walk to Metro Yellow line which takes to to many heritage sites.

Worst stay ever. I booked a 3 nights stay. After check in into the room because of the small size of room i was feeling congestion in the room. I asked them to change my room they said we don't have the room right now so if you wish to upgrade the room you have to pay extra for that. As i already booked the package for 3 nights i was forced to stay in the same room.

I stayed for over 15days. The staffs working there are excellent. The main management is not organized. This hotel is best if you are taking medical treatment or came for shopping. They don't have good tv channels at all, not even sports channels. The management should think of changing the carpets of the floors and yes fix the room key 🔑 cards. The key card fails to register the assigned room after every 24hr.

It was made fantastic by the awesome Mr. Zubair and his staff. He made our appearance from our 15hr flight extremely smooth and made us calm. He ensured that our visit was agreeable and unwinding. He was exceptionally thoughtful to tell us the best way to explore the city like spots to go to purchase gifts and unique milestones to go see. The lodging has severe security making it a protected spot to remain. Its actual clean and scents wonderful with anything deodorizer they are utilizing. The morning meal buffet was eminent and flavorful. I certainly enthusiastically prescribe this spot to remain when in New Delhi.

The hotel was fine but the staff’s behaviour was very poor and disappointing. Was travelling with my infant and we had two visitors during the day @ 1500hrs to be specific. This hotel executive manager KISHAN SINGH who was at the lobby during that time quite harassed the visitor for their identification and wouldn’t let them in without their identity card and a sign on it. This being written nowhere in any of the hotel rule book. It’s a shame and disrespectful to the guests staying there and also to the visitors. Switched the hotel the very next day. Never staying there again.

We have just returned from a 1 night stay at the hotel. It is in a superb location and is closely located to a range of busy tourist attractions. On arrival the member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful and provided us with amazing customer service. We had a room overlooking a very busy part of this area. however the room was so quiet and we had a really enjoyable and restful nights sleep. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very spacious. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
