We had a great stay, and just a month later, a disastrous one. We had originally booked 2 nights but cancelled one night due to change of plans on the booking website. The hotel didn't have this info, and because of it our check in took something like 40 minutes - even though we arrived at midnight and had to leave really early the next morning. Then we were told breakfast wasn't part of the tariff, which was shocking because it had been the previous time and we hadn't done anything different. And anyway, in this day and age is it weird for me to assume that a hotel wouldn't include breakfast in its tariff? Besides, if it was clear that it was an option while booking, of course I would've chosen breakfast. Anyway. The room was lovely actually, but set at a temperature of 12 ° C (in tropical Delhi - why?!), and it took us the rest of the night to get it to a normal temperature. Then the ceiling just above the doorway had water dripping from it! The next morning I called for an Americano, and the attendant insisted I pay right away, and that I wasn't allowed to just sign for it while checking out. Which was absurd and compelled me to be unpleasant. And then - a big disaster. Their electric kettle was a flimsy plastic one that LEAKED water on to the electric circuit, causing the electricity in our room to trip. Early in the morning, as we were getting ready for an early departure, we spent fifteen minutes without electricity in this well-reputed hotel. We would've paid separately for breakfast but were running late and had to leave without eating. Suffice it to say - never again will we stay there. It's actually a good hotel. But some experiences are just so bad that you never want to ever give yourself the chance of reliving them again. So yeah. Sorry Roseate Hotel, but we're never returning. Nor will we be recommending you to anyone. In fact, we'll probably be warning people to avoid you. And that's your fault.

One of the good hotels in Aerocity. I didn't get much time to explore the place but the rooms and food were awesome. The location is good as it is in the middle of terminal 3 & 1 of Delhi airport. The breakfast is awesome with multiple options.

I love this hotel is so nicely designed and I stayed here for one night and I love how the sunlight falls in different corners of the property throughout the day and makes it a beautiful experience. Love the breakfast menu, it was so delicious freshly cooked and served. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Polite and kind staff. It is highly recommended to visit this place. Total experience was too good.

Amazing experience. Stay was good. We stayed in a lake view premium room. Good at Kotak was so memorable that I would want to visit again. Pool does need some cleaning but other than that I would recommend this for a weekend stay in and around Delhi

The stay at hotel was really nice and comfortable. The modest architecture of the hotel was really impressive. Rooms was clean and spacious. Food options were limited but the taste was good. Overall a really good memorable one day stay. The most important and impressive part is the hotel staff.. so helpful and friendly. I would really like to appreciate and thank Mr. Rushil from lost & found department. So I forgot some item at pool area during my stay with them I got in touch with the department and they came in swift action and soon I got the confirmation that they have found the item. Not only this the team also did courier for the same. Really impressive, surely will recommend this place and soon will visit too!!!

I booked a corporate suite and a club room and asked them to decorate the living room of the suite which they didn't do despite confirming that they'll do that. I also asked for an early checkin on suite but they didn't provide that even after I reached there and they promised me the same. The reservations team doesn't care to address to your needs once the booking is made. Alongside this, I asked for services at the salon and nobody was present to attend to my needs even though I booked it at the time of reservation. I had to cancel due to time constraints after waiting for more than 45 minutes there. Although the food, location, and the rooms were really good. Not recommended

The property is beautiful. Big rooms and nicely done interiors. Me and my wife we stayed for 2 nights and the hospitality was sub-par. Food was overpriced and it was not extraordinarily amazing but at par with other places in similar category. I won't recommended this property if you want to go for leisure. Also what they call as Lake view rooms is basically pool facing. Theres no lake.

I stayed at this property on October 27 for a special occasion and I must say that the property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast layout was amazing and because I am on a diet so they arranged the coffee and the salad as per my taste. Sambar idli was amazing too. An outstanding experience I had after a long time. Although due to covid there are alot of restrictions, but they made sure that the restrictions were taken care of and yet they person staying at the property as a stay that they remember and breakfast they can eat without any hassle or fear, as they were serving the breakfast themselves.

The aesthetics and design of the entire property are certainly to watch out for. One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in and i would really recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury stay. Due to last minute change , I had reached Delhi at 11 am and not only did I get an early check-in but also a free upgrade to the best category rooms in the property, Shout-out and Thanks to Mr. Karan. The entire team is really hospitable and welcoming. Also do check their breakfast at KIYAN, am sure you’ll love it . Cheers !

You will not realise that such an experience is necessary unless you try it. The entire setup and theme of the property is just so calming; and so is the nature of the staff there. The food in both the restaurants are very good. The multiple water areas in the property is also very serene. A special mention needs to be made of the monochrome section at the entrance. That is the highlight of the property according to me. Lastly, the rooms. Even though our room in particular had some issues like flickering of lights and one of the control systems not working, the room in general has such a luxurious and romantic vibe. It is a must visit place with your loved ones.

A wonderful hotel in a great location - the bright and cheery ambiance is perfect for small or large groups. With plenty of choices including vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese, North Indian, and Italian dishes, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The food was so good I had to come back the next day! Don't miss out on the sizzling brownie with ice cream.

I had the pleasure of staying at Roseate House during a recent trip with my family and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful decor and huge, luxurious rooms. The swimming pool was an added bonus and provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The food was delicious and made for a great dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay

okay, so being honest it's really good. my experience is related to only the reservation department that claims to provide us with +1 spa service and our anniversary cake, that never happened. after 10 calls we finally got someone to understand that promise made. overall it's great! guy named Dhairya was supposed to make all the arrangements to be organized, but never mind it's worth it. But if someone would see it from my angle then it was a huge disappointment calling them several times and end up having nothing.

Had a very bad experience. I walked into the hotel at 11:00AM to make a booking. The guy at reception was just not interested in attending. He just bluntly said the hotel was full and no rooms were available. He can't promise a room until 3:00PM, and early check-in is also not possible. All he cared was if I had a pre-booking. His unkind behavior made me have a bad impression of a beautiful hotel. I then walked out and checked into Lemon Tree Premier just opposite this hotel. And the staff over there was so polite and helpful, which is a basic expectation in the hospitality business.

Went to the Chinese restaurant(chi ni) inside the premise and the ambience is superb. Could not understand if we are in Delhi. Just transformed us to another place. The landscape of the property is stunning.Staff is extremely courteous. Even got a complimentary birthday surprise😊. Food was delicious 😋. Must visit once even if not for stay then visit the restaurant. We visited for dinner but going for brunch or lunch would be much more beautiful experience as the surrounding is so stunning 💖. Looking forward to my next visit!

Wow and really awesome place to stay near IGI airport. This hotel is situated in Airocity at prime location. I really like the welcome gesture by staffs. There are 4 Restaurants inside the hotel and pool area also awesome. You can see Flight take off from your room. Everything royal and luxury there. You will feel like a king you want spend a good time at good place then this is the right choice for sure. Budget may cost 10K per day for 1 night stay excluding dinner.

The rooms are super amazing, location is very pretty, one can really enjoy the stay here. Service can be better, like we waited half hour just for luggage even when we told them we are rushing and have important meet, they still ignored it. Apart from that it was good. And it's worth the money which is generally people look for. If someone is planning a weekend just to get away from hectic life and all the craziness of it. I would definitely recommend it.

We went there for Sunday brunch. Although the spread is not magnificent, it's enough to give a decent understanding of their taste and preparation, which was up to the mark. The only downside was that we were billed at 4.35 as against 4.30 due to which our discount was not applied by the staff.

We stayed here over the weekend on our anniversary and did find the experience a bit of a mix. As for service the staff at the reception is a but slow but the staff in the kitchen is alright, nothing impressive though. The food at Kheer, their signature restaurant is really delicious but I did find it a tad bit overpriced. The rooms I did find were spacious and neat. Overall a good enough experience but a little less on value.

I don't have another solo pic so posting this only. It's a nice resort, great location and absolutely delicious food(buffet). I was there for a Day corporate event , so my review is not for stay. Nice and spacious resort, courteous staff and nice vegetarian food. We did many team building activities inside the conference room and outside in the garden.

The place lacks hospitality. The food is below par in taste, ridiculously small portions and highly overpriced. The hotel lacks upkeep, the water bodies stink and are not cleaned up. The only saving grace is ample open green spaces and the room size. They are only interested in your money - not a bad strategy as they know they won't get repeat customers. Avoid.

The architecture of the place is phenomenal! Sitting right on the very busy NH8, you will not hear a thing once inside. Use of simple materials and very close to nature... A perfect getaway within the city!

Do you guys provide a buffet breakfast? What all do you provide in breakfast? Like Chinese, continental, non veg, South Indian, cheese platter ? There is no information regarding the same. I wanted to book a stay with my whole family and everyone has there own taste so I was intrigued?

Amazingly beautiful, and a huge property. You'll have a great time in there, but yes the good there is very expensive, the place no smoking zone, they give you one smoking area, so have a walk from your room to there. The room interior is beautiful. Luxurious Vibe ❤️

Spent a couple of nights here on a business trip. Rooms are large, modern, and luxurious, the atmosphere is very posh and the service is attentive. The hotel is part of the Aerocity complex which means its not am integral part of Delhi, however it is more peaceful (no constant car horns) and organized than in the city. The city itself is just a taxi ride away, so no problem. There are several cafes and restaurants in the adjoining building, so mo need to go to the city if you want to eat out.

I was visiting for a conference. Loved the room and the services. Location, close to the airport, is a convenience for traveller's. And walking distance to nearest Metro station makes it convenient for City Works. Food is good. Services are fine. Overall a good experience.

Rooms were clean. Staff was quite helpful but the service was very poor. I spent around 3k on the food. I called in the kitchen and asked for the cutlery in my room. I waited for atleast 45 minutes for the cutlery and when my cutlery arrived my food was already cold. The worse thing is that i had to pay Rs 120 for the complementary water bottle which i took from my room while going outside. That was pathetic 😡😡

Pros:Excellent comfortable stay. Room heating works excellent. Prompt, responsive, courteous staff. The heated swimming pool is fantastic. Excellent views from the property. Cons:Overpriced for the services rendered. Good spread at breakfast, however the dessert section could be better in terms of quality of muffins, croissants, pastries. They seemed to be hard and not eatable on successive mornings. Bathrooms don't have an exhaust - definitely needed.

Dark, dingy place. Reception looks like a third rate bar! Hotel doesn't even have basic first aid kit. Guest for Delhi belly, which is normal as city so polluted and do you think reception helped? House keeping staff doesn't even keep Electral or ORS in stock. One has to go a kilometre away to fetch from mahipalpur market. Useless hotel. All show no substance.

A good contemporary hotel in Aerocity. Rooms are neat, spacious, cozy, and beautiful. Bathrooms have too many glasses, and mirrors are a little confusing. The food was delicious, a great dining experience. There Chidya ghar bar is beautiful. Nice and polite staff.

A good property with very good and well mannered staff. They know how to pleased their guests. The daytime Manager here Mr. Arun Kumar made our stay very very memorable and we feel like a pampered kid. He and the others ensured that we enjoyed our stay by arranging everything that needed and catered to all our demands. A women official at the reception (on night duty) naming Ankita was somewhat rude though. But, because the aforementioned manager was so good to us, we’ll definitely return soon!

Mesmerising architecture with everything in dark theme. The colors across the hotel and it's facilities chosen are black, grey, charcoal and brown. The hotel took care of safety protocols thoroughly. They did not allow equipments that can be problematic to other guests like Bluetooth speakers even if it's in check-in luggage. Outside food is allowed to be taken to room. The menu of breakfast is vast , fresh and tasty. Very courteous staff. Pools are open to swim..I just found them not cleaned potentially due to rainy day. If you are booking for some main day (birthday/anniversary), I suggest don't go with expectation for free room upgrade or complimentary cake/ bouquet/ congratulation card etc. Felt only this item to be little unfriendly which is being generally provided by all other 5 star properties to make the stay comfortable, warm and caring.

Stayed here recently and had an amazing experience. A lot has changed due to covid here but not the hospitality and the experience they give. I would especially want to mention the duty manager in reception (don't know his name but was a sikh and really sweet). All other staff were good :) P.S. i had such a good experience that hurts me personally to see even some review as low as a 4 star. This hotel deserves a 5 star. Here take it you beauty- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a decent stay, the room was clean and check-in process was as per covid protocols. The room very nice, spacious and lived up to the buzz around the hotel name. Some of the rooms were impacted by recent rains and there were signs of wear and tear on the rooms. The rooms are very modern compared to other hotels but might need maintenance soon. The location is nice, close to most offices and airport. There is an underground food court walking distance from the hotel with numerous options.

We had an amazing experience for our one night stay at Roseate House. Staff was courteous in upgrading our room to airport view. Everything was perfect- checking in, concierge, breakfast and checking out. Rooms are spacious with modern aesthetics. Hotel is at prime location near airport, aerocity metro station and in vicinity of worldmark which hosts several restaurants, offices and shopping centres. Morning breakfast spread was wonderful. Every staff member would make you feel special by their way of communication. 100% recommended.

The hotel is set amidst the greens of Delhi and it certainly has all the ambience, luxury, comfort and peace of mind to offer that one wishes for. Food is tasty and quite presentable but the portions are small as is the case in most of the five star hotels. It's a place where even you may go for a small vacation within Delhi.

We were there for three days and from check in to check out, it was one amazing experience. Ankita at the front desk was as polite and accomodating as one should have been. Perfect rooms, amazing cleanliness maintained and services offered the moment you need them, without any delay. The Buffet from Del was a scrumptious deal! Amazing service. Staff is super helpful and considerate. I was traveling with an infant and a 6 year old, and they made sure we had all the comfort. They sterilized the bottles for the infant, allowed us to check in early and helped with every request I made. The restaurant serves amazing food and even provided free smileys and ice cream to my daughter and her cousin who came to visit. I have stayed at many other hotels in Aerocity, but this was the best experience I have had so far

It's a beautiful property and good for an overnight stay. The utility seems to be more for weddings as there's not much to do here - not a proper resort. The bathtubs in rooms seemed odd to me and took getting some used to, but the rooms are pretty big so it doesn't matter. The restaurants were average at best, the spa was great.

The most unpleasant, disappointing Stay ever in a premium property! Poor Service, Rude Staff, bad room conditions! - AC/ Heating doesn't work - It remains on 18.5° no matter who hot or cold it's outside! - Shower Not Working - TV doesn't work (keep clicking on channels on ipad provided but tv screen will just remain blank) - Order something in the restaurant and than keep waiting for years for the food to come - waited for 25 mins for dosa! And after such long wait it was served with Aloo Curry instead of Sambhar - Poor Poor Breakfast spread - Pathetic Hospitality! - Asked for warm water for baby and the reception person asked us to go to restaurant to get it while checking out! Think twice before going to this property! It's way too bad!

Great resort hotel which was an escape from the hustle and bustle of New Delhi. The beautifully decorated rooms were complemented by the inspiring architecture and the various water features at the hotel. The speciality Chinese restaurant "Chi Ni" had appreciable food and ambience. The only negative to my stay was the digital room control system which was so slow that it was a headache more than a convenience. Beside the negatives, "The Roseate" was a great experience which I would definitely go to again.

It was an excellent stay!! The food was to die for, especially the dal makhni. Such a beautiful ambience and great architecture. Everyone was super nice and we had a smooth check in. Really a great stay for a Delhi vacation!!

Probably one of the best resorts in Delhi for a quick getaway. The resort's architecture is commendable and makes you forget that you're in Delhi. Staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. kudos to Karanpreet for ensuing that my stay was memorable and comfortable! Cheers to the Roseate team!

Ok, The hotel itself along with the amenities are excellent. The rooms were clean and luxurious. However, the service here is terrible. Rude staff at the front desk with an obvious attitude right from when we entered the property (Ravi at the concierge was the only person working here who was very helpful). Also, they have a very disorganized and poor room reservation team with no people skills. They seem to give lousy excuses when asked for room availabilities or assistance with reservations; if you ask to speak to a manager, they’ll just tell you she’s busy in an uncaring manner. Overall, the hotel is great, but very poor hospitality. Will not be coming here again for this reason.

The property is beautiful and dreamy. The breakfast spread is particularly exquisite. The room didn't smell the best however, the staff was quick enough to take care of it. Very slow checking in process but all in all, a decent experience.

We just went there without a reservation after a stressful trip to Delhi and the hole Team were super friendly and tried everthing to make our stay as comfortable as possible! This Hotel is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy. Thanks again to the complete Team.

We booked for premium lake view and were allocated a garden view. 😐 Otherwise, amazing place for photography and out of the box architecture experience. Nothing special in terms of food options typical 4-5 star restaurant experience. Staff was gentle and kind. Especially Karanpreet at the reception desk very humble and knowledgeable guy.

The place has style and substance, genuine care for guests and their pleasant stay. Staff is warm and friendly, accomodating with requests and prompt in service, loved it over all, definitely coming back soon. I loved the interiors, quiet and prompt room service. Breakfast spread was well curated, checkout was also smooth. I would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and friendly stay in their travels.

The food is average at their coffee house, although there is a variety from continental, Italian , South Indian and to my utter surprise Japanese Sushi. The weird protocol is that the staff will serve you from the buffet spread, a customer cannot serve oneself .

I stayed in Roseatte House, New Delhi during July-August for 3 weeks on a corporate visit. I must admit, this was the best stays ever among all the places i have travelled so far. The customer service is excellent. Rooms are super clean, house keeping services are great and roseatte always aims to provide top class customer service in every possible way. Since i was a single lady, my laundry was done free of cost. I really loved my stay here and the way the manager collected our preferences and adhered to it because we were long staying guests. The hand written letters, the surprise chocolates were something that overall made my stay really beautiful. To experience top class hospitality, roseatte is the place.

Place is well cushioned from the city bustle despite being on the main highway. Meal portions were inadequate hence only 4 stars
