Awesome view. Descent staff. Humble services. What else anyone want.😀😀. Good of occasions like business party, receptions, birthday's. They also have DJ night. Rooms are fancy as for the price you pay. They have peaceful and natural environment where you can enjoy yourself.

Very nice place for organizing any of your wedding functions or be it any other function. I went here last night at my friend's wedding. Such a nice ambience with ample options to fill your bellies with, I never went to such a place like this. It was one of a kind. I will Highly Recommend this place, for you to book. You won't ever regret booking The Imperia Hotel for any of your functions, I Swear.

D Imperia is an amazing place. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean and hygienic, their service is very prompt and the furniture in the room is very comfortable as well. It is a 4-Star hotel and I would go on to say that it is probably the best one at the prices it offers. The staff was very accomodating as well. They allowed guests after 7 even though it was against their stated policy. I had a pleasant experience and I doubt that you could have a bad one at this place. The only downside in my opinion was the area it was located in, not that bad but not the best either.

Good place to stay...but I found it weird that when I asked for the free dental kit from the house keeping person and he asked me to pay 50 bucks upfront...that kit is always complimentary. Wonder why he asked me for the money. Also you will not get warm milk beyond a certain time. They say it's 24 hour kitchen... don't be duped. Also AC was not working at first....had to call a repair person but finally it worked. Stay was comfortable but services....hmmm...needs improvement.

Stayed for a night due to a power situation at my home, reached around afternoon and slept most of it. The place is more feasible for Wedding Venues for the guest to stay, banqueting etc. Pets are not allowed which is a disappointment considering they have open green space and that the hotel is to a 5 star standard. The staff was fine. I didn't have breakfast here, and then checked out. So too short to comment on other touch points of the hotel

First of the all the place can be reached by any mode of transport but their parking is not that big so if there are two functions on the venue then you have to park your vehicles outside.food doesn't taste that good and their price is a bit as compared to other venues so if you have some other options go for that otherwise it's a good choice. Pros 1.one of the best decoration 2.size of the venue is good 3 well connected by road and metro Cons 1 parking is small 2 food quality and taste is average 3 price is high as compared to other venue 4 staff is not well trained

Look wise property is extremely good but staff/hospitality is pathetic. Had a marriage function organized there. They place main course plates inspite of side plates for chats etc so if somebody is booking your function one has to be extremely cautious as one end up paying for extra plates. To avoid hassle, dont rely on imperia people to arrange liquor, arrange your own liquor.My experience was chaotic as they promised for liquor but it was not arranged on time. Food taste is good. Rooms are good.

I feel very bad to say that it's the most irresponsible staff I have ever seen. No harmony, no courtesy, just making money and no services assurances. Names are many, very careless and dont even bother to help the clients, if unfortunately you couldn't able to finish your functions, specially in this pandemic situation. Worst 👎food, ambience checked always later.

I'll divide the review between pros and cons: Pros: 1) Super-pocket friendly One can book this hotel for as low as Rs. 1,800 via goibibo/paytm. 2) The hotel service is extremely good. The staff is polite. 3) The property is completely neat and clean. 4) The Hotel is very well built. Talking about the cons: 1) It lacked the liveliness expected of a hotel, this is primarily because it is a marriage venue more than a hotel, thus it has just 10 rooms in the vicinity. 2) They charged Rs. 50/- for dental kit, again not a big amount and also it discourages wastage of material but this is not expected of a decent 4+ star hotel. 3) They do not allow outside food.

Overview of infrastructure is quite good but management of entire hotel is worst especially in wedding functions there is per plate system in the hotel staff steal your allotted plates in order to offer in the outer section of the hotel whereas the main thing to discuss that is food the chef of the hotel prepare worst food literally they don't have knowledge to prepare food and another reason to describe their worst management is that they serve food according to the order that is given by it's manager not by the person who book the event. I change whole menu for the wedding but the management played it smartly on the wedding day I realise that the dishes I have selected is not been there in the food items. 1. Food is Tasteless 2. Staff is not cooperative 3. Management is too worst If you want best place to book your wedding ceremony please don't choose it choose somewhere else.

Decent ambience with best location and best food... Service was good ..I was there in my friend engagement ceremony it was a great experience to me.....

Everything works in the favour of this property apart from the ease of connecting with the wifi. Staff is courteous and helpful but genuinely had no idea about troubleshooting wifi login issues and took almost 5-6 hours to get me connected to the hotel wifi. This reminds me, your cellphone providers (read Vodafone, Airtel) do not provide good network reception in the rooms. Especially if one is looking to use mobile data, signal strength is way too low to browse anything on mobile data.

We have chosen this place for my wedding. I really like the location and the amenities. We also have had good interactions with the staff so far that seem very helpful and supportive. Jyotsana didi has been doing an excellent job and makes sure that she is readily available for any inquiry or management related queries. This has allowed us to concentrate more on my wedding than management related issues. The chef Dharshan made sure that we were able to spend time with his team to taste, select and extend the menu for the function. I am really thankful to Jyotsna didi for helping me with all the arrangements.

Amazing service, tasty food, beautiful decorations and ambience,it was a great experience here at D imperia hotel. We had booked crystal ballroom for my sister's wedding, it was beautiful, enough space, a beautiful decor and everything was just exceptional, their team worked hard and did a commendable job in making sure that all the things were in place and ready. We were just enjoying the occassion. Special thanks to Ms. Madhu for her constant support throughout the evening, she was very flexible to our demands and needs.
