RULE NUMBER 1 - Don't ask any auto wala or allow any one to escort you to this hotel , the hotel will pay commission to that guy and it will be discretly added to the bill .Standard practise at almost all delhi hotels .You will soon realise why everyone who stays in this hotel arrives by an auto or taxi 😄 MUST FOLLOW - Ask to show the hotel room before you pay or confirm .all hotels allow to check before hand, check if AC is working and all is fine and ask the staff to clean the room /toilet again and change the sheets before you step in the room. Only then confirm or pay .NEVER EARLIER. They will be very obedient before you pay the advance so use that . there are 100s of hotels around all hotel owners are very insecure in paharganj PROS - I Stayed Here for the Location only as it's walking distance to RK Station Metro / karol bagh / paharjang . So saving money and time on travel as travelling around delhi consumes time / money . - You may get better quality rooms for little cheaper but then you would need spend on travel and other things which adds up - The rooms are standard and very good compared to other hotels in that area. Not too well furnished or brand new but beds and toilets are good -Its surrounded by market , clubs ,metro , and other hotels . So very safe and everything is at walking distance . You meet new people and if you don't like one hotel, you can hop to the next hotel next door Cons - Hotel will charge GTS+extra taxes on the quoted price , so ask for the final price before checkin . So if they quote 1700 at end it will be 2000rs. Its written in the wall , but they dont clearly say it. Standard practise of all hotels in that area. -Staff is underpaid , unmotivated and Lazy as hell . So don't expect any service or treatment like a king from them unless you can tip them .All shops and services are nearby So get it yorself will save you some peace of mind + time and money than relying on the lazy staff. -The food is thrash and over priced but they allow outside food and food deliveries are allowed and I would highly recommend as this area has many great places to eat. Experience - everything I say is subjective and compared to other hotels in this area - The first time I stayed here , the auto wala took me to this hotel and I had no idea that he gets a referral fees added to My bill. I had some issue with AC and experience was not good. So The 2nd time I choose this hotel again as i learnt from my mistakes and apply it again , but since I knew the tricks of the trade this time. I was able to do all the things I said above, the staff felt that I was a experienced traveller and gave priority service. The 2nd time got value for money and no disappointments . - You can get cheaper rooms in paharjang there are many , but they will have no security, no staff ,no wifi,or proper rooms . You can get expensive rooms but it will be the same features,nothing extra . If you need better service hotels then price will he double . All depends on which area you wanna stay in Delhi and what extra you expext from a hotel other than a good bed and toilet+ safety

Worst experience ever the staff management was very bad and they charged for an AC room which was 2500 but ac was not working and when I told them to compensate for it they just wanted to extra 500 for no reason and when I refused to pay that they told us that leave them they are beggars. The uncle sitting on the counter was so misbehaved and didn't have any manners to how to talk to a lady. The auto drivers standing in the railway station are bribed by this hotel and they take will take u there and force u to take the room there in this hotel only. No staff service was available not even water was provided even when asked to i stayed in the 3rd floor and I had to go down to the reception every time I needed something as no one was receiving the call. Never stay in this kind of hotels and it's not at all a 2 star hotel they are just making there costumers fool. Even worse if you are staying with your family

Rooms are ok but the place near hotel is a near vegetable market and non veg market. Can walk near hotel only take cab. Rooms are costly , I think we can get rooms in a good place.

Total waste of money the room which they will provide you for around 4k is not even worth of 1k - 1.2k. and first they will talk you nice manner and all after you pay for room then forget your services and about room. There is all scammers. They even don't know about hotel management and services.. beware every one from getting trapped if any agent contact you on railway station for hotel don't go for the option. Just check online away from station area and check for Airbnb.

Firstly they have so many hidden charges. They charged more than 3k for a single day stay. 2500rs at booking but I was okay with that as I was in need. Then they didn't give water and charged double for water. Then their food quality is worst in whole city. And their prices are too high. I ordered from outside as they had very bad food service then they didn't allow to get that. And at the time of checkout they took 28% GST including for room rent of 2500 , food of 600 ( rice and noodles cost 600 here yes) and they looted hell lot of money.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!! Worst experience i ever had. Their misbehaviour is very worst especially on the reception counter. I had booked a room for 2500 and ac was not working. They don't provide you a bill and when you're gonna check out they will charge you unreasonably. And if you're gonna question, they cheat and threaten you for not paying as they want.

The staff is too rude especially the receptionists . They don’t know how to deal with customers . Charging extra price for less amenities. Food is also average . Will not recommend to anyone

Rooms are ok ok but very costly. First they will offer you tour package when you enter to their hotel if you deny for that then hotel price they will say 2500 range but after negotiating they offer us at 1900 for one day stay,please check bill properly before checkout because they will charge you more even if you have mot ordered. Bisleri cost is 30 with 3 rs service tax they will took. If you take 2 bisleri from them then it will cost 60 with 6 rs service tax 😂 . Be aware and my review is 100% true

Worst service I ever faced, AC was not working. No hot water. Bathroom was not clean. Please don’t go there. They also take commission from autos and cabs. One of the service guy took order from me telling that he will get food from canteen, but he brought the food from outside. I complained the hotel management, no one took it seriously. I request pls don’t go there. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.

Very close to Gate/Platform 2 of RK Ashram Metro station and is in strategic place. Clean rooms and friendly staff. A little pricey but today what isn't ?

Very unprofessional, rooms are not cleaned regularly which is very much visible. If you don't keep the receipts during booking they try change the words during checkout.

Stayed safe in room 203, room service was good, food was good. I paid Rs 1600 per night, can bargain a bit less. The room was average, the walls were unclean and there was no hanger in the bathroom.

It is a decent hotel to stay at, found it costly for the location and amenities provide. Only stayed for a day since I had another transfer at night so it was costly for around 6 to 7 hours. The only advantage is that it was close to metro station so dint have to roam around for public transport.

Location is very good. Rooms are big. Hygienic condition of rooms is not very good. Room service is not automatic only demand basis. Amenity provided only free Wi-Fi. No fridge in rooms. Availability of drinking water is not good. No provision of drinking water in rooms. There are some hidden charges. Like service charges and GST etc. Which are not being told to customer during booking. One more thing offline booking charges are more as compare to online booking.

Al rooms are too good. With attached toilets. Beds and bedsheet are good and cleaned. AC is working properly but Tv is not working properly settop box is not recharged. When we asked to reception then one of person is came in room and asked to us soonly it will be started. But it's nothing done. Staff services is too good.
