The worst stay in all of New Delhi. Didn't get the promised breakfast. The TV never turned on. The washroom had a water shortage. No issues were solved during the entire stay period. They also don't have parking and the nearest parking costs 20 rupees/hour

Not recommended for couples or family. Bachelor's are okay. Bed were not cleaned. No duvet covers, toliets stinks, no doors were cleaned. It doesnt matter a 2star or 5star. Cleanliness is same for both. I dont know why they turn of the ac main switch from downstairs. So i had to Message then in private to turn it on. Its upto the customer how much they wanted to use it. Taps were not working properly. The street were the hotel doesnt look safe at all. Not even recommended for foreigners

One of the worst hotel in paharganj. I booked this hotel online and hotel was looking worth it for staying but the real picture was totally different. Hotel is totally deceiving the customers. Staff is non co-operative. No cleanliness in the rooms. Toilet/ bathroom were very dirty. No parking facility. Highly not recommended for family.

Worst experience I could ever had. The rooms were pretty but dirty, the service was super informal and rude. It was me and my mom and felt very uncomfortable. There was no electricity the entire night, how is that even possible!! Think before taking ur family there.

They show you different room option while booking and they will offer room in OR condition and worst will be provided. 1- Don't go by pics even lights are not working. 2- Lift not working. 3-Door lock is pathetic any one xan push it open even though it is locked. 4-TV not working and no bodh cares. 5-Make my trip and this hotel will make you fool by showing wrong old pics. 6-They will combine 2 mini beds to make a odd bed to make you fool. Always ask for live video call if you are, never book from Make My Trip.they both will loot you. Never pay in advance. Worst hotel in delhi.

hi if any one plan to book hote Atlanta at Delhi so please nont book this hotel. i book this hotel one month before from site staybook with cheper price for 2 days of booking after i visit this hotel the hotel staf and manager refuge to give me room on same price they told me the same price of room is not available so this hotel is fraud i request you dont visit this hotel in New Delhi.

We booked one room through Staybook at Hotel Atlanta on 19th for 4/5 days. All of sudden on 21 we were told there's a short circuit and that we have to vacate the room immediately. We vacated the room and went to nearby hotel where we were guided. On 22nd morning we found that there was nothing wrong in the hotel and story of Short circuit was false, as they were giving room to other clients. We again requested for a room on 22nd morning and were prepared to pay whatever the charges were applicable but we were denied and made to seat in the lobby from morning to late evening. To put it bluntly, the hotel Atlanta cheated us.

This hotel has BUGS in the entrance hall. And the Room smells bad. however when we told them that they transferred the 7 of us in another hotel of the same chain that was cleaner, in quite an efficient way.

Reasonably priced dorm rooms. Comfortable beds, good cleanliness and good washroom. The doors of gate and wardrobe are a little squeaky which disturbs others staying in the room. Lots of decent eateries around and. Walking distance from New Delhi Railway station, but not advised to walk that far with luggage.

I went to this hotel it was a good experience for me, i stayed for two days all the staff are polite and i was surprised to see that every thing i needed was present in the room only, i recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for clean and safe stay in arakashan road

Hotel was good and room and washroom were clean. I would give five stars if the window lock was ok. The room I booked I couldn’t stay in that room because the window lock was broken. Then I had to change the room but that room wasn’t same like first room. This is why I am giving one star less. But other things were ok and staffs behaviour was good. Recommend hotel in this area. I stayed 4 hotels in arakshan road. All the hotels were worst except this one.

Rooms looks good but Dirty bed sheets, bad odour in the room, noisy fan, too small bathroom, and we given room at 3rd floor but no lift.. area is crowed and inside galli.. not worth the price..

Horrible. From 5am we were penetrated everyday by the nearby temple and that noise would go on the whole day. No chance to sleep at all, one of the worst experiences ever.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very polite to their customers. Food from the restaurant was very good in terms of quantity and quality. Highly recommended..

Worst place I have ever been in they had bed bugs the TV didn't work the bed sheets were dirty and the blankets were so bad I wouldn't use them. Nothing in the room worked at all it was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Would not recommend to even a stay dog. And when you c complain they don't care and won't refund your money. Me and my fiance got big up by bed bugs the entire night and when we tried to shower it way only cold water. And a bucket to pour water over your head with used soap left in the washroom.

Hotel was okay okay, butthe cleaniness of the rooms was not good. The drains in the shower kept clogging and draining slow. We had to call three times before we got our filty pillows changed with some less filty pillows

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund. The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

Service is good, rooms are not as like as shown in website. Location is very nearby New Delhi Railway station. Rooms no window and not recommended for vacation and business meet.

I did not put the review initially, the owner/manager took my phone & gave rating himself. (Now I'm editing with genuine review) The rooms are okay but little overpriced. You do not have control of geyser, you will have to ask them each time to ON. They do not provide toiletries. Initially I was offered the blanket which was smelling, later they changed when I asked. Cleanliness was okay. Person on reception and help guy was cooperative. They don't have locker room, but I requested them to keep my bag after checkout as I had 7-8 hrs to flight. They did, and I'm thankful to reception guy. Location is near Newd Delhi Station, Paharganj, So, it is helpful in many ways.

There was no ventilation in the hotel as shown in the images and they don’t care about your guest they won’t allow them at any time either day time or night and in the room there were insects. Will never recommend anyone to accommodate here. And they have different set of rules compare to other hotels and totally unsatisfied.

Room are big but not proper maintain bed are broken most danger things is lots of bedbug whole night we are not able to sleep. lift also is not working. only 1/2 liter of water is given for 3 person.
