This place is the place for You if you have a budget less than 2200 for two people. They have 24 hour professional service. Can serve you literally any time of the day. I called them at 2 at night and they helped me out with my order. An pretty sure many good hotels will have same proffesional service or even better than this one but am also sure that they would charge you a huge amount for that. Rooms are comfy and nice with central air conditioners. Washrooms had hair dryers and a glass covered bathroom. It's a little bit away from main Road and hence it's really peaceful in there. Nearest Metro Station is Karol bagh Metro Station which an E RIKSHAW would cost you just 10 rupees.

We have stayed earlier also in this hotel.. this time they gave us room in another wing room no 107. We had three rooms none of the room has bathroom curtains. So if you are sharing room its difficult. Bedsheet was not clean properly. There was no charging point in my room i have to pull out plug of refrigerator. To charge mobile... A.c. also was making lot of sound.

Apart from rooms accommodation, the hotel has a well decorated Hall in the hotel basement. This is very ideal place for holding business meetings, workshops, seminars or other social/family functions. They have a good catering service and serve all kinds of cuisine. I have participated in a business workshop here. It was a wonderful experience. The breakfast and lunch served was very good. In nutshell, everything was very well organized.

I sincerely apologize to the owner of this hotel and gave a bad recommendation to the wrong hotel that I stayed. The hotel people are very nice and friendly and honest. They are the most helpful people, my wife had left her bridal saree in the tuk tuk and we thought we could never get it back. Thanks to the hotel owner and staff for tracking it down. With out them we could not have got it back. Thank you guys my deepest apologies.

Rooms were ok. Very less staff to cope up if there are more hotel guests. Had to call for towels, water bottles which should have been replenished daily. Every day only 2 water bottles, beyond that is chargeble. Morning break fast was not at all good. All 4 days almost same repeat menu. There was only one lady at reception Jaspreet kaur who was very attentive and helpful from the entire staff. Needs to improve a lot in terms of hotel cleanliness, room service staff, and breakfast menu.

It's a great location if you want to walk and shop. But it's also very crowded and hard to drive in and out of hotel. The bathrooms are tiny and there is no hot water. The breakfast is good during the weekend and very bad on week day. I give zero stars for cleanliness in the restaurant. The reason for this is that we are having breakfast and they switched on A/C in the morning and a lot of dust (tiny black particles) fell into the food and all the containers. They did nothing even when I complained. The Wi-Fi was great though. I am not sure how this hotel come into 3 star hotel category.

Such a unhygienic and very bad room service mattresses are also very dirty such a bad hotel don't even try to stay here.

Disgusting place... very very unhingenic food & room. Cockroches in food . Dogs seating in kitchen area. Really pathetic. Rooms are worst in condition with dust. Dirty washrooms.

The facility is very poor, staffs are polite but there are so inactive, the reception area is nice but when u will enter in the room it is worse, space is okay but the room is not clean at all, there is lots of hair in the bedsheets I guess they don't even wash them after checking out from the room. Bathroom is very small and very dirty, lights are very dim overall my experience is very bad. The food is not at all good there is no more variety in food only there are four items every day and it is all bad, there is no water available in the food court, and no water in washroom of reception area... I would like to say Please improve your management and cleanliness...

This is one of the finest 3-star hotels in Karol Bagh Area. Amazing and quick service. Extremely cooperative staff. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and was amazed by the dedication the employees had for the hotel. Room service is really quick. The rooms are really comfortable and perfectly kept. The hotel is situated completely in the heart of the market. Also because of the location of the hotel, they have ample parking space around the hotel. Must visit this hotel on your next trip to Delhi. Cheers!

Would not even given a one start. Don’t go by the picture from this site. Ask for to see the room first before you rent them. No hot water (when ask for more the staff was getting angry), stains on bed sheets, bathroom faucet needs to be replaced (need a plier to turn them), the floor wasn’t mopped. Breakfast was good!

Good as a budget hotel. We stayed in a double room and it was fairly big and had a sofa. Decent breakfast. Staff is supportive but hardly speaking English. Rooms are non smoking and there are smoke detectors placed inside rooms as well as in lobby. Entrance to the hotel was through one of the busiest streets and in the afternoon it takes more than 30 mins to pass one km.

Overall this place is just horrible. Guess are able to smoke in the room and even the hallways. No signs anywhere “NO SMOKING “. Place is poorly kept, bathroom need a good cleaning, curtains had stains from a few years ago, place is so dusty that my allergy went sky high. Workers there are more interested in getting tips than actually doing a good job. Went for breakfast every morning and had to ask for a coffee cup, never any cups there for tea ( I took my own French press coffee pot) however breakfast was ok, wish they had more choices though. It took us two hours to check in to our room after a long long trip. When we got there the manager on duty, Shivham give us a room Which smell of mold and mildew, room was so filty and smelly, shower door looks like it was never cleaned, tiles missing on the washroom wall. This manager was no helpful, he was arrogant and showed no empathy, he to told us there was no other room available in the main hotel which was in the middle and tried to give us rooms to the left and right which was unacceptable, none of the rooms were clean. AC did not work, mosquitoes in our room and couldn’t do anything about it. We actually saw four different room and nothing was clean, no shower curtains, the ones which had shower curtain was so filthy it smelled so horrible. We settled for a room which still was unacceptable because we were too exhausted from a long trip. Next day one of my friend complained to another manager, Chandon was amazing he was able to accommodate us with a much better room with was ok. Ramesh another one of the front desk staff was so understanding and professional. Staff hygiene was poor. Don’t know if they are aware that deodorant was invented centuries ago. Seems like they also don’t wear clean clothes every day and they take it for granted no one will see the dirt on their clothes. If you’re looking just for a stay overnight and don’t care about the cleanliness of this hotel by all means be their guest. I would never stay here.

The hotel was little disappointing as the rooms were small and lighting was so dim, washrooms didn't have instant hot water. Also, they give clinic plus sachet and medimix soap only. Didn't expect that from a 3-star hotel, thankfully I was carrying my shampoo and body wash. Tv was subscribed to very limited channels. Food was fine. Although I was denied breakfast when I had made a full online payment before check-in. But it got resolved later through complaints. Rooms were clean and have adequate furniture so it's worth it if you don't have much expectations and want a place to relax, stay and leave for work.

Hotel Regent Continental has been a nice hotel for large bookings. The Hotel is chosen for bulk bookings for vacations from across the country. The recent visit of ours was when one of the school from KGF (from Kolar district of Karnataka state) had organized educational trip to Delhi to its students. The students and the faculty from school incharge of the educational trip were all staying at this hotel.
