The dorm is nice. I mainly chose this option for the room service which is quite good and the staff is well-behaved and responsive. The dorms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Drinking water is available. Food available is also good though on the costlier side. One-star less because their online ordering software or website was not functional and the staff kept insisting to order using that system when it was not working. It tool a while for them to realize this. Also, they do not allow bringing in outside food. Overall a good option for budget stay.

I have visited this place few days back. As per my experience service is of top notch. what I like the most about this place was their staff's behaviour. They were friendly, police and obviously nice. I would like to mention the name of a staff i.e. Arfat Khan. I am mentioning his name because of his siplicity and friendly behaviour. He is one of the most nice person I have ever met at any hotel. Talking about the cleanliness and other services. This place always gives positive vibes. The fragrance is too good. I will give 5 out of 5 for the cleanliness. One more thing that I liked the most about this place was their color theme Yellow and dark theme. I really loved this place. If you are coming to New Delhi and want a place to stay then this place may be the smart choice.

This is definitely not a hostel for international travelers or backpackers. Mid way through my stay I arrived back at the hostel at 10PM to be told it was closed and I needed to find somewhere else to stay and all my things were inside. I spoke to the manager and was allowed to get my belongings but wasn’t told why the hostel was closed and hadn’t been warned that this was happening which was very disconcerting as a solo female traveler and considering it was late at night. I think it was really poor customer service that there wasn’t an effort made to inform me. I was told I could lead belongings at the hostel and when it reopened continue my stay there. When I got back after it mysteriously being closed my perfume and retainer had gone missing from my dorm. I informed staff that these were lost and they weren’t bothered and made no effort to see if they had been handed in. I explained they were expansive items that would need replacing and still no remorse. I also handed in laundry before I left and was told it would take 24 hours but when I went to collect it they just said ‘tomorrow’ with no explanation. It then wasn’t ready for another 72 hours, luckily I wasn’t leaving until after then but otherwise this could have been super problematic. I have also been in contact with the customer service team about a refund for the days where I had to move and it’s been 3 weeks and I have no sight of a refund. Overall very disappointed with the customer service and care for customers when staying at the hostel.

Hosteller is a good place to stay. I Stayed there for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The Good Part is it's very close to Ashram station and the sitting space with cafeteria is a great place to work and you can also get good food at affordable prices. Some cons are if reach early and didn't get the bed you have to wait for shower as they don't have any common bathroom. Rest the place is really good for stay

I had a great stay in my private room. The staff is warm and efficient. Don’t judge the place until you go downstairs to the lounge area where people hang out, work, and there’s a guitar and stage as well. The room is clean by local standards, comfortable, and the AC worked. The one star off is for the highway being so close and the nearest market “community center” not being an easy walk away. You will need an auto. There is the metro walkable distance but I didn’t like the highway being right there. If you plan to stay inside the hostel then it’s 5 stars.

It was the safest place with lots of positive vibes in the environment there. Each and every staff was very friendly,approachable and welcoming.The room was clean and the food was excellent. They have a common area in basement with two washrooms .This place is available in case you need to wait for sometime after checking out or need to wait for any other reason. They also have visiting hours for outsiders which other hotels do not allow. So on the whole a very good hostel cum hotel even if you want to stay alone. I highly recommend it would definitely stay here if I visit Delhi.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Hosteller Delhi, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the hostess and seated promptly at a cozy table. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely - soft lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decor all contributed to a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I felt instantly at ease and ready to enjoy my meal. Speaking of the meal, the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. I particularly enjoyed the [specific dish], which was bursting with fresh, vibrant ingredients and cooked to perfection. The wine list was also impressive, with a great selection of bottles to suit every taste and budget. But perhaps what really set this restaurant apart was the exceptional service. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire meal, offering helpful recommendations and checking in regularly to ensure that everything was to our liking.

I had a great time here. I met many strangers and went for outings then we become friends. I came here for two days but almost a month I spent here. Loved the food and the vibe is awesome. Staff is very helpful when it comes to solution there is a person named Robin, he is awesome host I have ever met. The manger Nimit is very cool person. The rooms are good and property is full power. We enjoyed very much.

It has a great vibe, and you feel quite comfortable there. Your stay will be delightful because of the excellent people you meet here. The care they give makes for a comfortable and delightful stay. they regularly clean and change their bed linens. Additionally, they will give you the best hospitality possible.

Located very close to the Metro Station, Hosteller Delhi is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. Atishay, Zaid, Adwitiya and other staff peeple made my stay so comfortable. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks and stable WiFi if you're here for the Workation. At night and weekends, they organize some events to gather all the guests and create beautiful memories for all of them.

Beautiful property at a scenic location in the outskirts. Superb queen size beds in the dorms with multiple washrooms. The staff and were sweet. The food tasted like it was homemade and was delicious. The owner is assertive when it comes to property rules but is very friendly and helpful when you talk to him.

Rooms are good and spacious but requires maintenance. This is my first week review. Cons 1. The centralised AC wasn't working for a night. They resolved it next day 2. The parking is only for 4 cars. So better don't carry your own car. 3. Too much automation of everything. At least have physical menu card at cafe. The same feedback was shared at property. Pros Location is very good. The hostel is spacious and clean. Rooms have ironing and cleanliness of washrooms time to time. Overall good stay with minor improvements needed.

Hosteller - Delhi is a great place to stay with your friends. The rooms are nice and the bathroom was clean. We had an AC problem but it was resolved at the earliest. We loved the ambience. Even my birthday was celebrated by the staff when they came to know about it. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

The stay was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful the location is so good the hospitality is amazing the rooms and toilets are so clean the place has got whatever you want neat rooms and bathroom food and a lot of people to interact with overall amazing. Important notice to all of you who are planning to stay at the property carry your own lock and keys they give you a locker but not the lock and keys. Other than this it was fun and a great experience.

Stay was good. There were issues with Hot water availability in the bathrooms but the hosteller team always assisted us. The rooms were very neat and clean. Would recommend to stay here. The in house restaurant serves delicious food as well.

An absolute favourite place of mine to stay when I'm in the city. The place is beautiful, clean and really wholesome. It does not compromise on quality yet is pocket friendly. The best part is meeting so many people here from different parts of the country. It has a good cafe and the people here, like Mohit, are kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay if you’re travelling solo or with friends. All the hostel rooms are kept neat and hygiene, however they don’t provide utilities like toiletries and towels, although it can be availed by paying extra price, so consider carrying them along. The prices could be a bit less for toiletries. Great vibe overall.

Such a clean and fancy hostel! Great service too. Will definitely come back, I really enjoyed my stay and wish more hostels were like this! The only down side was the shower didn’t drain so you had to stand in other peoples water :/

Clean, comfortable hostel. Something I really liked was to have some curtains to Keep some privacy in your bed and a little shelf to keep things such as your phone, or bottle of water. The staff is also lovely and accommodating, I highly recommend this place in particular for solo travel

The staff was very welcoming, friendly & open to suggestions. The upkeep of the place is great, cleanliness is maintained on daily basis. Your privacy is respected at all times despite being in the Dorms. Best part is the common are where you meet people from different walks of life. My best stay in Delhi so far. Hi guys, Your place was great! silent and warm. It was my first experience at TH Delhi and I would highly recommend it. From staff to services all were amicable. I stayed for 4 days in hosteller Delhi and experience was wonderful.I stayed in 6 bed mixed dorm and bed were good with blankets and cup boards for each of them. Had option of hot water for drinking. Only issue was checkin at 1 PM but they allow us to keep luggage in locker room.Nice and friendly staff. No option for nearby food so I ordered food from Zomato although they too have food option which i did not try. Highly recommended!!

I have stayed in their Delhi property twice and once in Manali. So needless to say, the ambience here is amazing. The rooms are near and spacious, washroom is also well maintained. They have an in house cafeteria which is amazing. The staff is also cooperative and available 24*7. Location is 5 minutes walk from Ashram metro station beside a petrol pump. So it is easily accessible. I would recommend everyone here.

The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because the cafe food was ok. Mind you , it was not bad but if they improve their menu and food quality then they deserve a 5 star. I simply loved their overall design, amenities and service. Very few hostels give you this feel of space and ease. The first thing I noticed was the amount of space and light. Specific areas designated for reading and chilling. A basement den to work and play designed to give you the feels of a sports bar. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great experience and highly recommended if you are staying in Delhi.

Stellar spot for rest and exploring. In a safe end of town (South Delhi) and close to public transport. Staff are friendly and a good mix of travellers from around India and the world. :) Beaut common areas too (check out the basement). Made fast friends. Would highly recommend.

I had booked a superior room with breakfast. You’ll not get what you pay for, not worthy at all. cafe staff behaviour is not satisfactory…i had booked my breakfast during booking, may be that was my mistake because they were like i don’t have any other option except paratha or omelette in which you can choose one of them only and there food serving is so worst he served me paratha after 35mins and tea didn’t till 45min finally i had to cancel that. Room is fine as showed in photos some furniture missing only, washroom conditions is also not so good flush didn’t work properly, water is also coming slowly in shower. It’s okay ambient environment is like hostel only but you’ll not get that all amenities and services for which you’re paying that amount.

Room was good , staff was good except the food and cafe . I will not recommended anyone to eat their . Although they will try to insist you. Price are high and food quality is not good. One can get good food in less price in online order. I order Khichdi and told them that we need for ill person . Then they gave the food that the food we have rejected earlier but gave the same food. Had a very good stay. The staffs were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and had privacy. The bathroom was the best. It was so clean and hygienic. Only issue was with the hostel cafe where they served us noodles that were so salty that we didn’t eat. Otherwise, a very good experience

The AC in the rooms did not work and the staff there believed that it did work while I couldn’t feel the cooling. (I just read another old review saying their centralised AC is bad, wish I had read that before booking here). I paid for the AC room to have a certain temperature but they didn’t care. With persistent complaints they put up an air cooler on last day. Everything requires using their super unfriendly and moody website called Glu which keeps asking for reservation ID time and again. Does not feel like a hostel. The pictures make you believe as though they have a hostel vibe, but in reality they operate like a struggling Hotel. No community events, no socialising, super boring and unhappy staff. Very transactional > check in, hot water timings, Wi-Fi password (which sucks anyway) > check out. Definitely not worth the money! Wish I could undo my decision and get back my money!

Current visit Dec112023 review: Ratings based on this visit. This is my fourth visit and the second time , I faced this problem. There is no running hot water. I did not take bath on Day -1, On Day-2 hot water was provided in a bucket. This is a budget hostel so guests do not expect luxury high end services. However, running hot water in this cold weather is a bare minimum that needs to be ensured. The staff is good. Complaints are listened to. They did provide hot water in a bucket but nothing Ike running hot water! This issue appears to be chronic. I hope the management will take action and fix this issue for good. Previous visit review I stayed this week at the Hosteler. I am very happy that the feedback that I gave couple of weeks ago was actioned upon. It is understandable that unforeseen technical problems, etc do creep in. It is not a perfect world. This time hot water was available, the water in the bathroom now drains out lucidly and the shower was fixed. This proves that the Hosteler does take feedback seriously. The customer service team duly called me and followed up and apprised me of action taken. Thank you and best wishes to team Hosteller. I had a great, comfortable stay. I have revised my ratings accordingly now. Thanks again!

Property was good even the location…. But the washroom was the concern for me ….. the bathroom door was not closing properly not even the glass one which was placed in between WC & shower….. Even you should clean the bathroom at least once in a day. It was not cleaned properly…. Event there are hard water stains on glass and taps…. So please look forward to this…

this hostel is very good. Very cleaned and well served with metro station. It's about 3 minutes walk from Ashram. Very easy walk. Super mention about breakfast: paneer Parartha, aloo paratha and tea are super super tasty. Try them Bipan is a good man. Very nice and super helpfull. He provides you the best time in cafeteria

Very good for budget travel, solo travellers and people looking quiet stay during business trips. There’s a cafe attached to the Hosteller and food can be ordered through their website/app. Decent food and decent stay. The staffs are extremely friendly and ready to help on anything needed.

I've stayed multiple times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I only want to request the management for another female dorm and to also change their refund policy. It is almost impossible to plan your stay before a week due to last minute train or flight cancellations and leads to unnecessary difficulty for the guest. Any guest should be able to get refunds if they cancel a day before. Best Wishes.

I stayed here for almost a week and I had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect- just 5 mins walking distance from Ashram Metro & on the main road. There's a 24*7 store in the adjacent petrol pump which is good too. I stayed in both female & mixed dorm- the rooms are spacious, cleaning is done everyday, washrooms are good. The common areas are also well kept. Met some amazing people here. Only the food requires much more improvement. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I had the best time staying at the hosteller. Amazing staff and such a great place to meet new people. The staff is so interactive and sweet. I am so scared to meet new people and going out with new people but Pushpa made me so comfortable. She is so sweet that i would literally recommend each one of my friends to make a visit here. I am looking forward to my next visit to Delhi so I can come stay here again :)I would really recommend staying here .The Ambience and the interior is so good.

Place is good and rooms are clean. The basement is the best place to stay and do all your work. Overall living cost is high, as they don't provide the access to kitchen. Students or guests staying for long-term can't order from canteen everytime.

I booked my stay with Hosteller Delhi for 2 nights and my experience was so beyond my expectations that i ended up extending for another 3 nights and HERE IS WHY... I traveled whole night to get to Delhi and i reached at their property around 8am. I got an early check-in thanks to their Front Desk Manager 'Adwitiya' aka 'Advi' and meanwhile i stayed in the common area which is very comfy and classy. About Dorms :- 10/10 So they have two 6-8 bed mix dorm and one 6 bed female dorm fully AC 24*7. 10/10 for cleanness and comfort. Kudos to their housekeeping staff for maintaining that standard and to 'Arfat' as well for keeping double check on cleanness. Dine-in food :- 10/10 If you are staying at this property you don't need to order from outside, they got outstanding tasty food and 'spring roll' is must. Thanks to 'Zaid' and the kitchen staff for insuring hygiene and food quality. A secret tip for new visitors if you are fan of tea ask for 'Arfat Tea' and thank me later. Common area :- 10/10 Community manager ( CM) Atishay is a charm...a musician and a singer..will keep you entertained with his talent. He got skills to mix with people from different backgrounds and age as well..now that's impressive. They have special movie nights, games night and what not. Location :- 10/10 In Delhi it's good if you have Metro Station on your walking distance and this place is really close-by Metro Station Ashram, hardly 200m. Next to a Petrol pump which has a general store so you don't have to worry about if you wanna buy basic stuff. About Staff :- 11/10 Apart from comfortable stay and yummy food they were the real reason i had a great time with Hosteller Delhi. 'Amritam, Advi, and Arfat' they might look little young to you but they are the most professional desk staff i have ever came across in hostel life. And i should mention that they follow 'no plastic bottle' policy at their property, that also in a City like Delhi. That should be appreciated and commendable. Thanks Advi for sharing your bottle and Amritam for your late night stories. Will visit you soon guys...I would be proud to say that I am going to visit my friends.

Absolutely fabulous stay with engaging activites organised on a daily basis. Rooms are clean and best is they don't have AC Timing regulations which is absurd in the tropical country like India. Crew - I wouldn't call them staff is amazing and helpful in all terms. Amtritam, Adwitiya, Arafat, Zaid and Atishay made my stay super comfy; Thank you team. Inhouse cafe - Food is tasty and budget friendly Rooms and Bathroom - Clean and cosy. Pricing - Cutthroat competitive but definitely has value.

The new third party experience of Quality service with Ohai, has been very uncomfortable for us staying at the hostel. Were we have to scan the QR codes and place the order ,this is frustrating we can't explain it as a traveler. Given that we are travellers who prefer stayinv on the move rather than in the rooms, it us my preferred system to pay offline. Where life feels real.

It was more like a luxury hotel, than a hostel. Widely built rooms, cosy beds, huge common area were lively. They have in house cafe too. For a comfortable stay, apt choice in delhi.

Location can be a difficult find. Lifts weren't working, very limited menu. Not exactly hassle free check in process. No option of swiping cards.

The hostel is premium quality at a good location with spacious rooms. But the housekeeping had done a very poor job. The room didn't seem to be cleaned or sanitized after the previous guests. Especially during the pandemic, cleanliness is paramount. The flush wasn't working and there was no electricity in the morning. The staff is friendly. They have a good cafeteria.

Wrote a review earlier where one of feedbacks was that the cafe wasn't functional and it should have been informed to the customer beforehand. Got a reply saying that an "investigation" was conducted by them and it was informed to me that cafe wasn't functional on a "pre check in call". Changing my rating from 2 to 1 as it is simply incorrect, I didn't receive any call and also because this info should be available at the time of booking and not after booking as it's just even more deceiving to let the customers book and then let them know the issues with the property. Then not just customers would have to change their plans but they would also lose money on cancelling the booking. Bravo. Btw, one of the other feedbacks was that the exterior of the property was a mess.

i have stayed your property for a night and i checked in late night but i would like to tell you is the night stuff is really humble and nice. they helped me for small thing and SHYAM carried out my luggage to 3rd floor. the guy AMRUTAM, ADVITYA and SHYAM aka shyamu, i loved this man. he cheered up my mood with his joke and make me comfortable and i felt really relaxed, so active and passionate for his job. kudos !! to his work. you have such a great team.

I had a great experience here in The Hosteller Delhi. The service provided by Adwitiya, Amritam, Firdos and the whole team was very welcome . I'll definitely visit soon and suggest other to visit it once when they come to Delhi.

The management ( Joy and Bhuvan at the reception) is warm and responds to all your queries and process your requests very quickly. It is only 3 min walk away from the nearest metro station. They also provide pure vegetarian food options at the hotel. As we wanted to try Delhi food we had takeaway throughout our stay, the management was chill with it and provided us all the plates and cutlery. Has a huge basement to hangout with your friends. The rooms and washrooms are cleaned everyday. The booking can be done using their website as well. At the price there isn't any other better option. I stayed in a 8-bed dorm for a week ( & in a 6- bed dorm in my previous stay) and got to meet people from different parts of the country. Would highly recommend having a stay here.

A fantastic hostel with one of the best atmospheres I have experienced while traveling. The staff working there, especially Pradeep, were so accommodating and friendly that I felt like a part of their family. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with really hot water. The Hosteller Delhi is the first thing which comes to my mind when I go to Delhi. Always had an awesome stay there. This time meet new staff there. Adwitiya and Amritam provided good service. They made us felt like a family. All the best to these new kiddos.

I stayed at the Delhi TH. The food is pretty good, the vibe as well. And people and staff are friendly as well. There was one issue though, the rooms need maintenance, especially the bathrooms. Flushes, taps and electric-ware need to be refurbished. Flush was leaking for most of the time. Overall a good experience, vibe wise, the property seems to be rented recently from some old hotel. Needs to be refurbished, it will make it even more better.

I lived in the property for almost two weeks. Metro station is super close, there's a local market nearby. The property is nice, staff is trained and helpful. In-house cafe is decent, food is average but the taste is inconsistent. Since this is primarily a hostel - dorms are horrible. beds are extremely uncomfortable, they use spring mattresses which ensures you wake up with a back ache. The dorm beds are also squeaky. Private rooms are fine (you can definitely find a better property for the money), twin sharing room is just nice - I think twin rooms are the best option for this property. Stay was pleasant because the place draws interesting crowd and the community manager Pushpa works really hard to make your stay fun.

The best part of this hostel are the people. Genuine, friendly, helpful and very involved with every guest. It is well maintained and in a good location. Negatives - 1. No hook to hang clothes or towels, 2. Bathrooms in dorms have see-through glass which is super weird, 3. No washing machine which is a staple in every hostel. Overall, I stayed for 4 nights and had a good experience, and will surely be back if they fix the negatives. Good luck to the team!

Hosteller delhi was a great place to stay. I met some very good people here and had a great time. Archit at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!

I was in Delhi for a work call and decided to stay in Hosteller. In a few words, it is home away from home, People here are sweet and always helpful. Cafe manager Zaid is my favorite, he knows the best place to eat and see. Such a helpful person, see you soon friend.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially Shivam and Adhiwitya was super helpful. You should definitely consider this if you are looking for good places to stay in Delhi

Liked the concept of free style bunker stay. Good for the backpackers! For workation, needs few upgrades for the working environment. No non - veg food was a little put down but overall great vibe. I tried both - private deluxe and the female dorm room. Stay was comfortable and the staff are quite friendly and helpful 🙂

Great hospitality during tough times, they are maintaining proper higiene as per covid norms. reception desk is very helpful, very much under rated among travellers. Thanks Amritam and Adwitya for being excellent host

Staff is friendly & cooperative. Pushpa the community manager is super friendly and arranged game nights which was total fun with new people. Dorms are clean- comfortable beds. Also, the property is at waking distance from Metro station so connectivity is superb. Great stay!

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at this very beautiful property. The staff, food, ambience, hygeine was excellent. You need any help or assistance, just contact the staff there, and your work is done in no time. And the crowd is so cool. One won't regret staying here. Special mention to Atishay, Zaid, Satyam and Arafat for their super cooperative attitude and warm behaviour. The stay was a great, with hostel friends reminded of Good old NIT J Days, Guys at reception and cafe were great, Do try Masala chai and Fried Maggie for sure

The hostel is good and clean, even the dorms. Amritam, Adwitiya and Arafat are very warm and welcoming. And the stay has been comfortable.

You just need to get in and every freaking thing will be taken care off. These guys are just amazing. Atishay was an amazing host to be honest. For everyone "please do call the number on notice board incase of boredom 😉"

The hosteller Delhi is one of the best accommodation services I have visited in a long time, the kindness and the compassion of the staff is visible from far, The original team of The Hostellers is impeccable, Now, why I only gave a 3 star is simple, The new third party services of Ohai-Quality has been troublesome for me and a few other guests staying at the property. Testing out a new service which requires everyone to operate daily essentials like food and drinks through a QR URL definitely sounds pleasant but when we are physically present at the property, there has to be an alternative payment method of Cash. This is India, not all of us are privileged enough to have a phone, a Bank, an UPI. Ask the Auto rikshawalas.
