Very good Atmosphere with amazing people around. Just cleanliness is a bit neglected. That could be improved. The terrace is just an awesome place to chill after a long day. Try making friends and you will love the vibe of the place.

A good hostel overall. Don't opt for non AC room if you're not used to the Delhi heat. I thought I could take it but despite good ventilation and overall cool interiors without bugs it was still hot. A/C rooms are really good. Overall clean and hygienic and people who stay over are really great to bond with. This place has stories to tell. You can see them on the walls.

MADPACKERS BIR Couldn't find the Bir location for the review, so writing the review for Bir sight here. I loved the stay in my private room which had the perfect ventilation and with ample sunlight. It is in the Monastery's property with mountain view and the chants of morning and evening Aarti from the Maheshwari Mata Mandir. It's a walking distance from Landing sight and lot of amazing eateries around. My first pont of contact was Ankush and he very well guided me to reach the location. Ankush and Mansi make it a comfortable environment for the guests, doesn't feel that I visited this site for the first time. I am severely going to miss Madpackers in Bir.

The staff are super super helpful!! I made a mistake with the reservation and they helped us immediately. The rooftop is nice and they have a really nice lounge to chill. The vibe of the hostel is very friendly. HOWEVER, the rooms are horrible. I paid around 12 euros for this and it was the most expensive one I paid in India and the rooms were extremely basic. The bunk beds don't have curtains, the hot water doesn't work properly, the blankets they gave us were very thin fleece blankets you use on the couch, not to sleep. And it was 8°C outside so it was freezing. The worst of all is that the windows are MESH, and you can close them, so all the cold and the noise comes in and it's hard to sleep. The dorms are super noisy because you can here everyone passing from the lounge to the kitchen all night long. Definitely not worth the money.

If you plan for a trip to Manali, I would strongly recommend this place because you will definitely find best company there. POV: never ever try to mess with Arun. Best people soft hearted, fun loving, he is the golden heart of Madpackers without him you will not get the vibes that you looking for in Manali.

The place is good. I visited here during Covid, so I was not that happening. I still met with some good people. I stayed in 10 bed dorm room. The room was good, the attached washroom was big with all amenities. I best thing is the rooftop. The hostel was in transition phase, so kitchen facility was not available. Hence the 4 stars

Worst experience in terms of hostels , I opted for non AC dorm issues are. 1. They have only one fan and its speed is very low , one more small wall fan but it does not rotate . 2. The charging and light spot on my bed was not working after asking it to change my bad the receptionist asked me to switch to AC else we cannot do anything. Please do not fall on its trap the images which are Available are not as same what actually they provide . Pathetic experience.

I usually dont review anything but couldn't stop myself this time. It has been one of the best experiences of my life in terms of stay. No matter you stay alone or with friends, you should definitely give it a try once, you would absolutely fall in love with the place (Dont miss the terrace).

Good Hostel in South Delhi. In day time, Dorm AC needs to be switched on.

non AC dorm in rainy or summer season is not the place to be in, poorly ventilated and just two fans for 8 people. otherwise hostel is good, you can visit terrace to smoke, you have a nice reading section, nice dining hall, overall very clean and tindy environment.

Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Delhi. The whole place is clean and the beds are comfy. The staff are amazing and will help you plan and book your onward journey if you need the help! The cafe on site produces some great food at a decent price. The hostel also offers daily events such as day trips to the Taj Mahal or street food tours around old Delhi. The atmosphere I experienced in the two times I visited this hostel was overall a great experience and I met people I'll know for a very long time!

Madpackers was awesome. The people the surrounding, terrace . Two things they need to improve are their shower heads and their cafe.

This hostel isn't bad but it is overpriced. At least for a private room. No decorations in our room, not particularly comfortable bed, and only one toilet per floor. The location isn't very interesting and so you pay a lot for transport to the sights. The upside is the staff are super approachable and happy to sort anything for you. Also secure rooms with key cards and a security guard at the entrance who was always smiling. You could land somewhere a lot worse than Madpackers but it ain't cheap.

Had an excellent stay at Madpackers Bir. It’s situated just next to nyingma kitchen with an amazing view too. Thanks to the host Tanisha too for her amazing hospitality. Highly recommended for solo traveler’s .

Pretty pleasant place to stay. All necessary amenities are in place and fully functional. Beds, Bathrooms, Air conditioning, refrigeration, and most-importantly WiFi. Equipped with Gigabit WiFi everywhere except the terrace. AC timings in air-conditioned dorms are from 8PM - 9AM. Common room is really a beautiful place to socialise with other people. You get home-like cooked food served in the hostel for 100/meal which is pretty cheap or being in Delhi, you can definitely go out and get cheaper tastier street food. Evening ambience especially and ambience in general is pretty beautiful. Is also cheap @500/day for an AC 8bed-in-one AC Dorm and @340/day for non-AC 6 bed-in-one Dorms.

Just an average hostel. Lift doesn't work. Water leaks in the common space opposite to the kitchen, no hot water in the toilets, no toileteries, towel also is charged seperately.

A bunch of people came drunk in the form room a night before Diwali. Made noise, abused each other. One constantly asked me did you switch off the fan last morning. Left the next morning. Toilets were dirty. Place must have been amazing before.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in all areas. Rooftop is amazing. Highly recommend.

i am a deaf, am not happy with this hostel. very worst experience I am not in this hotel.. I have booked a non-ac room but it is very bad air and not enough. so i moved to an AC room. Also, there was not enough air and not enough AC. I paid an extra 1200 rs for the booking. also staff not good communication and not respectful.. I am not satisfied with this hostel and it's very bad in the last place.
