Never seen such a pathetic place in my life. It is not a hostel, just a lodge, even lodges are much better with hospitable people to say the least. The people who run this place just want your money, that's all. Bathrooms are so messed up that you dont wanna look at it. The place is all dirty. The only star I m giving is for the room which is okay. I guess this place was good earlier, but then sold off to someone who is running it in a miserable way. Just stay away from it.

Don't get fooled by the reviews in hostel world this place is creepy, we arrived late so they had already given away our dorms and they were asking us to stay in staff rooms which where very smelly and had black mold on the walls .So we had to ask for money back and had yo search for a new place in the middle of the night. As such don't have a good impression on Delhi this incident made it worst

Very poor service. Rooms are pathetic. Staffs are very impolite. No hot water. No proper locks to the room. I have never stayed in a worst hotel like this in my whole life. Owner should thank the god that there is no option to give zero Star.

Good for a night stay @500. The experience would have been better if Anil (receptionist) would have been professionally dressed and behaved at reception. My first impression was not impressive when i entered the premises because of the above said reason. However, An uncle was very humble, who showed me the dorm and bed. Charging points are there beside every bed, which is again a good point. Go for it, if you need to stay for a short duration.

This is hostel which can be used for one or two days stay. The room are packed and you may not get enough air to breath. Rooms are very hot. Each room contains 10 beds and you have no space to walk. Air condition system is very bad and old. Rooms are not clean. Staffs are not friendly. Only the owner has some good manners but he visit the property once or twice in a week. Hot water is not available all the time for shower. Only in morning you may get hot water. Evening time please forget about hot water. You can dust everywhere in this property. The noise of vehicles are so annoying and you may not get proper sleep. Staff here always demand for advance payment. Only good thing is toilets. Here 5 toilets are available in first floor. Toilets have no soap stand or brush stand. Sometimes the toilets have block and it will take weeks to clear that problem. The outside is not safe. Local people attacks tourists and snatch. Even police is not helpful in Delhi. Sometimes we feel police is related to thiefs. The area where hostel located is good but local people here is very dangerous. You will see the traffic block everywhere and be careful to avoid accident.

This hotel is a dormitory room for 10 people with many Indians. The owner loves money so much that he always thinks of his own money He doesn't show kindness to customers, repeat discounts, consecutive stay discounts, etc. not worth it at all Need to think more about customer's feelings I paid 400 rupees a day for a dormitory room. not worth it the owner is a liar They lie a lot even when replying to reviews Good reviews for this hotel would be their mates he gives a discount if he gives a good review he buys customer reviews There is one middle-aged male staff member in this hotel. he is indeed a nice person The only good thing about this hotel is him

Honest Review, Strongly not recommended...It Could have been better, the only thing I liked is the price, don't pay more than 300...its only for sleep, there's nothing much u can do and don't expect anything from this hostel. Bathrooms are not good. Don't go here by seeing the name BACKPACKERS... they don't have any connection.

Rooms and bedsheets were too stinky…bedsheets were not changed regularly…Rats were playing under my bed all night…they have no fixed rate…i was charged 500 while my friend was charged 400 at the same time…in terms of cleanliness,they should get 0 rating….staff is very unprofessional and rude. All the staff members follow up for money turn by turn while they don’t put same efforts at providing good service.

He was very responsive. I called him at 4 am, they responded very quickly and helped me with a bed! He asked for money after showing bed, I said I would be paying while exit. The catch is, when you see the Pic, if you login at 10 am, you have to exit at 12 noon. Thats what he said. No twelve hours scene here. So even after one hour also you need to checkout and pay 300 and asking to pay 300 more to stay. Money looters So you have to checkin like every noon and check out like 11 am. Apart from that, the bed was cleaned to use or not I don't know. Bed was not cleaned. Few Bath rooms were neat. No hot water, but water was clean for shower. Each bed has charging ports, wifi not used but it is available. I paid in full as I don't want to argue with him early morning. There is no discount written anywhere. Be careful when you deal with. All most all Delhi people are like scammers.

Good budget friendly hostel near to New Delhi railway station . I booked this hostel for 280₹ for 1 night from booking.com . There are many food outlets there . I didn’t like toilets there , they were dirty. room and hostel is like below average . You can go directly to this hostel , they charge 250 ₹ . The only thing I liked is staff behaviour

Everything is in its name "The backpackers dorm",if y'all looking for dorms in affordable price its the best place for you to stay,again you will get what you are paying, don't expect Taj. Its cheap and best. about the room- same as shown in pictures,its co-ed dormitory. its at the prime location near New Delhi railway station. I'll be here again.

The stay area is really good. Recommended for solo/women travellers. Washrooms could be better though. You can even request them to change the room if you're not comfortable with your roommates. The owners often visits your room to check if everything is fine. Best for budget backpackers.

Had a very short but comfortable stay since I was looking for a place only for daytime because of my train, yet the people at the hostel were very genrous and helpful in providing me shelter, Very well behaved guests in the dorm respected my necessity of sleep for the day as I hadn't had slept last night. And, Deendayal uncle was very helpful in guiding me to the hostel early morning and Anil bhaiya helped me check-in very kindly eventhough he had just woken up in the morning. Highly recommend anyone coming to this hostel for a comfortable stay with a very friendly staff. Really greatful to them for providing me shelter for the day. Will definitely be back here.

A small hostel , stayed for a day , value for money , bathrooms were ok ... beds were comfy n good . Recommended for a one or 2 day stay.

I don't know why people are writing bad about this hostel, as I am regularly visiting here from last 3 years and I didn't found anything bad here. This is very simple place to stay as long as you want in centre of paharganj. I definitely recommend this place to all because of staff who maintain the hygiene and relationship.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hostel 2 years back. I must say this is a good option to stay if you are a solo traveller. Mr. Jagdeep singh the owner is very helpful and always eager to help you. Location wise also very near to metro station. Bathroom needs to be maintain Hygienically. Rest all good.

Walkable from Delhi metro station, in a busy market area, simple hostel for budget travelers. Bunk beds with power sockets, fans and reading light. Regular cleaning of floors and washrooms. Stayed here for a night which was comfortable. Wifi is patchy and unreliable. Running water with inconsistent flow in washrooms. Mostly non-veg and bars are the options around, very few veg options for restaurants. Good for night rest and do not expect any recreation or get-together facilities in the premises.

It's good. Need to focus on cleanliness that's it. For shopping & food there is lots of places near by which is good.

I've had a best experience staying in comfort stay hostel staff is very polite and very clean rooms you will get in very reasonable price so don't think much for booking just go for it.

Hostel is good and all the staff are very friendly. The manager of comfort stay Suraj is very friendly and if there is any problem you can ask him in mid night and he will be available.

Pathetic and disgusting. At the time of check in they asked me to pay quickly via paytm. After a few hours there was this Sardar Ji who asked me to pay more money even though I had already discussed and paid. He was very rude and unprofessional. I will never suggest anyone to stay here.

Overall a nice experience at such an affordable price.Stayed there for 5 days and when reached delhi early in the morning the smooth transition was provided by Mr Anil.Bathrooms could have been more cleaned.Overall i would say it was a nice stay there.Would consider again for my future trips if required.Mr Singh is a great help thank you just one piece of advice,Make it more hygienic as per the standards add more money 💸 to the main cost if required.Rest it was a nice stay.

Nice dorms are available to stay. Environment is also appreciative. Guest can access terrace as well. Here one can choose for long stay as well. The co-operation of the staffs specially Mr. Suraj ji makes people to rethink before choosing any other options at Paharganj, New delhi looking at the whatever supports has been sought, he provided. It was good experience to stay here.
