Worst management team ever! I stay at OYO NOD 581 at greater Noida and there’s been issues with my AC for for sometime now and I’ve been filing complaints for it with the local management. They don’t care about students nor their complaints they just want to make money without services. They are never late while they need to ask us for the fees but the services suck and the management at NOD 581 are more suckers!

I had a horrendous experience with oyo life. I had scheduled a few visits to oyo life properties but due to many reasons I did not book the rooms. After a day or two I received calls from oyo life saying I have made a payment of token amount of 999 for booking of a room. On checking my Google pay I realized that I did have a deduction of 999 from my account in the name of Oravel stays. I have not received any mail or message regarding this booking and I did not make the booking. I tried approaching their various teams for refund but was transferred around to grievance teams. Also Ii have like to mention that on many properties there are many hidden charges and they just try to fleece you for your money.

A complete fraud when it comes to returning your money that they have taken when you proceed for cancellation. No policy, worst customer service, complete lies on phone when you call regarding your issue.

Hi, I booked a private room Oyo life GRG 1240 on 12th January 2020 paying Rs. 22538 for booking date starting from 1st Feb 2020( Booking time only took 15 minutes) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled it on 26 January by sending an Email on the registered Email ID of Oyo Life at 8:48 AM in the morning and was told to wait for 24 to 48 hrs till the cancellation get's done . But nothing happened for few days. I followed up the oyo life customer care executive every day for my status update but every time after completion of 48 hours i was asked to wait to more 24 to 48hrs. I just want to say please be away from their fancy gesture they will do the booking within 15 minutes but for giving back the refund they will take infinite time and yet till today i haven't received my money back. If i have to give the rating i will give minus infinity or if something else is there beyond that number.

Oyo life is not returning security money. & i moved out in January... & its like 4 months completed for moved out...

Hi Oyolife team It was a great pleasure to be living in one of your properties in Bangalore but I have a complaint regarding the security deposit refund policy. My move out date was on 30 march 2020 and I haven't got my refund till now.. In agreement it was written within 15 working days you will give me back my money... Property caretakers are not ready to tell when we will get our refund and neither any of your customer support is picking up my calls since 2 weeks... Neither you are replying to the mail i have written to you. Being info customer service industry you are doing like this it is not acceptable. Atleast provide me some date when i will recieve my refund its more than a month. Kindly contact [email protected] Plz do this on priority basis #oyolife #oyorooms
