Visited the Millennium Indraprastha Park which is located near Sarai Kale Khan Railway station. I was thinking to visit this park for long as visible prominently while visiting NOIDA from Delhi near the curve of Yamuna River but could not due to it’s location. Today I visited it in the morning through taking metro ride i.e. reached the Sarai Kale Khan Hazrat Nizamuddin Delhi Metro Station and then walked for 5/10 minutes. This park is very large park more than 70 Acre of land with Amphitheater, food court, water cascade, landscaping, trees and very large greenery areas . Youths were playing cricket in one end. The area near the Nizamuddin Railway station side is not so clean due to proximity of the railway station but the opposite side is neat & clean . A large World Peace Stupa was opened in the park on 2007 by Dalai Lama, and the Lt. Governor of Delhi.

A huge green space, with lawns, trees, a (cramped) children's play area, tiny food court, amphitheatre and walking paths. At one end is a beautiful stupa, the area near it landscaped to suggest Japan. Entry to the park is free.

Ticket for senior citizens is same as of children. Can buy tickets from 11am to 9am. Park is open for 12 hours from 11am to 11pm. Park is visible from the running road and anyone can go there. Parking space is also available. Water service is also available here for free of cost. Very good built and pleasing! if you are new to delhi then must visit this park. Also known as *Indraprastha park* (it also includes garden, Lord Buddha stoop, there is canteen inside for foods, sculpture are also there to visit) location - near to hajrat nizamuddin railway station, kale khan metro station. If you are searching another good location near this then go for - Akshardham temple, Raj ghat, stadium, india gate, rashtrapati bhavan, embassy line

One of the best park I have ever seen in Delhi. Well maintained large landscape and huge greenery. A number of variety and colourful roses can be seen which remind you Bengalore's Lal Bagh. But one sad thing is the public wash rooms. When you enter in, the mosquitoes will cover your entire body, you can't be there even a couple of seconds.

Only the Shanti Stupa part here in the park is good, so please only enjoy this part. The rest of the park area is just useless. . Don't plan a trip with family here. Area is mostly occupied by workers and dirty minded couples. . Food court is also there, but quality is ok-ok. . A small children park is there which has several swings. . Maintainance is highly required. . Nearest metro : Hazrat Nizamuddin Sarai Kale Khan (20 min walk) . Entry is free. . Please mark my review as helpful if it helps !!! Instagram : @vats21alya_vkm

Good two hours of outing. All wonders of the work have been made of a lot of efforts and brains. Nicely place and maintained. Children below 3years doesn't need any ticket. You can only find ice-cream or bhelpuri to eat. Inside one can only use the basic amenities i.e. drinking water and washrooms

Nice park in delhi opposite Millennium DTC DEPOT Stretching out along the main road, Millennium (or Indraprastha) Park spreads over approximately 72 acres of green lawns, with paths, trees, flowering bushes and more. The main gate is near the park’s most visible landmark, the beautiful white marble Buddhist stupa. You can go through the stone gateway here (which looks like the one at the Sanchi stupa) and climb up to the stupa, but you must take off your shoes before going up. The area beyond the lawns immediately surrounding the stupa have been landscaped in an imitation Japan style, with stone lanterns, a mock Mt Fuji, and so on. A low fence separates the stupa enclosure from the rest of the park. Just that side of the fence is a very popular children’s play area, and beside that, a sort of outdoor food court where snacks, soft drinks, etc can be bought. No entry fee is charged for the park or the stupa.

Millennium Park(previously known as Indraprastha Garden) is a family oriented garden kind of place. It is spread on huge area (80acrs). There is no entry fees to visit and no restrictions to visit this place. Despite having free entry, this place is well managed and maintained as it is regulated by Delhi Tourism. There is one small cafe/canteen which serves chowmin, dosa and soft/cold drinks at a very reasonable price. Some users have posted the photographs of 7 monuments on Google but it is not of this location but the place called Waste to Wonder just besides the millennium park so don't get misunderstood with reference to photos posted by other users. In this garden, you will find greenery-nature, kids play area and one buddist tomb. I recommend this place for a small picnic -family time.

It's a big park and can be seen into 3 parts 1. Main entry where most of people sits and small shops selling food available, although not open in early morning. 2. On right hand side there is "shanti Spoot" and it's beautiful. 3. On left side, there is extended park where you can walk, exercise, sit and relax etc. On extreme left, I have seen people playing football as well, although not allowed. Overall I had a great experience.

7 wonders yaha milega aapko delhi wala :) The latest addition to Delhi's list of attractions, Waste to Wonder Park features the replicas of iconic seven wonders of the world, created from industrial and other waste. One of its kind theme park in the world. Located near Nizammudin Metro Station, it was inaugurated at Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Van. It is surprising to know that the idea Waste to Wonder Park was triggered by Kota's Seven Wonders Park after it was featured in the Bollywood movie "Badrinath ki Dulhania". The exceptional park is frequented by joggers and walkers. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has harnessed wind and solar energy to light up the park rendering a breathtaking sight during sunset and night. A visit to Waste to Wonder Park is a must to understand that something created from scrap materials can look so surreal. Plans to introduce a ‘light & sound’ show is in the offing along with the SDMC planning to allow prewedding and film shoots at the Waste to Wonder Park!

Millennium Park, located in the heart of Chicago, is a stunning urban oasis that offers a plethora of attractions and recreational activities for both locals and visitors. This sprawling park, situated in the Loop neighborhood along Lake Michigan, provides a perfect blend of nature, art, and entertainment. Things to Do: Crown Fountain: One of the park's iconic features is the Crown Fountain, designed by Jaume Plensa. Its mirrored surface reflects the Chicago skyline and visitors, making it a popular spot for photos. Concerts and Festivals: Millennium Park hosts a wide range of events, including music festivals, art exhibitions, and cultural celebrations. Check the events calendar to see what's happening during your visit. What Not to Do: Litter: Please be respectful and dispose of trash in designated bins to help maintain the park's cleanliness. Millennium Park is also known as Indraprastha Park. It is near to the Nizamuddin Railway Station and can easily be accessed through Nizamuddin Metro Station as well. The Waste to Wonder park is also adjacent to this park. So one can plan to visit both the parks in one go. There is no entry ticket for this park. However, one has to be little cautious as one danger dog is inside the park who often attack the visitors. This is a lush green 💚 park with the walking trails. The parrots and other birds are seen here in quite a number. There is a small eating place as well and one can buy the food items from there. We visited this park for photography and it was apt for the purpose. Landscape views can be captured along with macro photos of flowers and birds. The entry and the parking are wheelchair ♿ accessible. Wheelchair ♿ accessible Restroom is there for differently abled people. Differently abled people can easily take a round of this park on their wheelchair ♿.
