I was there for a night stay with my mother. The hotel is a little on the outskirts of Delhi so traveling by Ola/Uber was preferred by us. The receptionist was hospitable and provided us the room even when we were 2 hours early. The interiors of the room was pretty clean and organized. There is some painting/repair work of the building exterior is going on at the moment but they have but up a disclaimer mentioning to keep the curtains down. Also due to the repair works the window glasses are dirty with paint marks. The food there is also good both in quality and quantity. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet at really good prices. The breakfast buffet was amazing with really great number of options. I personally loved the donut platter and the fresh cut sandwiches. The Restaurant staff is really friendly and hospitable as well as the room service staff. The night stroll around the premises after dinner was a good experience as there is nice breezy air around the property. Overall a good experience.

Room is pretty good with decent amenities. Staff is very friendly. Check in was a breeze and getting to the room was pretty easy too. I liked the hospitality of the staff during the breakfast too. Kumkum was very helpful and courteous at the self-serving breakfast area. Did was great and she helped make the experience even better. Overall, I would give 4.5 stars to the experience.

Generally check-ins in india start from 12 This hotel has a check-in timing of 2pm. No problems in that When I reached there by 2 I was made to wait for about an hour as the room was still not ready. When asked for a reason they said they will give a reason that I won't buy, but still didn't have me the reason. The only purpose of choosing Radisson was was the services they offer, but this one had no good services to offer. Disappointed. Answer to your reply: Checkout timings being 12pm you still had sufficient time to sanitize. Giving reasons that are illogical won't justify your answer. Check with your staff when I came and whats the actual check-in timings are..

Don’t pay before you check your room. Best to use the direct online booking method which doesn’t ask for your credit card, which will helps in this case. I had booked two superior rooms and the room were poorer than pathetic. Some of the Oyo rooms options may still be better. There is no upkeep. Wondered if this is really a Radisson property. Even the non smoking rooms stink. The paint job was done probably many years ago and the closets don’t close. Washroom fittings are broken. Towels have lived through their lives. No hand towels. No hot water. Lobby carpets appear like mats. Room service is a ripoff. Will you call this a 4 star property? I’ll leave that for you to decide.

Food was just ok but prices were very high with respect to taste and variety they had provided. Hotel ambience and room was good.Inside the room they have kept some cheap snacks and cold drinks, which in other hotels usually we got as complimentary snacks. Without any prior information on charges or rate list they charged more than thrice at the time of check out in the name of minibar. This is malpractice to charge a service without prior intimation or rate list. They have disturbed me in the midnight at 12:00 AM, by calling and knocking the door just to pay a small bill for food ordered, though my checkout was after a day.

Had booked a superior room through Corporate booking. Room was not maintained well - bathroom door didnt close properly, paint was peeling off, faucet rusting slightly. Smoking smell pervaded the room. Service was prompt and staff was courteous and helpful. Decent menu spread. Which was the saving grace. Wouldn't book the place again for sure. Definitely not a 4-star hotel by the way its been maintained.

Personnel was friendly and room was pretty, even with 2 toilets. Main problems were that sealed bottled water was not free during breakfast buffet, but very expensive. WiFi also was most of the times not working in the hotel room. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

Stayed for two nights for a work trip, room was good with proper amenities. The included breakfast buffet was great with lot of varieties and must say the same for the dinner buffet. All in all, a good package and recommended for business/work travellers.

Hotel was clean but a little old one. Bathroom fixtures were bit worn out. Restaurant offered good variety of Indian food both North and south Indian. I stayed there with my family for 5 nights. There were things I didn't like. I noticed miss communication within departments which hampers the service and over all experience of guests. Rooms were clean but I felt moisture all the time. The bed felt wet. I was said at the time of check-in that the mini bar can be filled on request but the front desk ignored my request for some reason. I got electric shock from the bedside light. I wasn't able to switch on the tv and I requested assistance from front desk at 9pm but they send someone next day. There is an iron board in every room but no iron. I had to request one which I got on 3rd day of my stay. The shower was leaking all the time. The hotel claim that they don't have their own car for pick-up or drop and they ask for payment in full in advance saying that they get their cars from outside. They do have one car only. There is one small swimming pool on the terrace but there wasn't anyone attendant. Also there was board written "no swimming" and "no diving". I'm still wondering why they have a pool.

We had our workshop there. Quiet spacious. It has two conference rooms on same floor. There was absolutely no disturbance from one another. Liked the food and the ambience. The hotel is situated at a secluded place little far from the main road and that's why you don't have much of noise and disturbance

I regret to inform you that there is a severe lack of privacy in this room, as the noise from the adjacent room is not being adequately mitigated. The room partitions are in poor condition, making it effortless for unwanted sounds to enter my space, causing great inconvenience and discomfort. Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention that the hotel is situated in an area that is widely perceived as third class, which raises concerns regarding the safety and overall quality of my stay. This has been a disappointing discovery, especially considering the fact that I had fully paid for the hotel accommodation in advance.

I had booked the hotel for a weekend getaway, rooms are really nice and clean, all covid protocols followed, chef made special mutton roghanjosh which i absolutely loved, the breakfast spread was huge, the staff is very helpful and courteous, will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! we started with soup then some starters and go with shakes finally it comes to main course we ordered chicken and mutton dishes and for my vegeterian friend we ordered shahi paneer and then we ended the dinner with beautiful dessert gulab jamun and moong dal halwa. Naveen is a very nice guy, takes care from the moment of sitting in table to leaving! Makes dinner a fine experience! Such a great experience eating at this restaurant. Room was neat and clean. But I see cost cuttings in toiletries. Shower gel bottle was empty. Good part was tissue box was there. I don't know why hotels give soap bar instead they can put handwash. Negative thing was food menu was overpriced. They charge 300 for just one cup tea.

No Bathtub, room size was okay for 2+1. Chairs were too bad, I could sit for work. I had to sit on floor with laptop on lap. WiFi speed was decent. Lunch, dinner was good and well served. Some renovation is going on as of now, windows view was not clean.

I attended a party here & it was lunch. The positioning of food table was so bad that I end up having only veg food because non veg food was on the other side with desserts & on top of that desserts were on two different tables one with salad table & other with non veg table. Food quality was not as per park inn standards For three parties at a time only one menu was served to all three & it was a total mess. Every one waited for roti/ naan because of inefficient staff. Reloading of food was so slow that I had to wait for rice for atleast 10 minutes. How can they serve guests if they are short of staff. Overall very bad experience

The hotel is clean and the service was good. But there was a wall corner with damp which created a weird smell in the room also as the day started there was a constant noise of construction coming from the other room that we had wake up early as the noise was so loud as if the construction was happening in our room itself.

Light arrangement is not good inside rooms. Cab service should be provided at reasonable rates so conveyance is easier. Rest everything is very nice.

The hotel is good and the service also is good. The only problem I felt in the rooms was that the room fixtures have become old. They need to be changed. If they are replaced by new ones then the whole look of the rooms and the hotel will change. In the restaurant, the service is not permitted at a fast pace. The waiters take them own sweet time to get the orders. Even if they are told that we are in a rush, they still take their own sweet time to do the process of the service.

Stayed for one day. Rooms were neat and clean, little small though. Breakfast buffet was not up to the mark (idli was very hard, sambar was worst). Appreciate the fresh juices for breakfast buffet. Apple juice, Pineapple juice, Guava juices were really nice. We tried dinner and everything was good. Special mention on lemon grass soup and burnt garlic fried rice. The sheets on the bed were not clean. The room had a smell. The staff was pathetic. Our luggage inspire of calling thrice dint reach us. We had to go down and get it. Same thing happened during checkout. Pathetic hospitality. Worst worst worst!

Though it is a four star hotel but its banquet hall on the first floor is 3 star. It can accommodate not more than 80-100 pax. Decoration and ambience was simple. Toilets are clean. Food quality was good. No ambience at the Chat counters in the balcony attached with banquet, looked like just a make shift arrangement. Parking no issue.

Had a great stay at Park Inn by Radisson in Delhi. Though it's not in central part of the city it's very easy to commute since it's very close to IP Extension metro station. Worst staff experience. So many false promises. there was no cooling inside the restaurant. At the time of taking money, they were really nice. but at the time of function, they were not even listening to any things. they were not even serving the food, he had to request to turn on the AC. Charging extra money for every but they didn't serve anything. VINOD is one of the staff members who did n no of false promises. The pathetic experience we had with this hotel. Totally a waste of money and time.

The excellency is been measured in terms of services been provided and how was the staff of the place. so, my personal interaction with the manager had been wonderful and the staff was good enough to listen to my problems I came across Sahil Verma, who handled the temperament and calmly resolve them. so all over it was worth visiting the hotel.

The room is spacious and neatly done… they have a very practical approach in everything. What turned me on was the amazing food.. the dinner buffet is very carefully crafted and each item is just so authentic and tasty. You can’t stop licking it. This doesn’t have an acre of open land like other 5star properties but certainly… whatever they have they are good at that.
