Rooms are old and patched work is evident everywhere. Washrooms were worse. Staff hardly understand the meaning of hospitality. Definitely not worth the money.

The hotel is huge which consist of a banquet as well. Rooms were Clean and spacious with hot water amenity. The check-in was smooth. Little bit issue with the bed as the matrices were drifting apart creating an empty space in the middle. The key card was hard to use, tried almost 15 times to get in. A big window to see the morning sunshine. Overall a great experience from my side.

Service is very disappointing. We hv attended 4 functions. Waiters need to b more attentive. They usually stand in groups and indulge in gossiping. On a recent function on 26Aug, we requested for few snacks items on our table which they ignored. We had to then request the manager for the same.

The hotel rooms are big enough but the hotel is old and needs maintenance. Even on 5th floor mosquito was disturbing me in the night. The breakfast of the hotel was also average.

The location is good. The arrangement was not done as committed by the sales person. Highly recommended to have everything in written,The staff will pretend to go by word of mouth but they will deny the commitments made at booking time. Service staff was quite well groomed and quick service was provided. Food was not as per expectations.

We had a family function for 3 days. Here is the detailed information - plumbing issues - carpentry issues - poor room services - low on food taste - electrical issues Here is the heck : this hotel runs on tips to staff. Keep on feeding tips and get your job done. It's like helping yourself hotel.

Location was absolutely horrible. It was right in front of dirty, pollution filled streets. The rooms were okay, but sometimes the shower was a bit of a problem (no hot water, etc). The service was pretty good. Food service was good, if there was a problem they would fix it and they were never late.

My friends and I had an amazing time at the hotel for our party. The staff were helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. The room was decorated with a beautiful combination of lights and sounds that gave the place an inviting ambience perfect for partying. The food was delicious, with many vegetarian options that were well appreciated. The hotel even allowed us to bring our own music so we really had a blast! Highly recommended if you're looking for a venue to host your next event!

Old Property, broken light switches, flooring is made of plastic sheet that looks funny and is cut / damaged ... Everything (lights, kettle, TV, fridge, mattress) looks overused and in poor condition. I got a discount price of 4300 for a night from agoda, but it actually deserves nothing more than 2000 - overpriced, dirty, and old I asked for a large bed, but I got two single beds stacked together that kept on drifting away Bathroom floods when shower is turned on, Bed sheets are stainy & there is no view

Very bad service, i had one after the other bad service at this place, very pathetic management. Waiters are il mannered and so are the people on the front desk. Not at helpful in emergencies and rather you’ll have to run yourself. Also came across a paranormal activity one after the other. Got scratches in the hand the other person staying got her eyes red and both the people have constant headaches. It’s recommended not to visit this place.

Reception staff is very polite and helpful. Spacious rooms with friendly staff. Room ware near and clean. Service is good. food quality and taste is good. Pool area is very attractive.

The hotel is just over rated. Only the room and the receiption area is good. The cleanliness is not maintained. The bathroom are super dirty with everything broken. Also the maintenance is not proper. Food is very expensive a toast bread charges for 3 slice is 150 and a normal jeera rice is 249/- also they do not allow outside food. If ordered than no cutlery provided, no delivery inside the premises etc. Very disappointed. Avoid staying the property is old too and isn't maintained the standard of 4 star.

The place was very neat ans clean. The banquet was very spacious and had plenty of sitting space for the guests. The food was good and the breads were well done and served straight from the tandoor. The starters were really good and even the options were too many. The staff was also very courteous and responding to the requests on immediate basis. Overall, a good experience and the place can be explored.

I stayed for a night there. Their hospitality should be rated the poorest of all stays. Neither did they put clean blankets, neither was sofa cover clean. Only the room service guys were very courteous & so was reception staff. This 3 rating is for the terrace pool they have. It was very a good experience soaking there. Otherwise I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Uncomfortable stay & just a 3star hotel

I recently stayed at this property and I hope that my review helps others that are looking to book here: - i had to work from home but the wifi was not working - had called the reception several times and they did not get it working. - asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount but they refused. How was I supposed to work from home now? Pay for another hotel? Free WiFi is a scam on their catalog. - really overpriced for a 3 star hotel, better go for Radisson - the staff is not helpful and kind - no staff for luggage carrying help while check in - had to take my own luggage to fourth floor - room floor is cracked - they charge for REGULAR water. They give 2 bottles free each day and after that ANY water is chargeable. Not mineral, but regular too. - 0/10 score for the reasons mentioned above

Nice hotel with about 57 rooms for guests on double occupancy. Has two banquet halls , one on the Ist Floor and the other in the basement. Both can accommodate each not more than 150 pax for functions. Has a small swimming pool on the top 8th floor. Has a restaurant on the ground floor for general public to dine in.

We had booked around 30 rooms during Sept at Sk Premium. Everything was managed superbly with very cooperative staff. Special mention to Mr.Amit for his support throughout our stay and helping us to resolve any queries at the earliest. All our guests were fully satisfied and really happy with all the arrangements and the service.

Stayed here during a family member wedding. Rooms are decent but you only have 1 worldwide socket where minimum of 2 is needed. Food is okay but I did get sick eating undercooked chicken which made myself very weak and bed ridden, luckly I made a quick recovery. If I were you, ill stay with the veg options but the choice is yours if you can resist. The one waiter which I regret not knowing his name was absolutley outstanding, never made an issue when I ask him for something. Want 9 cups of tea, he'll make sure it happens. Overall it was OK.

Amm, I don't like it as much, food was fine, Room is not clean, housekeeping staff take a good time to deliver cutlery and water. Even at checkout, the water we drank feel like tap water. In the room fridge was not working properly. Overall ok experience

I visited this place in 2017. The property was awesome. And for the same reason we visited there in Dec 2022. BUT hotel is not maintained at all. Furniture is broken. Tiles and marbles in bathroom counters are pathetic. Some services are not working at all. Sofa and couches at entrance are too dirty and smelly. Not at all recommend for business people.

A very good experience at a minimal price . It was lovely to stay . The rooms were spacious and clean and a special mention to the food quality which made my stay even better . I went with my friends and they even had a pool 🎱 table on which we enjoyed a lot . A special highlight to the swimming pool as well. Overall it was a great experience
