Went to experience centre in Lajpat Nagar.First of all there was no experience there .Manager was not there .No one was willing to entertain you.All the people were busy among themselves. Then I selected one chair so the sales person said this is the only piece they have so I asked them politely that if could send the polish person since the chair was having scratches on which he said since u r buying only a chair worth Rs 20 k it is not possible to send someone for polish and u have to pay delivery charges also since your house is 18 kilometres.1000 rs for delivery. And he guided me why bother your self and come here please go to noida outside where they can charge u less delivery charges for 1 chair. So guys my advice would be please don’t go to this experience centre since they are hopeless and if u r planning to buy product worth 20 or 30 k u r not worth even to be looked after .

One of my fave spot. Fab makes amazing diet friendly food and sweets. Their coffee is so good I always enjoy. It's just always crowded with large groups, so you can't find pieceful moment for your coffee time if you're couple or alone.. after having something, I always roam in the clothes and home sections. Their home linens and accessories are very good quality and worth to buy. So anytime Fab.

The store is great and has a lot of variety. Unfortunately the service is horrible. 99% of the time, their internet or computer isn't working. They can't redeem gift vouchers, they can't add points, they can't redeem points. They keep saying we'll add it when the system works and that obviously never happens because on every visit something happens. If the computer works, the internet doesn't. What does one do with a gift voucher that's not redeemable?

Good furniture and prices worth the quality they offer.Lady store in charge is not helpful.Cashier kamal was putting in wrong SKU and giving wrong price.Another cash had to intervene to give correct price. Food quality Excellent.

For lovers of understated interior and old world charm fused with subtle modernity, there’re few peers to Fabindia. Fabrics have a wonderful texture and earthy colours, wood craftsmanship ensures a certain elan to your interior decor that’s far removed from the loud or bling that you usually get off the market. And all this comes together beautifully at the Experience Center with super-helpful staff. My only lament - over the years, Fabindia priced itself out of the ‘affordable style’ bracket into the ‘for affluent only’. Most of their stuff can no longer be perceived value for money.

Fabindia has one of the best range of clothing for Mens, Women and Kids. Furniture, Personal Care and Organic Food section at Fabindia Experience Centre is a must visit. Sales staff is courteous and professional.

They sell very low quality silver jewellery also defected pieces and once you ask for support to help change or return they will simply deny accepting their product back.

Writing this review to appreciate the help extended to me by Mr Amit Kumar working at the FabIndia experience Center in Lajpat nagar. His genuine help and honest intention made my experience worthwhile, which was on the verge of turning into a disappointment. Great job. It's people like him who make any organization "great".

No service at all . The staff is not cooperative . They are not at all interested in selling or showing products. After selecting things also , they are short of packing paper and materials. The bill guy is very rude . They have to understand that their stuff is already overpriced. They are selling fabindia ( brand ) The stuff is already Available at other stores for half the price. I selected 3 bed comforters for the gifting purpose but left it at the billing counter because of the behaviour. I was glad after as I got the same stuff at a much cheaper price at Sita fabric in lajpat only.

Extremely disappointed at the product. Clearly the quality has reduced and so has the customer redressal services. I have been using fabindia curtains for the last 8 years and have not faced any issues. But recently, in July 2022, I purchased a set of ready made block printed curtains, at the lakpat nagar store, along with placing an order for customised ones. The ready made curtains have completely lost their colour in 1 was alone and the store does not seem intrtedtrd in looking into the problem. Clearly, will never advise customers to buy their curtains. Still waiting for store to respond.

My mother did lots of shopping at your Lajpat Nagar store in the month of March. She was very happy and impressed by Ms Richa, your sales executive. She had tons of appreciation and blessings for her. My mother's message for you is, Richa is an asset for the Fabindia family, don't ever loose her.

Lovely decor and delicious coffee but AC at full blast was unbearably cold. Music was jarring to my ears. Together, the AC blast and the loud music did not render my experience peaceful.

The place has good ambience. The staff is courteous. The food isn't that great. I ordered pizza which was yummy, the momos were too bad. Do visit the place for teas, drinks and other food. Will not recommend for momos. Overall good place, great ambience.good food minus the momos.

Over the years I have been a regular customer of Fabindia. But lately have been very impressed by the service provided at the Lajpat Nagar branch, in particular by Sh.Jagatpal ,women section. He is very efficient., helpful and very polite.
