CENTRAL in vasant kunj Ambience mall is absolutely huge ! It has countless number of brands. Huge sections for each brand. The variety is huge. Need a whole day to be inside here inf you are an interested shopper. It's absolutely a paradice for casual wear night wear and sports wear. Mostly for low to medium budget you get alot of amazing stuff. Ther service here is good. There's a separate customer service section for return and exchange and they are totally helpful. Overall its a good experience... 5 star for the place.

Last month there was a offer that if you buy clothes of 3000 value then you will have cash back for 10 months. Last week we had a shopping for value 7000 and the representative told that that offer is no more valid. What a fraud brand. Central, do you really required to tell lies to customers. I shall never visit this store again 👎

Great place to buy a variety of clothes. The staff is pretty knowledgeable but their customer service is relatively bad, with their behaviour being a bit rude. Overall: 4/5.

Lovely place for shopping and food . U would almost spent 4-5 hrs shopping and enjoying the food .. My recommendation is atleast there should be a moving pavement..

Service was not so good but the discount are good

It is one of the most amazing store in ambience mall. It always has best collection at reasonable price and everytime you visit here, you'll find some really attractive offer.

Although the website shows shop is open from 10am but in reality shop is open for customers from 11am. This is disappointing since we waited an hour to buy a specific thing based on google information and website information. Overall good collection of clothes and shoes and well behaved staff.

Now that the store is being operated by reliance the name has changed to centro The stocks are amazing n multiple brands under one roof Nice footwear section with good quality products

Central is on ground floor of ambience mall.. proper temperature check up is done due to covid.

Good Shopping experience As they have vast space and multiple brands under one roof.. They keep running offers also, good option to consider diverse wardrobe.. they have western.. ethnic wear .. shoes.. bags.. sports wear... Must visit Area of improvement sometimes salesperson are not aware or can't help with offers how to club and how get maximum discount so if they can help customers with that then it will be best.. In my scenario the salesperson was not aware of offers in ethnic wear so he was popping here n there to ask... Rest all good

Central people are fraud I bought a product on 28th May 2021sleeper online ...it was supposed to be delivered to me on 10th June 2021 to my utter surprise at my house came a person with two sets of sleepers or shoes ...saying it's ur package I refused to take delivery as products were not mine my name and address was also not mentioned... So I returned the products... But bigger shock my slipper still has not got delivered neither refund and online status is showing delivered... Please please humble request don't shop from here especially online ...poor customer service ..never respond.. always u will get resolution in 4 to 6 days ... Don't take their customers complaint seriously ... You decide can you guys trust them ...a very very unhappy customer...

Pathetic services. The discounts are different when you go for billing. I had bought kids clothing today and the product was marked at 50% off but at the billing counter they deducted full amount from my credit card. Then I raised a refund request. The jacket was priced at 3599 but they handed over 3100 to me. We were rushed to move out as it was their closing time. In good faith I just accepted the cash and left. When I was managing my credit cards and cash in the parking area I realised they have returned 3100 to me instead of 3599. Useless staff, they have a standard reply ‘this is the last size’ without even checking their stock. Pathetic management. Worst experience. Will never ever visit this store

Various brand under 1 roof is always great you don't need to walk that much The only issue is that they don't have many options in terms of range and variants in different brands

They have a bit of everything. As a foreigner, shopping isn't my favorite thing to do here, but the staff let us do it thing rather than being in our faces all of the time, which we were extremely grateful for.
