I recently visited Burma Burma restaurant in Select CityWalk and I must say that I was impressed with the food and the ambiance. This is a vegetarian restaurant. The noodle soup was delicious and the spicy chickpea starter was great. I also tried the spicy steamed buns which were soft and fluffy. The manager was very helpful by helping us choose our Main course. He recommend the red chilly fried rice which paired beautifully with the coconut based curry. For dessert, I had the caramel ice cream which was heavenly. The cocoon panacotas with sago were also great - I highly recommend trying it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Burmese cuisine.

I went here with my friend in the evening around 5. The place has ample of space and good seating suitable for everyone. The menu is vast and delicious. They even have sattvik options. We ordered udon noodles and drinks to accompany it. The service was very good.

We really loved the food. Everything we ordered was great, except for the deserts. Almost the entire menu is vegan. The two vegan deserts are not good. The chocolate hazel cake is very dense and the Pana Cota is just not good. We really enjoyed the rest.

Food: 5/5 Nice flavorful food. We got samosa soup splits, chilly tangy chickpea thou, Burma Burma khowsuey splits, Burmese fried rice and Rangoon vegetable curry and all our items were rich in Burmese exotic spices and felt very eclectic. Service: 5/5 Very cordial, helpful and prompt staff. Even though they were about to close they took our order and waited patiently for us to finish. Ambiance: 5/5 You really feel you’re in Burma! Value: 4/5 A bit pricey but worth the dine in experience considering the number of veg options and food taste. Sustainability: 5/5 No disposable single use items used.

I love this restaurant! Their tea leaf salad is simply phenomenal, and I find myself ordering two servings almost every week. I recommended it for our local team's outing today; everyone enjoyed the delicious food, excellent service, and charming ambiance.

a perfect fine dining for vegetarians. great flavor, great service a must try we had tohu mash with parotta (it was beyond expectations), made up with chickpea flour and parotta is just flaky and soft. pan fried dumplings with papaya salad had a fresh taste to it combining it with peanut sauce. and their noodles, just lip smacking (I dont remember the exact name but the servers are very helpful) also the toppings they provide with it, makes your food delishusss. Do try their dessert section too.

The food here is clean and delicious. Staff is professional and helpful. Drinks I wouldn't really recommend. Just ask for something that packs a punch in the drinks section. Ignore pitchers. Go for crispy lotus stem.

Visited here for the first time as my friend kept recommending it since forever. And I am glad to have taken her up on that recommendation. This place serves amazing food. The staff here is very very professional. The service is up to the expectations. Taste of the food is amazing. But be prepared to wait for the table as it's almost always crowded during lunch/dinner time. And I can surely say that this is not going to be my last visit here. Will keep going there to try all the things on their menu!

Visited South Delhi after a really long time. And came across this place. A cute, cozy, fancy place with Burmese Food. They have a quite different menu with a large variety of teas. We tried their Samosa Soup which was the best soup I've had. The Raw Mango Salad was a delight to the taste buds. A must, must have. The Meat Baos were super tasty and good. In all, a must, must visit place if you're around.

This is another vegetarian restaurant that impressed a hardcore non veg eater like myself. The Red chilly fried rice is a mildly spicy dish that’ll go with most main course dishes and I chose the Mekong curry. The combination was delicious. The smoked guava mock tail is a good accompaniment but the complimentary sauces laid out on the table stole the show for me especially the roasted chilly sauce. I went for the Tagu Pyian for dessert, it’s sago (sabudana) cooked in palm jaggery served with panna cota cheese. While it wasn’t earth shattering in taste, it certainly went well as a soothing meal ender. Just a warning-the quantity of the curries is more than the rice served hence you might have to order extra rice just to finish the curry. Enjoy !

We tried Broccoli and Asparagus Steamed Buns/Paukse, Chilly Tangy Chickpea Tohu, Burma Burma Oh No Khowsuey, Pyan Boo Palata/Creamed Corn with Paratha all were very good but creamed corn and khowsuey stood out. For dessert we chose Rangoon which was okay. Staff was very polite. Overall a happy meal definitely!

Courteous service, a bit slow for the food or drinks to arrive but the ambience is pretty nice for a restaurant inside a mall, so didn't mind the wait. Had the original bubble tea, which was pretty good and very similar to Vietnamese milk boba tea. The coolers are worth a try and are excellent like the guava one and the ginger ones. The bao with crispy tofu was excellent. The noodle soup or burma khaosuey was good but not my favorite as I think the coconut milk felt too heavy even in a split dish. Highly recommended for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.

This is a good place to dine in and try some of the Burmese flavours and cuisines. The variety of tea they serve is excellent. The soup esp samosa soup is simply amazing. The Burmese rice is also very tasty having simple composition, and combined with Burmese curry, it's a delicacy. But the cherry on top was the sweet dish, avocado 🥑 ice cream. It is served in the most unusual and creative way, which adds up to its character. The service is very good and staff is excellent , who are more than happy to serve in best possible way. A word of caution though, service charge is added in bill, which is slightly on the higher side. Overall a good place to have food for body and great experience for mind.

Went here as this was the highest rated place around. But only to realize that it's a vegetarian outlet. Now, since we were already sitting we thought of ordering an appetizer to get a taste of Burmese cuisine. Service staff suggested a dish which was great with unique flavors leaving us wanting more. A must try restaurant for veggie lovers.

Burma Burma , the no non-veg, no-alcohol restaurant is a treat for Vegetarians and Burmese cuisine lovers. This place serves authentic Burmese Cusine complimented by hand-picked teas from around the world. Burmese food is an amalgamation of neighbouring cultures like China, North Eastern region of India, Myanmar and Thailand. This specialty restaurant displays a vibrant decor and interiors that is all decorated with Burmese artifacts and takes you one step closer to the culture and place. The artefacts have been sourced from Myanmar . I instantly fell in love with their wooden chair with woven cane backs, a textured grey wall (reminiscent of the weathered stone walls of pagodas), low hanging lamps, stunning Burmese bamboo hats, and framed photographs of Burmese street life . Special mention for the brilliant menu designing-especially the dessert menu which was artistically designed. The courteous staff makes the services look effortless. Now coming to the main part-food, I would love to recommend these dishes- 1. Samuza Hincho (Samosa Soup)- Our first picks from the menu came from the interesting soups section . Samosa served in a flavorsome tangy soup with spring vegetables and spiced black chickpeas. smokey refreshing flavors with an amazing samosa inside, this soup was a delight. 2. SALADS- Their salads are phenomenal. - Spicy Tea Leaf and avocado Salad- This was a delicious mix of fermented tea leaves, fried garlic, nuts, sesame seeds, tomato and lettuce in a light and flavorful dressing is a traditional delicacy unique to Burma. - Raw Mango Salad- One of my favorite salads which I really enjoyed. The salad had shreds of raw mango mixed with roasted red chilly, roasted peanuts ,lettuce and onion. 3. Mushroom Steamed Buns- fluffy soft steamed buns with filling of mushrooms. Totally loved it. Must have for mushroom lovers. 4.Burmese fried rice - delicious wok tossed rice with vegetables, white peas and golden fried onions. It paired up beautifully with spicy vegetable curry. The meal ended blisfully on the sweetest note of a Smokey Avocado & Honey Ice Cream and Rangoon Baked Milk dessert. - Smokey Avocado & Honey Ice Cream- avocado lends the creamy texture to this icecream and every bite of it was satisfying. -Rangoon baked milk -a combination of house-baked milk along with vanilla whipped ganache, raspberry gel, fried brioche and almond nougatine with an element of surprise- frozen rose petals sprinkled right in front of your eyes- truly impeccable! Overall Burma Burma is an amazing place to visit to know more about the culture of Burma and Burmese cuisine. Needless to say, we had an enthralling experience with the food being tastefully presented and curated. An extra brownie point and mention for their exquisite dishes bursting with flavors and the warm hospitality. Follow my food journey on Instagram- teekhi_mircheee

Great taste but premium rates !!! Congested seating , decent ambiance , good staff , great service , nice menu and their one by two concept is absolutely fantastic . 👌 Preparations from Far East cuisines made suitable for Indian tastebude in intresting way. I would recommend Samosa Soup to start with , order some non alcoholic beverages and crispies like Lotus Stem spicy chips , then move to salad samplers (raw mango worth to mention) and then progress towards mains including Khao Suey and desserts . You can request alteration in preparations suiting to your liking e.g. asking for flat rice noodles in Khao Suey and they will do it . Unfortunately , they don't have licence to serve alcohol and having one could have been wonderful .

A very nice joint. Love the atmosphere, soups and delicacies. The only thing I would change is the amount of sweetness in Boba Tea. It was added with free hand. Apart from that the food is delicious. Loved the fusion between Burmese and Indian culture. Do try their samosa soup. Note: Hidden delicacy with imli sweets after food was just a perfect addition.

I have never had problems with eating vegetarian if I go out to dine. But the problem lies with the people I go out with. Yes, they are hard core non-vegetarians. And telling them to go for a pure veg meal would put me in the judgement seat. But but Burma Burma that is not the case. This place has an amazing menu to select from. Be it bubble tea, a selection of tea, dessert, appetizers, or mains. It's just awesome. It is not like your traditional Indian vegetarian restaurant it's veg heaven where they provide you with mock meat. Not a single dish would disappoint you. Also if you are a green tea lover I strongly suggest the Sparkle. It's just delicious! The ambience is homely yet elegant, yet very ethnic. Just go for it. If I can make my non veg crazy friends appreciate this then so can you!

Ms. Dina on the reception is not following the queue. I hated that I had to wait for 50 min because I was not standing and asking her again and again - 1 star for this hospitality it would have been better if i would have fought for a table earlier Zero star for covid precautions - the place is too compact - must avoid on weekend The environment is also very bad - Too loud for a premium restaurant. I felt more like Sarvana bhawan. - Really toooooo crowded and toooooo loud Plus normally we go by what waiter normally suggests but whatever he suggested was not up to the mark. We were so disappointed that we did not eat the full main course. We thought we will go to another restaurant nearby. the samosa soup was good - 4/5 the corn paratha was below average - 2/5 the steam buns - 2/5 overall very below average experience. They need to seriously improve on reservations

It’s a veg joint which is in contrast to the food habits of Burmese. Secondly it’s does not serve liquor. Inspite of that I have rated 4 out of 5 due to fantastic service, food presentation and quality and the overall warm ambience. I visited alone for dinner and ordered for Khow Suye and a cool drink called Pomegranate and Mandarin Spritzer. The drink was refreshing but did not go with the food.

What an incredible culinary experience! This was my first time trying Burmese food and will certainly not be the last time. The taste of every single dish we ordered was exceptional. Most items on the menu can be ordered vegan. My favorite was probably the Tohu Mok Palata. The flaky paratha was savory, crunchy and not too oily. You also get several dips/sauces with your order ranging from a little spicy to very spicy. I have previously read that the vegan desserts are not that good. We went ahead and ordered the coconut panna cotta anyway. I personally loved the taste created when combining all elements of the dessert. It tasted very natural and not too sweet. Prices are higher than in most restaurants. This is definitely justified by the taste and creativity of the dishes. Finally, the service was very friendly and attentive, explaining the dishes and how to eat them. Maybe they were a bit too attentive even, as they will serve you the food straight onto your plate. I would have preferred a little more privacy.

Recently visited Burma Burma with my family for a dinner, we had the server as Mr. Devender who enthusiastically described every dish we asked about and recommended us great items on the menu. We really liked the Khow Suey, Dumplings, Samosa Soup and China Town noodles. Raw mango salad was a little sweet. Wonderful service, thanks to Mr. Devender who also so kindly modified items for us since I am allergic to peanuts and let us know allergen information for each dish.😃

While the mall offers a lot of cuisines and food options (have a elaborate food court and many dine-in restaurants), we were fortunate to have picked Burma Burma on this outing. The atmosphere including the decoration is great and all dishes are vegetarian. Our server Deepak provided us with good recommendations and excellent service. We went for the pomegranate spritzer and the smoked guava drinks (wishing they offered alcoholic options) and they both had good looks and tasted amazing. The tohu dish with Malabar parantha and the soup were equally appetizing. Serving size is good too. The chutney selection and the soup condiments also looked fancy and we tried everything. They offer a lot more and we will be back soon to try out the other dishes and the desserts. Totally worth a special trip even if you don’t want to go to the mall!

Totally shocked to see and eat the amazing food with such unique and diverse ingredients. Burma or Myanmar as we now it was part of India once. Food is highly recommended from this region as it packs a a punch. Burma Burma is a 100% vegetarian place and moreover it's 80% dishes are vegan. But,you will not miss the meats at all. Salads, Soups abs staters are so full of flavours you just get engrossed into them so much and don't even think about non veg. Must try dishes are Samosa Soup, Tea Leaves Salad, Mock Meat dishes and Stir fry veggies. Even the desserts are not be missed at all. It's a repeat place and I am surely heading back soonest.

This place serves the best burmese food. Burmese food uses a lot of tamarind, coconut and garlic. It's sweet, sour and spicy. If you love soupy noodles there are a few options here which you'll love. We had pan fried dumplings and mohingar curry, both were amazing and delicious. The ambience of this place is cozy. The staff is friendly and they'll helps you in deciding the food if you're visiting for the first time.

Definitely recommend this place.

So the food was good, the burmese concept & environment was something new to me that’s why it took me some time to get comfortable there the staff was very very very polite & suggestive in what to eat & what not to eat the interior is done very nicely , in sweetdish i found a hair for which they apologised wholeheartedly & didn’t even charge for it,for chicken eaters I wouldn’t recommend this place because this place is completely vegetarian people who love eating a lot of vegetables will love this place. Food-3/5,ambience-4/5,politeness-5/5

Burma Burma is in my favorites. One of the best food I have ever tasted. The staff is really nice and hard-working, keeping everything on time and delivering food in 5-7 mins. I tasted Samosa Soup, which has a different taste, vegetables soup & Khao Suey. Their different food taste, fast delivery, ambiance makes it a 5 star restaurant.
