Just in front of Shivaji Stadium metro station on the first floor is this outlet. Regular Bikanervala menu. Spacious and good location yet at time of our visit it was half empty. Their Choley Bhature are good and must be tried. Self service restaurant. The time take to prepare dishes is short. Overall tasty street food served hygienecally.

One of the oldest Bikanerwala. Good space to eat. Agar aap vegetarian hai to aap yahan zaroor jaayen. Pros. 1. Big space to sit, you will find a place to sit here. 2. Food quality is good here. Cons. 1. Washroom is in bad condition always. 2. You will always find some upcoming grooms and brides with there parents, a bit awkward for them. Place sometimes looks like a marriage venue Below is my feedback for my last order here. 1.Tandoori Platter: The platter was average in taste. It has few pieces of paneer, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, shimla mirch and small roll of fried potato mixed with veggies. They serve 1 butter Naan with daal makhni(it was good) 2. Hyderabadi chaap with naan: best dish they serve here. The gravy is awesome and chaap was soft. 3. Gulaab jamun was hot and awesome. Malai roll is a must try. Sandwich Mithai was so so. 4. Coffee was also ok ok, will wake you up. Overall a good experience if you are in cp and have money in your pocket, just go there and enjoy some quality time.

Similar to Haldiram but if compared, Haldiram has a better quality. Sitting arrangement is similar but they have table service, which is convenient. You don't have to be in line waiting to pick your order, just sit and they will bring your food. Chole Bhature was good. Raj Kachodi was just okay. Basically this place is slightly cheaper than Haldiram. Personally i prefer Haldiram.

It was a quiet place with good food in winters. In the evening, the place is awfully quiet. We ordered Chole Bhature, Sandwich and Ras Malai. Everything was great. The restaurant is on the second floor.

We visited this place today. In actual i am visiting this place occasionally with friends and family since 2015. The overall experience was good place is nice , staff is also good , service is also fast but today they denied for most of the food orders that they don't have prepration or staff is busy on some other counters. But based on quantity and presentation i felt today that the place becomes a little bit over priced. We order veg noodles i think for 190 /- but the quantity is not even good a single person. This is just an example. The place is also lacking in people attraction , the dining chairs and tables are also getting old , screws are coming out from chairs etc. I now can say only the name BIKANERWALA. but the overall service is not upto the mark. Very spacious , The place is favourite hangout for retired beurocrats and Kitty party groups And the food is delicious. However the quantity of vegetables in Deluxe thali was way too less. Chole bhature and Raj kachori was good, paneer tikka was average in taste feels like an old British style cafe in the heart of the city. If you are looking for a family gathering place or with friends or even a date in Connaught Place, this place is it. Enough parking available, and lots of State owned showrooms in this market

Virgin mojito and masala lemonade was pathetic, Sugar was on higher side no taste of lemons, tomato soup was nice, dosa uthpam was ok, medu vada was worst. Chinese platter not recommend. Wasted money and time succesfully. Only positive thing there songs selection.

Serving fresh and delicious food. Neat and clean. Parking available in Multilevel parking near Shri Hanuman Mandir. Sufficient space for party and get together.

It's below par when compared to other restaurants in CP and even if considered with other Bikanervana branches. We ordered chhole bhature and Paneer Dosa. Paneer Dosa was served after 30+ minutes of waiting. Taste of both Dosa and Bhatura was extremely poor not at all worth the amount they are charging. Quantity and quality of food were both sub par. I would recommend to skip this if you are looking for a quality time with your family.

Person at the counter was absent minded and rude. Despite being in front of the line and asking him to take the order, he kept on doing his own work for 5-10 min and let the queue build up before taking the order. Food served was also cold and not fresh. Dhoklas were smelly. There was also an issue with sanity of the entire place including the washrooms There were no male washrooms available.

This place's interior is very old. Also don't even think of using the washroom here because you won't be able to. It stinks till the ground floor as this place is located on the first floor. However, food is fine if you want to grab a quick snack.

I have been to multiple bikanerwala outlets in New delhi and all around india. But this one isn't even near to the others in terms of quality of food and amenities. Place is located near the outter circle of CP , it is located on the first floor. The place is quite small and has unhygienic toilets. Coming to food review i will say the food was average I had the breakfast menu and i ordered sandwich, lassi , kachori and bedmi puri . Compared to other outlets I felt the taste was average. I would recommend anyone to go for Karol Bagh or Noida outlet instead.

The Food was good but the staff was not at all supportive. Like since the glass of coffee was too big we requested them to split it into small glasses but instead of doing they simply said do it yourself. Like that is annoying. Like me doing that in front of my guest is a pathetic experience. Will never visit again..... Please Request your staff to be accomodative. My total bill was of 5k. So I was a big customer.

Don’t go there at any cost, its a waste of money and time. Staff is like they are doing favor on customers for serving then. Very slow service and billing counter even don’t know what is in stock or out of stock.

Honestly, Bikanerwala in CP is in a bit decadent condition. The ambience is pretty average, or in fact, I'd call it gloomy. But still, the brand does offer some tasty vegetarian items & is good for inbetween office lunch. I personally love their Daal Makhni & butter naan. Chat category like bhalla paapdi, raj Kachauri, dhokhla, onion kachuri, etc are good. Their Tandoori veg platter used to be delicious, but last time it was very dull flavoured & dry. This place is not for times when you really want to go to a really nice place & have really good food.

Absolutely poor experience if you love chinese food please don't order it from them.They serve stale food and that too after taking 20-30 mins.

This was my best bikanerwala but now this is really very very bad. inexperienced and not trained staff. Better go to some cafe rather going here. This is perfect place to go with friends and family . With whome you can enjoy varieties of food from north to south , from Chinese to Italian cuisine, I tried some north and South Indian food and I found that the taste was so so . It’s average but if you talk about the snacks then you must go for it like chat,tikki etc. the location is good just opposite to cp police station.

Not so easy to locate and access since it's on the first floor and one really has to look for the lifts which are on the sides. Once you enter, you find yourself in a huge hall with a lot of setting and food and sale counters in the sides. Bikanervala also sells a lot of packaged stuff which is also available at the counter there. The biggest downside is that there don't seem to be any washrooms which is an anomaly for a quick service restaurant

DO NOT VISIT THIS SPECIFIC BRANCH!! Problem is with the management here, especially the person handling the advance bookings and not giving final confirmation, and then their manager, Vishnu Sharma, for making it a bigger mess. We contacted the branch to do a booking for a group and the executive on the phone confirmed that yeah consider this done. We contacted them a day before to double check and they said we don’t have a confirmation and that we didn’t pay any advance. He was dumb enough to say this without even thinking that his own executive never asked for this advance and now pinning it down on us. So, if you don’t wanna mess up your plans and want to have a good get-together with friends and family, then please avoid this branch. Just avoid dealing with some unprofessional personnel. Bikanerwala is good just people handling this branch are not at par.

Food was ok. Hygiene can be improved, particularly the toilets in the building were dysfunctional and it was attributed to be from NDMC maintained, get better NDMC improve your standard.

The ambiance is good. The place is capable of accomodating a big family gathering. The food is good cant say the best in class, but it wont let u dissappointed. They may take some time in preparing your order. Be sure to have some waiting time. The self service space, provides you all kind of food from north indian to south indian, pizza to samosa, and what not, you definitly will not be dissaoppointed by the variety of food they provide. Worth visiting 😊😊

Pretty good place to hangout in CP. Located on outr part of CP and it is less crowded and very good to walk and sit around. Better than Haldiram. Bikanerwala system of ordering is pretty good too. They give you stands with your order no and the food is served on your seat after locating the stand :) Navratre food also available. Attached some pics of our order too. Food was nice.

Great place of elderly but not at all good for young or couples. Overpriced but quality is good. U will find a lot of families or frnds having get together here. Always crowded but most of the crowd is 40+ age group. Great place to just go and buy sweets and leave. Not at all good to sit and eat there.

Bikanerwala CP has become most dissappointing. I regret having recommended it to my dear friends as a meeting point. Anything we ordered from the menu was either not available or was not up to the mark with too much salt. Service was poor as only person was at service to take orders and prepare them. I think I would never repeat my visit.

The place is bit inside unlike Haldiram and all.. situated on the first floor of Rajiv Gandhi handicrafts bhawan..though it is very spacious and staff is really humble and cordial.

This is by far the most unhygienic restaurant I've been to. Ordered chole bhatura, literally took half hour to give it. Had to go and check if they forgot my order. It was overpriced. Coffee which wasn't premium costed 80 rps. AC didn't work properly. Public bathrooms are cleaner than their bathroom. Water overflowing on the floor, hand wash was in a spray bottle. I'm not sure how this place is popular. I'm from Hyderabad, and bikanerwala over there has top notch ambience and service.

Pretty average for what it offers and costs asked. Waiters are least bothered for service.... Order was served so late thst I had to ask them for status... Requested for same refill twice and they never bothered both times... Also, hygiene is questionable... Will avoid for future... For Sure..

This bikanerwala is write in the centre of Delhi. I ordered onion tomato uttappam and matar kulcha. Loved the taste of food. Ambience could have been better. They have drinking R.O. water which I really liked about the place. Overall it is a good eating place

Although giving 3 star but they don't deserve that much too. First of all the toilets are not clean. Secondly the service is not good. For taking a glass of water you will have to stand in queue. Food was average and to give the extra plates and katoris you will have to ask them otherwise they won't give you. Don't know what the owner is doing. Just sitting at home and waiting for the date when he/she can go to collect money from Hotel Manager. Also very less variety on breads and sabji. Working with 2-3 waiters. Don't know how they are operating. If this type of service continues this place will soon get closed.

Good place to visit for having brunch. The service is good. Food and beverage is of standard one. Sitting capacity of the hall is large when compared the other restaurants in Cannaught Place, New Delhi.

It's on 1st floor serving you quality food in a very nice location. Opposite to it is Hanuman Mandir and airport metro station. Since its in the heart of the city it has become a favourite destination for the people to meet here and have snacks or food as per requirement and time that too for not spending very high.

Does not look like bikanervala at all. Looks unhygienic, dirty masks. Some staff was not even wearing masks. Very rude staff. Not helpful at all.

I'm being generous in giving two stars. I've been here a few times now and over time their food quality and service have only deteriorated. The staff is callous - walked right past some tissues that fell on the floor acting as if they hadn't seen it. They also have foul smelling toilets close to the entrances which are a big put off. Interiors are not good either.

Spacious, food taste was average nothing special need to work on the ambiance.

It was ok ok type experience. I had samosa, dosa, idli and khasta kachori for breakfast. Samosa and khasta kachori were 18 ₹/piece, felt not worth because both were not warm. Khasta kachori I will not recommend at all. Idli were good. Dosa ok ok Also had some sweets plain dodha barfi, kasher pattha and anguri paatha Overall experience were ok ok. Some other colleagues also visited the place along with me for some of them experience were not good.

Didn't expected the staff of such a brand to be so rude. I called up for snacks packets for my official party and without listening to whole thing the person just hanged up the phone in 10 seconds with a blunt NO. Rather he didn't received my phone when I called up again. Atleast look whom you are employing and who is spoiling your brand name. Because customer has many choices in this competitive market. Disappointed!
