We booked Royal Heritage Banquet for wedding in the month of December. Service was very good and staff was very cooperative. Everything was well manage. Food was very delicious and we also get similar feedback from our guests. Our guests were very happy about the arrangements. Room service was also good. We would like to recommend for marriage space and will like to give five marks out of five marks. Thanks to management and all concern staff for full filling their commitment.

Taste is so good. And lots of varities in vegetarian food dishes. First of all, I will tell you, it's the first Vegetarian Five Star Hotel in Delhi NCR. All food items are eggless and no nonveg.

This is very nice place for having family get together and parties. The place is very spacious and ambience is also very nice . The starters were decent, especially liked pizza from wood fired oven, other items were also decent. Didn't liked the lemon coriander soup much. This time they didn't had cheese platter. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal at 64/6 Country Inn. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. The service is unmatched. Be it any time of the day busy or not, the restaurant staff is always there to help you out. Not even ones ask did I have to ask any staff to clean up the plates so I could go for next round of meal. You can also expect scrumptious seasonal fruits! The best part is, this restaurant serves Pure vegetarian food. Great menu, and you are spoiled with numerous items to choose from. Varied amount of starters and maincourse. I always love having dinner over here because it’s worth every penny spent. Each and every dish I had was delicious. My recent stay at Country Inn Suits was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. We went there for food only in 3B's for pool side Dinner. The arrangements are very good. The place has nice ambience. The service is quick and as per your request. The food is very good here. We loved all the food we ordered. The staff is very polite and humble. Overall a very nice experience.

We tried out the veg buffet. It was a Disney land for vegetarians. There were so many varieties of dishes. Starting from street food like Samosa and Panipuri, to covering cuisines for all over the world. We tried Lebanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai and a lot more. There were all varieties of cheese in the buffet. Many options for hot and cold beverages also. Live pasta and chaat counter were also there. Tip : Be on time, so that you can enjoy peacefully. As the counters close around 3 p.m. for lunch.

Had the pleasure of staying here courtesy of my friend's wedding stay. The rooms are spacious. The ambience was just great. The housekeeping service was around 24×7. The breakfast spread is also good with ample choices. Specially loved the salad bar. Could do with a bit more options of juices but cant complain much. Overall a nice and quaint place of stay, would highly recommend for stay.

Recently I had an opportunity to stay at the Hotel for attending a Marriage. Excellent food. Breakfast had Vast variety of food for every taste. Enjoyed South Indian delicacies. Food in general was very Tasty without heavy spices and oil. Well maintained all the time. During the Marriage ceremony, top class services provided both in serving of snacks as well as providing logistic supports during ceremonies.

Being a five star full vegetarian hotel one can expect Country Inn loaded with full of amenities. The small hall on the sixth floor where we attended a mini marriage party was enough for only 40 people. Food served had varieties but a bit lower than the expectations. Starters were not at all impressive. Restrooms were located at the end of buffet table. Main course was average. Valet car parking was helpful.

This is the best place to arrange any function or business dinners because their buffet has a large variety of snacks and main courses with good taste. But please book your seats in advance because sometimes it is very difficult to get seats because it is usually booked.

Its a nice place.. has a good ambience.. and value for money. The rooms are big and spacious and staff is friendly. They have buffet breakfast which is one of their most amazing features. We stayed their for a week and I must stay that the rooms started suffocating as the rooms are completely closed with no ventilation at all. May be they are built for small stays only. Couldn’t use their swimming pool and open air restaurant for the fear of Covid - so cant comment on that. But the USP is their breakfast.

I had booked a room in Country Inn for one night. This area is an industrial area but the hotel makes up for all. It’s a great luxury hotel to spent your time. Services were fast right from checking in to room service to breakfast in the morning. The food was great and it was included in our tarrif. All in all a great stay.

Best place to stay in Ghaziabad. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Best thing about this hotel is their breakfast. They offer some 30-40 different varieties of dishes for breakfast which includes local, South Indian and English breakfast. All covid protocols are followed. Ample of parking space.

It's always a delight to visit this place. It's complete vegetarian and food is amazing. This time I visited for thier dinner buffet at 64/6. They have such an elaborate buffet and dishes are so tasty that it's very difficult the decide which one to leave and which to have . Specially sweets. Staff is very nice and professional. It's a must visit from every vegetarian.

My Journey with 64/6 started when they were serving buffet at around 900 ( with discounts on Zomato), since then it a constant stop for me. No doubt about quality of food, but it's super crowded these days (even weekdays). Overall a great buffet.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is considered to be a 5 Star property in Gaziabad however I found it more like a 3 Star Hotel and seems that it has been wrongly rated as 5 Star. Except for its dining place and the varieties served in breakfast everything less including services , hospitality was just 3 Star. Let me tell you my review divided into Covid-19 precautions, Pros & Cons Covid-19 Precautions: 1. We reached this place in the morning around 9 AM and at that point of time neither Thermal screening was done nor were we asked to sanitize ourselves. Neither it was done in afternoon when we went out. However when we came back in the evening then at that point of time we were asked to sanitize and thermal screening done. So it is not always done as a mandatory step which itself is not acceptable in a 5 Star hotel. 2. Staffs were all wearing mask and gloves so they were good on this front. 3. There was no sanity seal put outside the room while we checked in and nor any sanitization wipes present inside room. We did not get them even on request so it was again not acceptable. Pros: 1. Good Dining Space. Well maintained area and good variety of dishes present for breakfast. 2. Rooms were pretty fine and good space available. Also good arrangements for doing work inside room. 3. The house keeping staff was courteous and very helpful with prompt service. Cons: 1. Reception Staffs are not very helpful and friendly. While making a reservation I had specifically asked about early check-in and any charges associated with it. The reservation Team told me that there will no charge however room will be provided based on availability. However on reaching hotel, I was told that for early check-in before 11:30 , I will be charged half day tariff. 2. The Gentleman at the reception was very rude here and said that even after that he can't give me any time line on providing the room. However the lady (I don't remember her name) was helpful here. She helped in providing room and early check-in at around 10:50. Thanks to her else We would have been waiting for room.

It's a one of a kind place if you are pure vegetarian. This place is famous because it is a only hotel which is fully vegetarian for all. Don't even use garlic and onions I guess. Tatva is a fine located restaurant around the pool and a small waterfall. Food quality is superb and buffet has ample amount of option to eat which I had not seen else where. Perfect gateway.

My third time staying in this property this year. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. On my last stay, it seemed like i was given a renovated room. 🙂 Im non- veg but i absolutely love the veg food! One reason i keep coming back! Busy breakfast hall everyday. Suggest go early so you can take your own sweet time. Thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in... He politely asked a woman (so many times!) who was insistently calling his attention to attend to her when he's clearly still busy with me.

Had a fine stay. Nice dinner and breakfast tasted good although they charge an unreasonable price for ice but the room services were good . Checkin took a lot more time than it should have and there isn't a proper waiting area and they didn't even provide a water bottle at checkout. The rooms were good and the pool was just okay. At 3500 price i thought it was an fine experience .

As 5 star hotel rooms can be more good and the bed is not that comfortable; but yes breakfast is superb i really liked it North Indian and South Indian food both are there for vegetarian people as all the items are veg no non veg that was a big thumbs up... The pool is also good with changing rooms.. spa and massage is chargeable..2330 per service for an hour....... So overall a good experience...

Customer service is good. The individuals are hardworking and want to do the right thing. The breakfast spread (100% lacto vegetarian) was decent. The downside is poor maintenance and upgrade. The property is apparently 15 yrs old and though the external facade and the reception etc look fine, the rooms, the hallways are showing their age. Bathroom had a significant amount of mold and grout, caulking had dissolved a long time back. The rooms and hallways have a musty smell. It seems the management has decided to not invest in maintenance and milking the brand for what it's worth. Liability for Radisson name

I am going to narrate my experience here for less than 24 hours, and I want to mention that the hotel staff, service, courtesy and promptness is amazing. The major trouble is I believe the cultural difference. For me, a hotel stay is supposed to be comfortable and other guests should adhere to some basic civic courtesies to ensure they are not giving somebody else a bad experience. The first room I got, I could hear the adjacent room’s television blaring through the wall, and also hear the couple’s conversation. Yes, both were loud. The hotel sent up their executive and he mentioned that the walls are half brick, and hence thin and not soundproof. Since I and my father needed some quiet time after a long travel, I just requested them to shift us to another room to avoid any further inconvenience. And they worked at it. Gave us a room that was not completely adjoining another. But that wasn’t the end of it. I was on a floor with I believe two families who had kids. I love kids and big families. But they were loud beyond the basic etiquette. In the noon, I took it upon myself to politely go to the family and ask them to close their door and try to manage the noise as I couldn’t sleep. They immediately apologized and said they’d keep it down. I forgot to mention, I had a very important competitive exam the next day for which I had chosen to stay here due to ease of access to the center. Cut to 11 P.M. at night, I am woken by kids screaming and playing in the corridor. I could also hear atleast 1 man and 2 women (most likely parents/guardians) talking very loudly and also addressing the kids enthusiastically. This action was not going on in their rooms. Either all their doors were open or they were in the corridor! I walked up to the family again and asked them to keep it low, they again apologized but did not stop. I had to call the reception again and they might have done what they best could. Hence, I think that this Hotel is amazing, but the guests it caters to might not make it a comfortable stay for someone who wants to unwind or work or get a good night’s sleep. Maybe it’s a cultural situation, where this behaviour is acceptable and people do not get disturbed by such shenanigans in this area. Hence, I think a person like me might not want to book this space again. I hope other guests were satisfied. I’d again like to appreciate how wonderful the staff is here, and how patiently they helped me navigate through other things such as getting my orders, room service, helping me understand the hotel policy. I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Literally the check-in took me only 5 minutes and same for check-out. The food was delicious & the quantity is huge. First of all it’s a Pure Veg hotel so don’t cry if you don’t find non veg there. The staff is professional & very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel in this much reasonable price if you are looking for a good stay & meals. I loved breakfast buffer in 64/6 earlier, since it is fully vegetarian hotel. However, it is not Vegan friendly at all. No dishes were mentioned vegan, even vegan dishes were made using animal butter. Like Dosa and aloo parantha made using butter. I could not find at sweet dish which is vegan. So, for vegan people, we are looking out for clarity as we cannot compromise my health. "Being Vegan" IS NOT A CHOICE, but medically adviced diet for me. So it matters to me a lot.

We were 24 people and booked for 24 members only but the staff was so insecure about members that they counted atleast 10 times the no of guest and still i dont know how counted for 26 members. Had to go through a huge arguement which was a total mess considering how one choses 5 star hotel for some luxury experience but this kind of attitude of poor staff members totally crushes the experience. Will think twice before coming again.

The food is bland and as expected from a sophisticated eatery. The staff is very humble and cooperative. They will be ready to help you in innumerable ways. Good for a dinner with family and friends. The chefs are great, you can actually strike a good conversation sometimes. The only downside is, the place is literally buzzing with people. No corona protocol in place to be honest.

I would give this place a 3 star. Furniture was old and scuffed up. Half the switches and power outlets didn't work. Bedside outlets had something jammed inside. Few amenities from the washroom were missing which is expected from a hotel of this caliber. Rooms were okay. No hygiene issues as such. They could try to make the rooms live up to it the 5 star rating of the hotel. Ambiance and overall, it was a nice place.

Rooms are ok, but staff needs to Sensitized they call up at 11-12 in night to clear 1700 rs bill for which 3000 is already paid in advance as per hotel policy. Trident group, this is not comfortable. This is not luxury... Break fast buffet quality is not all good although menu is elaborate but as said quality is not worth it. If you don't have better option then go for this property else take a better for your comfort.

It was a good experience. We went for buffet and it was good. There are lot of options in snacks, main course and deserts. Really liked Thai curry and rice, fresh idli sambhar. Jain food options was also there if required. I couldn't see any area for kids play in the buffet area. I would like to see more options in fruits otherwise everything was good and upto the mark.

The food is great no doubt about it. The taste and look of each eatable is to the standards of a 5 star hotel. However the check-in service is terribly slow. It took them more than 2 hours to check us in. The rooms are spacious compared to many other hotels of the same category but the maintenance is below par. I've stayed in smaller 2-3 star hotels with rooms in much better shape.

I booked a Superior Room for a day and while checking-in at the Hotel on 03.10.2022, i was being offered two separate single beds in a room instead of one large bed (which is usually given). Even after requesting the manager, they failed to provide a single bed and gave a lame excuse that its not in their hands. If it was not in their hands then they should have informed it at the time of booking. Adding salt to the injury, when i called the reception at the time of checking out (day after) from the hotel, no one came for about 25-30 minutes of the call to the reception and finally i carried my luggage at the ground floor and checked out. I have never had such a poor experience even at a 3 star hotel and they call themselves a 5 star property. They should definitely re-check and rate themselves as a 3 star hotel with poor customer service. DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY ELSE BE READY TO FACE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.

I have celebrated my Husband 's birthday in 64/6 Restaurant in April 2023..The food spread was awesome with a vast variety of all food items, be it is snacks , live counters, main course , desserts or even drinks.. Heaven for vegetarians and even have options for Jain food also.. Highly recommended for the ones who have good taste buds..

Excellent architecture. Extremely busy place, well staffed, well maintained. A good option for family and friends. The spread at the Buffet is large, multi-cuisine, with quality maintained. This is a pure vegetarian kitchen. Room service is prompt. Facility hosts extensive in-house entertainment. Well mannered staff.

The room itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the linens were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in the room's design was impressive, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel relaxed and at ease.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel. I booked for a king size bed in a superior room but they provided with a twin size bed which was super uncomfortable to sleep on The lack of maintenance was evident throughout the entire hotel. The electricity kept going out every few hours. The refrigerator in the room was not working and after constantly calling the reception multiple times they finally sent an engineer which replaced the refrigerator. Even for picking up the luggage i had to call the reception multiple times The staff was unprofessional and indifferent. It was clear that they didn't care much about their guests' experience.

The size of rooms is fantastic, air-conditioning is good, but mosquitoes. There are no basic amenities such as iron or board. Quality of shampoo poor. Excellent buffet breakfast, all vegetarian. Chole bhaturay worth trying. Puddle in front of hotel, can't walk out to bikanervala next door without getting wet. Staff is definitely helpful, especially at breakfast.

One of the finest places in East of Delhi (NCR). Jain food is their speciality. Good ambience and location being their plus point. Very comfortable rooms and excellent service makes it an ideal place for parties, conferences, marriage functions etc.. They have multiple halls and rooms to cater to every need. Helpful staff and management.

Good stay. Excellent breakfast spread..Please be careful to look around ..so not to miss anything. All NI stuff like Paratha , poori were awesome and multiple type 🧈 selection was there. Staff were too many and busy with their discussions!! A little more focus on customer would help. No filter coffee !...I had filter coffee in Nepal too and not having it at Ghaziabad was a dampener. Rooms were good and silent and a good choice of Tea. Location is good for moving to Noida and ghaziabad area.

Very receptive staff, though housekeeping can be a bit more up market and suave. Yes, they take great feedback and very open to make guests as much as comfortable that you would expect from your close relatives can be. For discerning business travellers, recommended. Need more Wifi passes for purchase as the current room cap is not worth it to catch up on a day or two worth of pending tasks. Management should pay heed to this.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff here is great. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great number of options. Same goes for lunch and dinner. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great pure vegetarian hotel! Pool was good, hotel is clean, great food with lot of options in buffet. Few minor problems are: wait time for checkin and checkout but not enough seating arrangement in lobby to wait for it.

Located in Industrial Area Sahibabad. Property is good in terms of room size, food quality and service. Big parking space. Pure veg food is served here. Recommended for Corporates and Family. Couple Entry was allowed there. They take 3000 rs security which was refunded on Check out.

The hotel location is great, and the amenities are nice. I had a couple of issues which were mitigated quickly by the helpful staff - internet went down a time or two, and had noisy neighbours (who played music way too loud). The only change I’d recommend for the hotel is to upgrade the internet connectivity, especially for business guests (video calls were challenging to take). Overall, I would recommend staying here and would visit again.

One of the five star hotel. This is completely vegetarian hotel. Neither egg nor nonveg is allowed. Ambience is so beautiful and service is mind blowing. Love the buffet 64/7 and 3b's.

Best value for money. Be it food or stay, you will find in in NCR. I have stayed here for all my business trips and collective more than 20 nights and my experience of all trips are exactly same. The best thing I enjoy here is food you don’t have to look for other options when you stay here.

The best thing about this hotel is that its very centrally located, just a few hundred mtrs from the vaishali metro station and around a 2 km from the Anand Vihar Railway Station. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean. The cozy bed and luxurious amenities will make it feel like a home away from home. The hotel staff is always attentive to our needs, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I must mention that the ambiance of the restaurant was equally enchanting. The soothing music and dim lighting created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxed evening with friends. I personally love the service of the staff. The rooms are amazing, the food tastes superb. I find myself going there to sit in their cafe and get a few dishes for myself very often - due to the service & food element itself. I even like the ambience the place offers.

To the Management of Country Inn, Yesterday my relative was attending an event (Kitty Party) being organised at your premises at around 12:30-1:00pm, when she experienced a theft of money (Rs. 5000 approx.) from her purse. She had kept her purse at her table's seat and went for taking food in a plate. On her return she found that her purse had been moved and her phone was also missing. And thereupon initiated a search by calling her phone from her friends' phones, and then the phone miraculously appeared at the Reception Desk. Further when she checked inside her purse she found a bundle of cash (having around 10 notes of Rs. 500/-) was missing. She had immediately informed the staff and asked for CC TV footage of the nearest camera (just above her seat) but it was not shown, rather some far away camera footage was shown, in which things were not clear. I request you to kindly investigate the matter at your end. You are a known franchise and such an insident should not have happened. People/guests deserve such basic assurances at the hotel's end, so as to be able to keep their belongings without a fear of them getting stolen at such closed private place. And kindly keep us updated with the developments. Thank You.

I got surprised to know that this is a pure vegetarian hotel. I simply believe that 5 star hotel by Radisson can be "Only Vegetarian". I have all respects for Vegetarian people but at the same time you need to respect the food choices of the Non Vegetarian people too.

Excellent food quality and overall experience at your hotel. I have been a frequent visitor, and there's no doubt that your establishment offers top-notch dining. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with check-out delays during my stays. While I thoroughly enjoy my time at your hotel, this delay has become a minor inconvenience. I believe that addressing this concern would further enhance the overall experience for guests like me. I understand that sometimes delays can occur due to various reasons, but if there is a way to streamline the check-out process, it would make a significant difference.

Rooms were good and spacious, but had a distinct strong fragrance of soap upon entering, it should be more pleasant. Pool side restaurant had a good vibe and tasty food. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I had, but there should be an intimation about counter closing few mins before abruptly closing everything at 10.30.

I just went for a dinner party, but the dinner buffet variety is classy and elegant. It satisfies both Desi and continental palate. Courteous and competent staff and seniors add to the elegance of the place.

Overall very good experience. Rooms were clean, food quality was great, breakfast buffet spread was lavish, service was fast… Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed stay.

This place was nice. The lunch was totally spread out. The whole menu was amazing. Hats off to the chef was such tasty and elaborate spread. Till date it was the best buffet I have ever attend with such wide array of food items. The staff too was helpful. Open kitchen was good.

We had a buffet lunch on Sunday. It has a very nice spread, all veg. We were more than 20 members of family and friends. Everyone had a great time!!

Good room size. Service is as expected. For me the location was bit too far for my liking. But it's worth it. The breakfast is great. Note for those who want eggs for breakfast, it is a "Indian Vegetarian Breakfast" so no eggs.

Good food, beautiful ambience, world class service. The best part of the hotel is their completely vegetarian buffet. It has a huge variety of dishes from all parts of India to continental dishes. And the taste is good for almost all of those dishes. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. It is a nice place to stay for business or fun trips.

We were stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my 4 years old son. The experience was too horrible. The staff behaviors' was too worst. They are very arrogant. Please avoid booking in this hotel. This is first time I am experiencing very worst in Radisson hotel. Please do stay away from this Country Inn & Suites.

I have stayed during 18 - 21 February 2014 at this property. It was an excellent experience and first time staying at the hotel which is serving full course vegetarian food. The rooms are well maintained and the service provided are awesome. All the staffs are always ready to serve with happy faces. I sincerely recommend to all to come and experience the one of its kind vegetarian hotel.
