This has been an old favourite but somehow it fell off the radar. It has the vibe of a mid market joint that serves up good Japanese food. And of of course Asian illustrations, anime and an Asian vocalist. There were two of us and we went early and then unfolded a meal that just fell short of a disaster. The calamari was tasteless - there was no other way to describe it! We had to send it back and we asked for a salmon sushi and a pork Sui Mai. The Sui Mai was a soggy mess. Again, i can’t really describe in it any other way. The lady serving us was amicable but she didn’t know how to open the bottle of wine! Finally, my friend had to help her. The bottle of wine was dirty so we drank a glass each reluctantly. The main course arrived, a garlic rice which was tasty and the tenderloin, also tasty. However our sushi never arrived! The cod took a long time and finally when it came it was inedible, it was too rich and very smelly. I understand sometimes food can take long when the restaurant is busy but there was only one more table occupied! The sushi finally arrived but very late- it was average to taste. We paid 8k for this meal! The service was bad but friendly however, will we come back? Only if we are really desperate or if we believe Guppy has made amends for the better!

An authentic Japanese Cuisine Restaurant. It’s a small place but with amazing food.Must try there vegan sushi. The portion size were okay. Have got some decent variety. The service was good. But I would say the prices were a bit on higher side. Overall enjoyed the time I spent there.

Located behind one section of the Lodhi Market, this is an amazing restaurant to bring persons with reduced mobility as everything is located on the ground floor. The service was very professional and they kept a discreet watch on our table and helped us order too. The food was delectable and the ambience quirky and quiet which made for an amazing conversation with friends.

Strong flavor to the Japanese cuisine. The prawns were great. The spicy edamame was fun to try.

Guppy is my favourite Japanese restaurant in Delhi. The food is greattt and so is the hospitality. I love the vibe of the place and I end up going there quite often. Shatarupa always looks after us and the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. One of the few places that never disappoints.

Great ambience, clean, and ample parking space. A great variety in menu. Absolutely a great choice. The food varieties are slightly Indian used and may not taste authentic Japanese. Still ok, decent good at good rates.

Good ambience and a range of Japanese and Korean food options. Sangrias topped with beer is something unique. Relatively expensive but good place to catch up with family and friends.

Amazing food and hospitality. I had visited Guppy to celebrate an important academic milestone with my partner and it was all worth it. The asparagus-tempura sushi is unarguably their best dish on the menu. The rose wine was indeed very fragrant.

This Place is absolutely beautiful and offers comfortable seating. If you are into Japanese food then this place is good for you. Not recommended for those who likes only North Indian and Italian food

We ordered few signature dishes and was impressed with the pork belly dish. Hats off to the chef. However we were disappointed over the black rice bacon sushi which was dry and tasteless. It was a challenge to swallow it without drinking water or juice. Prices are a bit steeper in regard to the quantity as compared to other similar restaurants in the area within Lodhi colony and Khan market. I would definitely come again just for the pork belly. Would like to try the sashimi next time. Cute interiors and vibrant.

Truly one gem of a hidden spot in Lodhi Colony. I've had some mocktails with friends unfortunately arrived here at the closing time so didn't got a chance to try out some Japanese cuisine which is what this place is good for !

A great lunch for 10 of us. Excellent service, very polite and efficient. The food was great. Sushi/sashimi was fresh and well prepared with minimum fuss. The vegetarian stuff was appreciated by the parents. A nice Wasabi Cocktail was appreciated by the ladies as well.

Tokyo spice well the name suggests its spicy and bitter. Try cheese potato in starters, its good. Avocado sushi is pretty basic. Do not try tofu steak.

To be honest, I did not like it at all! Food tasted horrible! May be because it was for the first time for me! But that's my experience! I tried ramen. Attaching the photos below.

Nice place for dinning. Have 3 main separate room/space for dinning. One space for normal dinning, one space available for smoking, and one space with big tv to watch sports. The foods was tasty and delicious.

It's a nice small restaurant serving authentic japanese cuisine. The ambience is modern with Japanese elements thrown in between. The staff is very cordial taking all covid-19 precautions. Opted for chef's fix lunch. It gives you a good impression of Japanese food, specially for people like me who have been newly introduced to this lovely cuisine. Being a vegetarian the menu is not at all disappointing. Met the chef who was very humble and interactive. Hope to visit soon in near future and try out other dishes.

The place is not big but it is cozy. The food is excellent. +1 for wine. Sake 🍶 is missing though; would have been nice with the Japanese flavor. The staff was very polite and helpful. Upscale but not uptight. Cheers! Recommended for Japanese cuisine. Must mention that the place burns a hole in your pocket considering the portion sizes. A better option would be "Fuji" in Connaught Place.

Amazing food Authentic Japanese Have options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The interior is quiet colourful and lively. Must try vegetarian rainbow sushi and handmade vanilla ice cream with almond dipped in chocolate.

We are visiting from California and our local family recommended this place. We had no expectations… we were all pleasantly surprised! Good food, nice service, cute ambience! Will definitely recommend this place to others!
